All the above. I enjoyed my stay very much. Walking distance to the hospital my relative was in; cleanliness of the room, safe entrances with keypads and excellent lighting at night were high on my list of positives. I would have liked a little more guidance with which channels 'worked' / didn't work since I was there for a week. I felt that management responded well to my requests. That said, I felt confused initially before arrival when told I'd get a code for entering and was late in hearing that my room assignment had been changed. Since I was lucky that my Uber driver stayed until I checked the room.

I was so fortunate to find this property! It was the perfect location for a last minute work trip. The place was very clean, modern, and had everything I needed to feel at home, including a memory foam mattress that felt like a dream. The location was easy to access being so close to 95 and had a couple stores close by which came in handy. The communication was excellent. I had no issues. Parking is tight on the street however there is always space. The property does have a lot that can hold two cars on a first come first serve basis. The property graciously provided complimentary toiletries and the kitchenette is well equipped to prepare meals away from home. The attention to detail really made my stay special. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to stay here again!

The New Seasons is a wonderfully renovated building in a quiet neighborhood in Chester, PA. The accommodations were secure, well-maintained, clean and immaculately decorated. The property has two on-site parking spaces; however, the neighborhood also has a plethora of easily assessible and available street parking. The staff was extremely attentive and made themselves available to support any of their guests unexpected needs.

First the room and property itself was very nice. It is clear the owners recently gutted and remodeled the property and did a very nice job! The room was as pictured, clean with all needed amenities including a 2-burner range top. The owners communicated very well with the remote check-in process and texted instructions for proper use of the coded locks on the exterior property and interior room doors. The memory foam mattress made for a very comfortable good night's sleep. The only issue we had with the room was the sensor light on the bedside table would go off and on throughout the night so we eventually unplugged it for the night. The multiple charging wireless stations were very convenient as well. Again, the room was as advertised. The one significant issue was not feeling fully safe at night. The owners have done as much as possible to help their customers feel safe with the security cameras along the parking areas and electronic, coded locks but it is important for folks to understand the area. I applaud the owners for trying to make a difference in the neighborhood by starting a business that I hope will initiate a trend of revitalization in this area of Chester.

The property was new, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Although we had to catch the SEPTA train to the city every day; it was an easy 5 block walk to the Chester station. Everyone in this small town was very pleasant to speak with and most helpful with directions. Amenities included water, coffee & a small kitchenette that was well stocked.

Room was very modern and had everything you would want and need for a comfortable stay. Staff is very friendly and responsive and there is also laundry facilities available in the building. Highly recommend!

Very happy with my stay. The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere and it's not particularly "nice," but it's only a 30 min drive from Philly. There are two parking spots available (first come first served) which were convenient for me. The room is clean and the bed is EXTREMELY comfortable. It's well stocked and there are cameras outside and in the hall and keycode locks to enter the property.

My stay was amazing! The rooms looked exactly like the photos posted. They had every streaming platform you could ask for—from YouTube to Netflix to Disney+. There’s also a convenient washer and dryer downstairs, though we didn’t need to use it during our two-night stay. I especially loved their dishware—it made for some great cooking moments. If you're in the area or planning a visit and need a place to stay, this is the spot. The exterior might not be flashy, but the area is safe and the stay was excellent.

This was my second stay in 2 weeks! I love the place. It is very secure and very well lit. I like the added security of the cameras outside and in the entry way. The neighbors were actually better this trip because they took the time to get to know me. I was nervous my first stay as I have a high end car, but I didn’t have any issues. I love it! Anytime I am working in the area again, NSR will be my one and only choice! Thank you for a great place to stay and I have already started spreading the word about New Season!!! Thanks again, Shawn

The area around the place was dirty, ghetto, was a little nervous about staying. Then we went inside a very secured building, the unit was very nice, clean, beds were comfortable it had everything you needed for cooking, washing the dishes, microwave, mini fridge and air conditioner. It was actually pretty quiet so it just goes to show can’t judge a book by its cover. The distance to Downtown Philli was only about 17 miles. To get in was super easy I called and spoke with the owner super friendly and stayed on the phone with me to make sure I got in. Also there was 2 spots for off street parking and that was really nice as the street was packed with cars. I would stay here again.

The building is an obvious gut renovation and kudos to the owners for a job well done. Everything is shiny and new & for the most part very clean. We did find a couple of hairs on our sheets (perhaps housekeeping?) Shower has a lip to prevent water leakage, One must be VERY conscious of it not to trip when stepping out. Bathroom sink is very small (like the new airline ones) & only for hand washing. I had to wash my face over the kitchen sink to prevent spilling water in the bathroom. Neighborhood is sketchy. There were people loitering during the day (weekend) & when we returned at 11pm there was a man loitering alone two doors down. The next night there was a different man in the same spot. Rooms not soundproof - we could hear people above us walking around & down stairs & one eve there was a group engaged in loud conversation at 1am in the morning right outside our bedroom window, luckily it only lasted about 30 min. Other reviewers have complained about parking; we had no issues with parking in one of the two spaces or in front of the building. I did appreciate the coffeemaker & pods, although it would have been nice if they had provided four pods for 2 people/2 nights. The A/C worked well and was very quiet! The bed as advertised was a memory foam bed, which is a personal preference. Not my fave but I know many people love them. All in all it was fine for what we needed, I hope more work can be done in the future to help revitalize the neighborhood.

Positives: a lot of communication (but maybe too much), bed very comfortable, cheap price, ample parking for giant suv. Host also gave me one night refund due to raised issues. However, They did try hard to make it right. Negatives: Crackheads in the neighborhood, randoms ringing our doorbell at night, and issues with bugs *NOT BEDBUGS*. This review is to help those know what they are getting into.

Other than that, it was a pleasant stay, would recommend, unless you are huge and prone to use the bathroom constantly.

The staff was very responsive to questions and even did my laundry for me, even though that wasn't "in the description" of services offered. The only downside I can think of is that the location is not super-close to downtown Philadelphia...maybe 40 minutes by car...but at least it's only a 4 minute drive from the highway. I could definitely see myself staying here again.

New Season Royals is clean & friendly. It is a converted home. The staff are not in site. However, the bathroom / shower area is a converted bifold closet area, so it is very small. The area around the property is questionable. There are homes that are abandoned & boarded up along with junked vehicles along the street.

When we arrived, we were a little unsure about the area but once we got inside the room, we felt like we were in a New York Penthouse. It was clean, newly renovated with new appliances and up to date technology. Bathroom is small but accommodating. We stayed 5 nights and will return in the future.

Everything went really well and smoothly. Check In was so convenient! Parking was not too bad either.

The staff cancelled my reservation with no notice because I smoked in the room during a previous stay. They are complete liars. I never - ever smoked in any of their rooms and they know it.

Needed towels , had to ask for clean towels , said they weren’t in the area till day 4 of 5 dat stay. The location was a concern but we had no issues for our stay.

We stayed here for breakaway fest. The apartment itself was clean and well kept, but the street this is on is in a really bad part of a really bad town of the metro Philly area. We had a lot of people who could not take their eyes off us everytime we entered / left the apartment / hotel. People were outside blasting music at all parts of the day. The area was so poor, it was part of our motivation for canceling our trip early and ended up not even staying the second night. I would not stay here again due to the street this is on. If I had to stay in Chester again, I would get a hotel with a larger parking lot next time so parking & ride sharing felt a bit safer.
