No microwave, No tv, Dirty carpet, dirty bathroom, and swimming pool was dirty, empty, and rundown. I don’t recommend anyone to stay here.

Internet didn't work, pool was empty, T.v didn't work. Not clean and not maintained.

Wi-Fi siginal is weak. I have to sit outside the room in order to use the Wi-Fi for my iPhone and iPad. Cheap price to stay. No bed bug. Quiet. But no hot water.

The jacuzzi only had cold water and the air conditioner did not work. My girlfriend and I spent the evening at a bar within walking distance. When we returned the room was too warm and we could not get any channels on the TV and no remote. We called the front desk, and what started as a lousy experience, improved sugnificantly because despite it being after 2 am the owner of the motel came to the room with a screwdriver and was able to fix the air conditioner. He also went to the front office and came back with a TV remote and he was able to restore the TV cable. So because of the owner's capable actions, my rating for the motel improved from 1 star to 3 stars, though it would have been better if the air conditioner and TV worked from the time we arrived.

Pool was closed, live in residents fighting over money and booze. In room jacuzzi was gross, no clean and would not drain so the manager “fixed it” by bringing in a vacuum to suck out the water. Carpets on floor were coming up and exposing rusted nails. We actually checked out early and found a better motel down the street.

The room was run down. It was clean and there were no bugs.The room had a smell to it that took some getting used to.the linen was clean but was stained. There was no WiFi ( I used the password provided, but it kept saying the password was incorrect). The TV did not work (it would turn on but it was on the wrong input) the remote didn’t work so I replaced the batteries with some I had with means the remote still didn’t operate. I went to the front desk and the man there said he would send someone over, but no one came. The next morning I decided to check out, but no one could refund me for the second night I prepaid for ( they told me to come back at 2 pm, which was impossible, because I was attending an event). I was deeply disappointed.

I book the hotel not only for the low room rate but saw it had an out door pool. My disappointment started when I ask if the pool was open and was told no it was under renovation. The room was not clean the bedding was dirty and stained, the room smellef like someone died and was not found for days. The fridge had someone else's leftovers in it. TV was not receiving any stations and when I asked to have it fixed I was told very rudely it wasn't going to happen. The room was old bathroom window wouldn't open and was broken. I definitely would recommend that you don't book this motel evenn if you think it is an excellent price. It just isn't worth sacrificing a night of sleep.

We went to check in and were given the wrong room. The hotel is in very bad repair. The pool is empty and grown over! The pictures were bait and switch. I refused to stay in those type of conditions especially for $200! Shame on them and you hotels for not verifying your hotels!

Dirty, filthy, gross, disgusting. Heater wasn’t working, don’t bother asking for someone to fix it because the owner will come into your room barefoot with no socks and dirty clothes into your room to look at it while sitting on your pillow. The mattresses, covers and sheets are all stained with blood and whatever else you can imagine. If that wasn’t enough to make you pack your bags and leave, you will be sleeping with the bed bugs and cockroaches that enjoy their stay there all year round. We were able to sleep for no more than an hour before the feelings of little bugs crawling over us finally made us leave and sleep in the car. You are paying them to experience sleeping in your car like a bum. After it was all said and done and we tried to get a refund, the lady at the counter must have been visited by a wicked witch which made her forget the English language overnight and said she couldn’t help but was grateful enough to dig deep within her cockroach infested motel of a heart and wish us a happy new year!

Absolutely disgusting. We didn’t stay more than 30 minutes in the room and never got a refund. The rooms were a health hazard honestly. Poop still on the toilet seat, blood on the towels, torn bedsheets with blood stains, etc. I could go on for days about what I saw in those 30 minutes. This place is not suitable for renting. It needs to be shut down immediately. We made the horrible mistake of not reading the reviews because we were in need of a room. Take my advice and never ever book with this motel. -100/10

The room was not clean at all. The front desk provided us with another 3 rooms for option. Unfortunately, none of them was clean. Not acceptable. But, the staff is understandable. A young woman agreed to refund 100% immediately. We left for another hotel.

Absolutely run down, neglected property. The room was dirty, bathroom even worse. Bedsheet had hair on them and sheets were stained. Absolutely not recommended, stay away!

The mattresses were full of bedbug blood. The sheets were all stained. I instantly went down and got my money back.

The blankets and towels were stained and dirty... it was full of bugs and there was some kind of rodent poop on the window in the bathroom.. plus! The toilet wouldnt flush... my kids and myself would never!!! Ever!!! Stay in a place like that again and when i let the front desk know how disgusting it was they gave me a key to a different room and it was not any better... would never recommend staying here

Place is dirty blood on bed sheets dirty bathrooms worst place ever

There were bed bugs on the bed. I got bitten by bed bugs on my face and on my back when I woke up and found there were two bedbugs crawling on the bed. I even made a video and showed it to the owner and she said I'm sorry might be cleaning lady didn't clean it, and the towels were so dirty, full of hairs in the bin where the place the towel was also dirty and the stairs were also dirty from where we went into a room according to the price the place was not good

It’s very very dirty, I had to cancel my booking in the spot since I saw the room , sheet and bed were very dirty I don’t think they have been cleaned before I’ll never try to booking it again

I did not expect much from the motel as the price was very low, but I did expect it to be clean. Upon arrival we noticed immediately that the bathroom had not been cleaned (dirty shoe prints on the floor, hair and dirt on the sink and mirror). The sheets and pillows had dark hair on them as well. We did not take our shoes off except to sleep as the carpet was very old, worn and many stains. The small couch had cigarette burns and some small holes. Although we had a non smoking room, it smelled strongly of old cigarettes. The Jacuzzi tub was not working and was dirty. The room was quite cold (April cool temps outside) and we had to sleep with extra clothes on as we could not find a way to increase the temperature. Someone on staff did come to clean the bathroom when we complained, it was better but still not as clean as it should have been. Wish I could have given a better review as the woman at the main desk seemed quite lovely.

SAVE YOURSELF FROM REGRET AND DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! Room had no hot water but staff kept denying the issue. Sheets were missing from the beds and pillowcases were dirty. There were holes in the walls and doors. Front desk is unmanned and you can’t call from the room phone. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

No toilet paper, no hot water for shower , we have to take cold shower. Looks old and dirty like nobody cleaned it . It'd cheap for a reason , the low review also tells you why. Pay extra $20 for somewhere nicer and you won't regret

Very very bad. Couldn't sleep all night because of the noise. It was very cold from the beginning. No heat. We went twice and told them, they said that they were coming to fix it. They never came. The bathroom was very dirty. Sheets were dirty. Everything was bad. A very bad experience. Worst hotel ever.

The Airconditioning wasnt working, the shower wasnt draining. The roo was damn stuffy, very poorly ventilated and it was quite difficult to breath inside the room

We were given the wrong room key initially, then the room that we were given was different from the one listed (no futon provided). The grounds were not well lit; especially the stairs, which i fell down. There were also multiple skunks around the property, and the sheets had stains that resembled blood. Also, the toilet seat was broken and it did not flush properly. There was also no interior lock for the door to the room.

Old wooden window that didn’t lock and was on the ground floor., screen had a big hole, sink had no hot water. Paint was peeling off the walls. Overall was the raunchiest hotel I’ve stayed in! Lol looked good in the pics but did r read any reviews and just went on a whim. Misktake shoulda paid the extra bucks and went somewhere that I could’ve slept.

In the middle of the night i went out side for a smoke and forgot my key inside, so off to the office i went. They were very helpful despite my rude intrusion on their sleep, and i was very greatful

Dirty, bad smell, no AC , lack of communication, left stranded

When I got there to check in, there was no one there to help me, and I waited for over 30 minutes and called and got no answer. I couldn't wait any longer, so I moved to find another accommodation nearby.

Friendly staff, but dirty room. If we didn’t just drive 10 he’s and arrive at 11 pm would not have stayed.

I waited for two hours for someone to come to the front counter to check me and my family in and it took three hours to get there and we had to go back home because no other hotels were available for the night in this hotel never had anybody there to check us in

Hey I have a problem my family and I went to stay and the room was in no condition for people to stay there dirty shower , floor old food and cans of beer underneath the bed. They gave me a refund and then they cancel it and still charged me the night. How can I get my money back?

At the check-in they showed me an awful room as my booking which were totally different from the ad pictures and then asked extra 10 bucks for more clean room, and I had to accept it. Even that room has no garbage bin, dirty bed sheets (thanks god I had my own clean sheets), the worst quality of toilet papers and soup and shampoo. I dont recommend it for this price, specially if you have a kid. The man in the oofice, Mahammed, was nice and welcoming though. .

The property was in a good location. The staff at the hotel didn’t seam to care much about our stay. They gave us a room with a small futon instead of a pull out couch, no extra bedding or towels for 5 people. The room had visible plaster repair of holes, broken window with cardboard over it, bugs crawling out of the wall and dirty everywhere you look. We were switched rooms to 3 queen beds, the room was a little cleaner, but tv didn’t work, wifi not accessible from the room, the vent in the roof of the bathroom almost fell off and hit me and appeared to be only holding on by layers of dirt. I would not recommend staying at this place.

We didn’t stay there. The moment we pulled up there were drunk homeless people sitting outside the hotel and around the rooms. The pool was empty and dirty and the room was musty. I asked to see the room before we made the decision to look for another place.

I have stayed in some less than perfect rooms in the past, but this room was so gross, that I didn't want to sit down anywhere. The tub had idk what in it. The smell was horrific and the windows did not open. I was there for less than 15 mins, before walking into the office and requesting a refund. I did not want to be rude and say this is too gross to stay in, so I had said that something came up and I needed to leave. They refused my request for a refund. When my husband called the office to request my refund they said that I was here for a very long time (insinuating that I was trying to rent the room by the hour, so to speak - while I was there with my child to boot!!!) After a while, my husband convinced them to give me a refund. These pictures do not depict an accurate idea of what the hotel looks like. There are scary people outside the rooms and it isn't clean outside either.

What a night that was. I have not seen such a dirty place in my life. I am always using hotels.com for my reservations, but this place was horrible… should be removed from the hotels.com. The neighborhood did not seem safe too. Even if it 10 bucks, do not book it. You will not feel safe and comfortable. Stay away!!

Let me start this by saying, ALWAYS look at google reviews before going ahead and booking a spot to stay. I booked this for my family (3 kids and 3 adults). We are not from the area but the photos online looked decent and it had a pool, so I thought the kids would love it. We arrived and the pool had ZERO water in it and looked like it needed to be fixed. The front desk area was okay, the people at the front desk were okay. Nothing fancy, but whatever. We originally got a set of keys for a room that was for sure for a couple on a romantic retreat. Went back to front office and got a different room key (We had booked a room with 3 beds and the first room only had a bed and a heart tub in it). Unsure why they didn't check our booking to confirm what room we needed? Anywho, we enter the new 3 bed room. It was a decent size, but there was cobwebs everywhere and it smelt like an out house. There was a ton of open room doors with people who were hanging out in their beds with their doors open. Fairly weird overall. And apparently we parked in "someone's spot" who didn't have a car, but had his door open. That man then came outside and started screaming to move our car that it was HIS SPOT. He was also swearing and making weird noises while doing so. We went back into the front desk and requested to get our money back because this clearly wasn't a safe space for kids at all. They denied a full refund & only gave me $100 out of the $175 we spent. I will NEVER go back or recommend it.

We pulled up and there was an ambulance in the parking lot. The several people that were seated or walking around looked sketchy. There was a room door open with a large man laying topless. It seemed to be a shelter, more than a hotel. We didnt get out of out car and found a different motel.

Wifi Service not working. The location is far from the fall and other business centre.

Booked a king room and got a completely different room. Breakfast was included in booking; but, there’s no breakfast at all for anybody at this place. Dirty room, hallway, AC unit, towels, overall lack of maintenance. Dirty place, lots of spider webs, dusty. Broken night table lamp. Worst experience ever.
