Sono scappata da un precedente albergo e mi sono ritrovata in questo albergo che, se lo avessi scoperto prima ci sarei andata immediatamente. Staff gentile e disponibile e location veramente molto pulita e curata. La camera era molto carina e soprstutti molto organizzata. Aveva a disposizione anche una piccola cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Oltretutto la struttura era fornita di un biliardo e di una sala cinema molto carina. Ho apprezzato veramente tanto la cura che c’è stata per ogni dettaglio. Unica pecca un po’ distante dal centro di Londra ma comunque ben fornita dai mezzi pubblici

This place was just ok. We needed a place for a month. I thought the rooms did not have good ventilation. I found our bed uncomfortable. We had a kitchen but no place to eat. I requested some chairs and stools multiple times and it never happened. Although it was non - smoking, our room was over a courtyard where people went out to smoke. People would be out smoking and talking loudly in the early morning hours. The halls were not well lit for us. You need to do most of your communication via “What’s Ap.” We found this extremely inconvenient and tedious Housekeeping = What’s Ap. Towels= What’s Ap., Etc We departed this morning and requested a cab at the front desk. The host told us we needed to communicate through What’s Ap. I requested a cab via What’s Ap and they sent me a link for a taxi service. The taxi service could not pick us up for two hours. I asked the host at the front desk to please call or recommend a taxi service and he said he was not allowed to do so. Then he said we should arrange for an UBER. My Uber Ap. would not accept the credit card on file or another credit card. My husband and I are in our seventies and well traveled but we found the customer service to be lacking. We walked down to Clapham Station to get a cab. It was a real hassle. The public areas, rooftop lounge and the laundry were nice and always clean. There is no coffee pot in the rooms and their coffee machine up in the lounge cranked out cold coffee on many day

Not a comfortable stay during the warm months. While the room layout and location were convenient, we were very disappointed to find out that the rooms in the hotel did not have air conditioning and the temperature in the room got extremely high during the day. Upon check-in in the afternoon, reported room temperature was 29 C. Due to the last minute discovery of lack of AC, we had no choice but to keep the room, however, we had to minimise our time in the room as much as possible, due to the temperature in the room going in the 30s Celsius.
