Specifically paid for a stay with a pool. Pool was closed for seemingly no reason for 4+ days out of the stay. Parking Garage is run by Metropolis and triple-charged on certain days Hotel / Apartment itself is nice but given the "studio layout", the bedroom isnt really a bedroom and not closed off - good for singles, not so great for couples trying to do work / sleep at the same time

Very nice staff. Beautiful hotel. Parking on site can get expensive for a long stay, if you aren’t diligent on voiding it. It’s nice that’s it’s not DOWNTOWN downtown, but it’s a 5min drive or 30min walk that can be sketchy. The pool was emptied during our stay because someone broke the sauna door, so they had to clean it up. But after a few days I wasn’t even allowed to sit in the lounge chairs, was kicked out for reading on a comity chair. It was very very hot and we had planned to use the pool daily. Then after our stay was over it still wasn’t usable, so I asked for a small partial refund for the pool, since that is why we chose this hotel at all, and they said over that we were waived the amenities fee, but we had already paid in full months prior, so I’m still trying to figure that one out.

Location was good - easy 10 minute bus into town. Gym was well equipped Staff were friendly but inexperienced e.g. we asked about possibility of extending our stay by a night - the receptionist “checked” and told us no room was available - there was, as we had seen available online, therefore kindly asked if he could check again - reception told us only then that “actually yes there is one available” We chose not to stay longer in the end but if we had wanted to - if we had not checked ourselves and took on board what the receptionist originally told us then it wouldn’t have been possible. It just seemed as though there wasn’t a genuine effort to assist.

I really like the concreteness of the building, allowing for quiet between rooms. As well as the windows which did not allow much sound to penetrate (incl from the trains directly outside). I love the bar downstairs and the overall energy of the place. I wish the cold plunge and sauna had been there (as was mentioned in the advertising for the place). I'd go back!

Can’t say enough nice things about the Memoir! Beautiful and spotless throughout, gorgeous comfy lobby with lots of places to work or chill, incredible patio and pool area, though the pool was not ready for the season yet (we were advised in advance), and super nice and helpful concierge, coffee barista, and overnight security guard. We had lovely conversations with all of them and all offered excellent suggestions about the city. The pool is so super cool - summer will be a blast. Bed was very comfortable with high quality pillow and linens. Huge windows and views.

It was absolutely amazing! We walked to Americano Lounge and Babu for coffee. We walked to Dicey’s for dinner one night. We felt safe and the room was immaculate with beautiful views. We will definitely be back!

AMAZING place to stay if you don’t want to be right on Broadway. This is a cool concept of residences and rentals with concierge services. The rooms are just as pictured- trendy loft vibes. The community feeling makes you feel right at home, even if you’re just visiting. Mark took great care of us in the resident bar/common area. We will most definitely stay here again!

The apartment/room was beautiful and the view was glorious! Conveniently located to everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. My only negative comment is that there wasn’t any communication before my stay about how/where to park and navigating the parking garage. The precheck-in link didn’t work, so I suppose that information could have been there.

Room was good! No side tables on the bed and the pillows were lumpy, like bags of cotton apples. Very uncomfortable, I used one of my own sweatshirts instead.

No one was at the front desk when I arrived. Had to wait over an hour for a security guard to find my key even though I notified them I’d be getting in late. Online it says there will be someone at the desk until 11pm. I showed up a little before 10pm and there was no staff anywhere and no one picked up the phone. Also my key fob didn’t work the second half of my stay trapping me outside on a couple occasions. Understaffed condo building. Not a hotel.

Can’t say enough nice things about the Memoir! Beautiful and spotless throughout, gorgeous comfy lobby with lots of places to work or chill, incredible patio and pool area, though the pool was not ready for the season yet (we were advised in advance), and super nice and helpful concierge, coffee barista, and overnight security guard. We had lovely conversations with all of them and all offered excellent suggestions about the city. The pool is so super cool - summer will be a blast. Bed was very comfortable with high quality pillow and linens. Huge windows and views.

Very nice staff. Beautiful hotel. Parking on site can get expensive for a long stay, if you aren’t diligent on voiding it. It’s nice that’s it’s not DOWNTOWN downtown, but it’s a 5min drive or 30min walk that can be sketchy. The pool was emptied during our stay because someone broke the sauna door, so they had to clean it up. But after a few days I wasn’t even allowed to sit in the lounge chairs, was kicked out for reading on a comity chair. It was very very hot and we had planned to use the pool daily. Then after our stay was over it still wasn’t usable, so I asked for a small partial refund for the pool, since that is why we chose this hotel at all, and they said over that we were waived the amenities fee, but we had already paid in full months prior, so I’m still trying to figure that one out.

The apartment/room was beautiful and the view was glorious! Conveniently located to everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. My only negative comment is that there wasn’t any communication before my stay about how/where to park and navigating the parking garage. The precheck-in link didn’t work, so I suppose that information could have been there.

It was absolutely amazing! We walked to Americano Lounge and Babu for coffee. We walked to Dicey’s for dinner one night. We felt safe and the room was immaculate with beautiful views. We will definitely be back!

I really like the concreteness of the building, allowing for quiet between rooms. As well as the windows which did not allow much sound to penetrate (incl from the trains directly outside). I love the bar downstairs and the overall energy of the place. I wish the cold plunge and sauna had been there (as was mentioned in the advertising for the place). I'd go back!

So much here. Parking is not clear, we checked in and no one told us we needed to sign up on an app. The facilities are clean and the lobby is nice. The room has no lighting over the massive table in the kitchen area; the TV is near impossible to "cast". The Washer Dryer, location, security, and staff were great. The room IS NOT, I REPEAT IS NOT a 1 bedroom, it's a studio loft style that has no noise privacy from room to room. ADJUST THE LISTING TO SHOW THIS. No Toaster WHY? The coffee machine is fine, but the Nespresso "New Machine" pods are harder to get than gold and the cost is similar. Give pods to your guests. All in all, a nice 17 days spent at a clean newly remodeled place with some nagging faults.

My husband and I stayed at Memoir for two nights, and it was wonderful! We arrived a bit early and our room wasn’t ready yet, but we were happy to hang out and work out of their beautiful lobby space while they finished preparing the room. The room ended up being ready earlier than the typical check-in time which was such a nice surprise. The room was set up like a one bedroom apartment, and we loved having a separate area to eat and watch TV. Only thing that was a little tough was that our windows faced the train tracks, so there was a bit of noise bleed from the trains passing by. Area was great - would stay again!

Loved this property and would stay again- but be advised there are no black out shades, which is frustrating for a hotel property. I didn't appreciate being woken up at 5am each morning when it got light in the apartment. Please add black out curtains. Also I had received a late checkout, but at 11am, while I was in the shower, housekeeping unlocked the door and left it OPEN with all of my stuff sitting there. Really terrifying and unacceptable communication and violation of privacy, and I was shaken up all day. Of coures housekeeping claimed it wasn't them, but who else would have access to override the deadbolt?

The overall property and amenities were wonderful, and the room was great though there was no desk or laptop area, which the room type indicated There were some key kitchen items lacking but the staff were quick to rectify some of them. Our checkin was slow and we only received 1 key for the 2 of us. The parking compound key tap was not working so we often had to walk around. The pool and lounge area were wonderful. There is also a BBQ area which we used twice. We attended the farmers market and the movie under the stars - which both were great! Location is up and coming, but there is not alot around within walking distance. Uber is very reasonable, but if a car is needed you are paying +21/day. Would definitely consider returning if in the area.
