Smiling Jacks Escape | Animaux acceptés, piscines communes !

Loved our stay at Smiling Jacks! The accommodations were very clean, and the check-in process was smooth. The condo was decorated so cute and was roomy.  The balcony was a bonus, a wrap around with lots of space with tables and chairs.  It oversees the pool area and you can view the bay and ocean from afar. There is a private road to the beach, and it is bumpy but there is a small parking area at the end by the boardwalk that leads to the beach. It is walkable, maybe 10 minutes. Port A is a drivable beach, the hotel is around mm 66-67. We liked the location away from the Port A – it is just a short drive away but less crowded.  Highly recommend Smiling Jacks! We would stay again for sure! Clarifying items – there is one designated parking space for the unit, but other parking spaces are available. As stated, the coffee maker is a Keurig so bring the little individual cups. The pool is small but nice - we were there for the beach not the pool.

We loved how close the beach was, and the heated pool was great! The kitchen was well stocked and the place was very clean!

The individual unit we stayed in was just fine. However, the grounds around the pool were atrocious. They need a full lawn care attack. There were weeds growing along every wall and fence line. There were sticker burrs growing adjacent to the lower stair walkways. The planter beds had not been cleaned out and replanted in years. Some pool furniture was damaged and unsafe. The grounds man did pick up trash each morning, but that is all. There cigarette butts everywhere. We toured a unit that was for sale and it was very clean and nice. We were just turned off by the poor shape of the pool area and the rock fountain that we will not purchase a property there.

Loved the space and cleanliness. Very communicative on all info needed. large patio and right next to the beach !

The property is run down. It was not in the best condition. The living room and kitchen with bedrooms are renovated. The bathrooms need work. The property is very noisy and you could hear every single little thing above us. The description says 3 bedrooms. But there was only 2 bedrooms. Our code when we checked in was incorrect and we had to figure out how to get in touch with someone. It was not worth the money we paid for 2 nights stay. Would not stay here again.
