Villa Sunkiss: Luxury Farmhouse with Tuscan Flair

Had an amazing time here

This is a newly renovated Tuscany dream villa attached to a quiet small winery. We were 6 adults and 3 children (6, 12, 18 months old) and had a fantastic stay during July 2024. The house was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and wanted inside with plenty of room for all of us. The outdoor area and the pool was incredible with sun all day and magnificient unobstructed views over hills with wineries and olive trees. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, a wonderful family who helped make our time at the villa even better. Martina from Lucca Apartments & Villas was responsive and professional, she helped arrange wine tasting, massage, chefs cooking dinner for us (highly recommended with babies sleeping upstairs) and babysitter in the villa. The closest cafe is 2,5km away (OK road to run), big supermarket 7 min drive and the small town of Montecarlo is 3,3km away up and down some steep hills (also a good run). We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this villa!

This was an incredible place to stay - newly renovated with exceptionally high quality furnishings and kitchen utensils. The house is beautiful and the surroundings very scenic. Amazing pool area and outdoor furniture. Short drive to Lucca and Florence/Pisa also within an hour for day trips. Martina the property manager was super responsive and helpful and helped us organise cooking classes, a chef cooked meal and wine tastings (all on site, as the property is also a functioning biodynamic winery and olive oil producer). The only thing to be aware of is the property js actually a semi detached with the other half of the building being the owners home and the winery they were lovely and warm people, very respectful and unobtrusive (and out kids ended up playing together) but if you will feel uncomfortable with them being on site then take this into consideration.

The place was stylish and clean with lovely linen, Comfortable beds and contemporary decor & finishing. The kitchen, bathrooms & showers were ultra clean and comfortable. A nice space for dining and great a/c in the house. The pool and lounges were clean And comfortable.
