The staff wasn't friendly. In fact, they were rude. My room was rented to someone else, leaving me searching for another room at 2 in the morning despite the fact that I had a reservation, receipt, and confirmation number. The outside was dirty and I was told by police in the area that it's not a safe place to stay.

Office was closed at 4:00 pm when I arrived. Had to call cell phone number taped to the front door. Eventually (30 minutes) someone showed up with a key. Room was clean and comfortable enough. Had to call for Wi-Fi password and they gave me the wrong one. The owner ended up coming to my room convinced I was enter the password wrong, only to remember that the password had changed and she gave me the old one.

As the old adage goes….Dont judge a book by its cover…well with this being my first visit to this property after have driven past it countless times, I had thought for sure I would be disgusted with the rooms themselves. Yet once I opened the door to my room I was beyond taken back….it was extremely clean, up to date, well lit, stocked with clean towels and sheets. And was quiet as a church in there.

Made this reservation through Expedia and paid full amount at time of reservation. The office was dark and locked when I arrived. There was a hand written note on the door stashing there was no vacancy (misspelled). I called OYO and spoke to a representative who put me on hold while they tried to call a local property owner. They could not reach anyone. When they came back on the line with me they apologized for my situation and promised to “escalate” to the management. I called Expedia and they said much the same promising to pursue a refund. I eventually received an email that said that even though OYO (the chain) was saying I should get a refund the property owner was not providing a refund. While I was waiting at the hotel a second traveler arrived and was in the same situation.

I had booked the reservation paid to stay and was told by the manager no room you need to leave. Very bad people there. When I tried to explain that I already paid for the room he goes not my problem you need to leave now. So now I’m fighting to try and get a refund since they didn’t let us stay and rudely told us to leave and turned around and walked away from us. I’ll never ever book again for them whatsoever!!!!!!

I try checking in on sunday. But the office lady was not in. I got there a bit late about 10pm. The number i call 931-982-2259 and 843-538-2280 posted at the door. she said there was no more room availible. But i reserved it few days prior for 7day stay and paid in advance. So I don't understand how i lost my reservation. I also called 347-752-4172 their help center to see whats going on with my reservation and get refund since the office lady said there were no room availible even though I paid in advance. I never got my full refund since it was not me that cancelled the reservation, I should have got full refund. Still waiting on my full refund

Apparently family owned/operated, as there was nobody to greet me upon my arrival; only a handwritten note requesting I call a number where I obviously woke the proprietor who was very unamused that I was there to check in. The staff was courteous. The grounds needed to be cleaned and pressure washed. The room was clean but walls were scuffed, bathroom door peeling and toilet paper holder broken. This hotel needs a major refurbishment. It was inexpensive so I guess I got what I paid for.

Dead tired after 9 hours on the road, I arrived at this motel. Desk clerk laughed when I asked about coffee in the morning, said to go to the Waffle House across the parking lot. Sheets were stained, walls were scuffed and paint peeling, bathtub looked grungy, floor boards were warped and sticking up. But it did have a fridge and a microwave, and the AC worked well. No bedbugs, so I stayed. Asked about ice later with the same response: Waffle House. In the morning, I used the microwave, after which all power to that side of the room went off, apparently a tripped circuit breaker, which I couldn't find. Tried to report this so the next guest wouldn't suffer, but no staff available when I checked out. Cost was $46, so I guess you get what you pay for, or a little less. NEVER AGAIN!

When I arrived at the hotel no one was in the office and it was locked. I had to bang on the window and wait some time to be helped. After I finally got my room, it was in very poor condition overall, worst of all the dead-bolt didn’t work and there was no hot water in the shower. Terrible experience.
