gut erreichbares öffentliches verkehrsmittel nach stuttgart. Zimmer sehr sauber, modern und schön. Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück lecker! Pool mega gut.

The swimming pool was closed so they give us a ticket for 1 people for 1 hour and half for only one people to the public swimming pool (family of 3 persons). The AC doesn’t work in the room so it was terrible at night with 30 degrés outside.

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel in der Nähe von der Autobahn. Gutes Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Schwimmbad und Sauna nicht benutzt. Der Fitnessraum ist klein und die Auswahl an Geräten ist sehr begrenzt, reicht aber um morgens etwas zu trainieren.
Ruhig gelegenes Hotel in der Nähe von der Autobahn. Gutes Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Schwimmbad und Sauna nicht benutzt. Der Fitnessraum ist klein und die Auswahl an Geräten ist sehr begrenzt, reicht aber um morgens etwas zu trainieren.

Nice hotel with a good steakhouse attached. Staff were all lovely. Room was pleasant. A pool and sauna available for guest use but the pool had a bit of a swampy smell, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly, and the sauna had been turned off due to lack of use so we weren't able to use it which was a shame as part of the reason I booked this hotel was for use of these facilities. However everything else was lovely, had a good dinner and good night sleep and the staff were all very friendly. We would stay here again :)

Hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Muss aber nicht wieder. In meinem Zimmer gab es kein WLAN Empfang. Unter dem Bett wurde mit Sicherheit 2 Wochen kein dreck entfernt. Das Bad gab einen komischen Geruch ab. War aber sauber. Wenn man keine Zeit im Zimmer verbringt ok… Der Pool war ungeheizt obwohl es angekündigt war . Nächstes Mal suche ich mir ein anderes Hotel im Raum Stuttgart

Sauberkeit müsste besser sein. Hatte nur ein Economy Zimmer, trotzdem sollte es sauber sein. Zimmertür innen mit zahlreichen Fingerabdrücken und Schmierstreifen. Im Bad auf dem Boden noch Urinflecken vom Vorgänger, irgendwelche komischen Spritzer an den Wänden. Abfluss roch muffig, Abdeckung von der Klimaanlage hing halb aus der Decke. Kein Kühlschrank, kein Wasser, kein Wasserkocher oder ähnliches auf dem Zimmer. Angebuffte Möbel aus den 80ern. WLAN eine Katastrophe. Nah an der Autobahn. War jetzt schon das 5. Mal in dem Hotel bislang alles gut. Aber seit dem letzten Mal merkt man das sich irdgendwie die Qualität ändert. Ichnwurde 2x zum falschen Zimmer geschickt. Das zimmer was ich dann bekam war nicht richtig gereinigt. Unterm bett wollmäuse, der Boden nicht richtig gewischt. Werde trotzdem wieder buche da der Hund umsonst ist und die Nähe zu meiner Weiterbildung passt.

The hotel left a placard stating the room would only be cleaned every 3 days. On our second day we asked for toilet paper and were told that housekeeping leaves by 2 PM so we would have had to have asked by then to get a roll. Ultimately the CSR found a roll but told me I would need to contact housekeeping if we ever needed more. On the third day, we saw the housekeeper outside our room. We asked if she was going to clean it and was told we were not on the list. She refused to clean it. We had to complain to the front desk. Our bed was made and the towels refreshed, but there were handprints all over the windows, dirt on the floor, cobwebs, and dust on the surfaces which were never cleaned up. The restaurant was fabulous. The worst part is nowhere on the hotel does it say Elaya. The Abacco restaurant is there and there is no advertising on the outside for Elaya

Schönes Hotel. Etwas unglücklich war, dass unser Zimmer beim Check-in noch nicht bezugsfertig war, da wir schnell wieder weiter mussten. Wir haben dafür aber zumindest den Parkplatz nicht bezahlen müssen. Zimmerreinigung könnte etwas besser sein, es waren sehr viele Spinnweben im Raum. Ansonsten alles super.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war genial. Auch die Schlafcouch als 3. Schlafmöglichkeit war überraschenderweise super bequem. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich, aber das Kaffee und der Kakao waren leider komplett unterirdisch und nicht genießbar. Schade.

Excellent hotel for car enthusiasts as the whole hitek inckuding the rooms are car related decorated. The staff was cery friendly as well and the whoke hotel is very clean. The only minor issue wqs that the fridge in my room was not working and they removed it and never install it back so no fridge.

Bei meinem zweiten Aufenthalt dort, sollte ich das Frühstück nochmal bezahlen, obwohl es mitgebucht war. Auch nachdem ich nachhakte wurde es trotzdem verlangt. Ich checkte um ca 18:30Uhr ein. Als ich gegen 20Uhr in das Steakrestaurant ging, das wirklich zu empfehlen ist, ging ich nochmal an der Rezeption vorbei. Erst als ich an der Rezeption stand, sprach mich die Dame an, das dies ein interner Buchungsfehler war und erstattete mir das Geld zurück. Sie wollte mich noch anrufen. Wenn ich jedoch 1,5 Stunden im Zimmer war und kein Anruf kam, dann hätte sie mich, meiner Meinung nach, auch nicht mehr angerufen. Im Restaurant hätte sie mich auch nicht mehr erreicht. Somit war der Fehler dem Hotel egal!

Direkt im Hotel gibt es ein hevorragendes Steakhaus. Absolut zu empfehlen. Top Esssen, Top Service. Hotel war wie beschrieben, einfach, sauber und super nette Angestellte. Hatte ein kleines Problem mit einem Taxi und mir wurde direkt geholfen. Immer ein Lächlen und stet freundlich. Für mich das perfekt Hotel. Ich wusste aber auch, dass die Gegend eher ein Industriegebiet ist. Das Hotel ist eine absolute Empfehlung, würde ich wieder buchen.

The restaurant was fabulous. The worst part is nowhere on the hotel does it say Elaya. The Abacco restaurant is there and there is no advertising on the outside for Elaya

Beyond poor experience from this hotel. We stay here fairly often with work but will be going elsewhere in the future. colleagues were given key cards to different guests rooms with no apology or urgency to change when they went to reception to change. takes ages to check in general rudeness and no attention to detail paid from staff And to top it off we chose the reserve now and pay later option at the hotel. the lady on reception told me that it'll come off of my account? i'm now getting emails as to why i didnt pay at the property when i left! as i booked 6 rooms for colleagues i have now been left with a massive bill when in the past we paid it seperately. general incompetence from the staff. very poor the gym was shocking as well

Das Bett war groß, die Matratze hart, aber total bequem. Ein Steakhaus direkt im Hotel bietet sehr leckere Speise an. Die Umgebung ist ein Industriegebiet, daher zum Ausgehen muss man nur fahren.

Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die großzügige Verfügbarkeit von Parkplätzen sowie die Möglichkeit, Elektrofahrzeuge aufzuladen. Meine Suite war sehr geräumig, gut organisiert und modern eingerichtet – sowohl Möbel als auch Dekoration waren ansprechend und die Sauberkeit war tadellos. Auch das Frühstück hat mir sehr gefallen, es war reichhaltig und gut. Besonders schätzte ich das Vorhandensein eines Pools und Saunabereichs, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ein Punkt, der verbessert werden könnte, ist die Schallisolierung zur Außenseite hin, da es teilweise etwas laut war. Dies könnte auch die Wärmedämmung im Winter betreffen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass es sich um ein großes Hotel in einem älteren Gebäude handelt, was im Hinblick auf moderne Umweltstandards spürbar ist. Very enjoyable stay. Newly renovated with Porsche motif which was fun. “Hot rock” steakhouse in the hotel which is fun. Breakfast was fabulous with many options. Employers extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war genial. Auch die Schlafcouch als 3. Schlafmöglichkeit war überraschenderweise super bequem. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich, aber das Kaffee und der Kakao waren leider komplett unterirdisch und nicht genießbar. Schade.
