Laubegast is a lovingly renovated and furnished double room of 19 sqm on the upper floor. It features a laminate floor with underfloor heating and a large window with a French balcony. Laubegast is equipped with a double bed (180cm x 200cm), a dresser, a mirror, and a seating area. There is a bathroom with a toilet and shower on both the upper and ground floors, as well as a 30 m² recreation room with a cozy sofa and flat-screen TV with Magenta TV and WLAN, along with a fully equipped kitchen for communal use by the holiday guests. A private refrigerator for guests' own food and drinks is available in the kitchen. The adjacent rooftop terrace invites guests to linger and soak up the sun, especially on sunny days.
