The location of the hotel was great. Close/walkable to many dining options, bars and sights. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in the area even at late hours. If you need a lot of space this may not be the place for you as the room itself was quite small. But I was hardly in the room and it was very clean, modern and I had a comfortable 3 nights. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They have free fresh cold water (which was appreciated after a whole day of walking ) and coffee in the lobby. WiFi and air con worked well. On my last night, I decided to attend a flamenco show they had on their hotel site and was so glad I did! Performance was a highlight. I absolutely would stay at this hotel again!

The lobby had a great patio to sit and the staff were extremely kind. Unfortunately the room was not the cleanest and was rather outdated. Additionally the air conditioning was very low functioning and did not sufficiently cool the room. The surrounding area was nice with lots of food options.

ロビーに、水、コーヒー、紅茶、ホットミルクがあり、いつでも飲める。時間的に観れなかったが、敷地内にフラメンコ会場も隣接している。冷蔵庫は無い。アメニティは何も無い。シャワーキャップだけあった。チェックアウト後は、無料でスーツケースを預かってもらえた。部屋まで段差が無くスーツケースでも快適に移動できた。とても細いくねくねした通りだが、タクシーはホテル前まで来てくれる。

The hotel was well kept and the staff was friendly. A nice and quiet courtyard is a perfect place to escape. The area has plenty of restaurants around and the nearest convenient stores within walking distance. However, the noises from the street traffic and pedestrian noises were nicely filtered out. Do note that you will staying near several churches and a big cathedral, so late night and early morning bell ringings are the norms. The staff can communicate in English, but the most fluent way, but it gets the job done. The shampoo bottle was broken, so it was obvious that the housekeeping was missing something. For $10 breakfast, I'd to see a better selection... Maybe some warm items. The shower is consistently hot and will pressurized. It's worth of the money. I paid low/mid 80's a night.

O Hotel Alcântara possui uma ótima localização, bem no centro histórico de Sevilha, o que possibilitou muitos passeios com curtas caminhadas. A cidade é plana, o que facilita ainda mais! É um hotel simples, mas que nos atendeu bem. Possui 3 andares e acesso com elevador. Uma pequena recepção e no mesmo local é servido o café da manhã. As opções no café eram: pães, frios, ovos, rosquinhas, bolinhos, suco, café, leite, cereais e algumas frutas, mas sem variedades no decorrer dos dias. O pessoal que atendia na recepção extremamente simpáticos e nos dando sugestões de lugares para conhecer e tbm para refeições. Algo que gostei muito é que na recepção tem água, café, leite e chá a vontade, para consumir em qualquer horário. Também tem um micro-ondas para caso necessite. Também emprestam guarda chuva, algo interessante para quando estamos viajando e não estamos com o nosso. O que deixou a desejar foi a questão da limpeza. Logo que cheguei encontrei cabelo no meu travesseiro, dentro da banheira também. Outro incômodo é que não têm box, e sim banheira com chuveiro e uma cortina de plástico, algo que não considero nada higiênico.

Room was small and cramped. Barely enough room for suitcases around bed. Bathroom smelled of mildew. The breakfast buffet was and extra 9.5 Euro but very basic Hard boiled eggs. You can find much better options nearby That said it is well located in the old quarter.

El hotel es muy céntrico, en una calle muy fresquita. Es muy tranquilo, el personal es muy muy simpático, sonriente y siempre presto a orientar, aconsejar los turistas. El desayuno es genial, completo. La habitación estaba muy limpia. No tengo nada que decir sobre el hotel. Lo aconsejo a 100%!!!

The staff were helpful and friendly (and multilingual). The location is extremely convenient for walking to shopping, restaurants and the Alcazar and Cathedral. Very old room. Based on price i was expecting much better room. AC didn't work. Not much air flow even if you open the window. Breakfast was per person 9.5 euro, even for the kids. For family trip, i would not recommend this room

La ubicación del hotel es buena, cerca de muchos lugares de interés en Sevilla. La limpieza es buena. En la habitación que me tocó se escuchaba mucho ruido, se escuchaba todo de las habitaciones de enseguida, otra cosa que no fue tan cómoda para mi es que cada que sales del hotel tienes que dejar la llave de tu habitación en recepción.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, cerca de muchos lugares de interés en Sevilla. La limpieza es buena. En la habitación que me tocó se escuchaba mucho ruido, se escuchaba todo de las habitaciones de enseguida, otra cosa que no fue tan cómoda para mi es que cada que sales del hotel tienes que dejar la llave de tu habitación en recepción.

Charming little hotel in a fantastic neighborhood. Set in the maze of narrow beautiful streets and alleys. Minutes walk away from Seville's main attractions and restaurants. The front desk staff members were all friendly and very helpful. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staff always with a smile, very helpful, pleasant, professional and informative. Sheets and towels smells good and clean. Shower has hot water always. Few minutes walk to the cathedral. Charming little hotel in a fantastic neighborhood. Set in the maze of narrow beautiful streets and alleys. Minutes walk away from Seville's main attractions and restaurants. The front desk staff members were all friendly and very helpful. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

A lovely small hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff, place was clean & bright. Very quiet at night and extremely central in the old part of the city. Breakfast was ample at €9.50. And there is daily flamenco next door.

The Hotel Alcantara is a wonderful hotel. Location is right in the middle of the picturesque Santa Cruz historical district. Easy walking distance to the Giralda as well as to bike rental and good bike paths. Very friendly personnel. The room was nice —instant hot water and good quiet air conditioner. The only possible downside for some people is you need to walk about 100 yards up a narrow scenic alley when getting dropped off by taxi.

Very good for the price paid. clean room. wonderful location and above all, wonderful staff. The guy at the reception was so helpful. Due to protest running in the spain, the roads were closed. He ordered a taxi for us to the train station when we were leaving for the hotel and not only that, he helped us moving our luggage all the way to main road. He really went extra miles for his job.

Our room was very clean. It was a good size for a small room. It was quieter than we expected because it was next to the Flamenco show room. The Flamenco show was excellent. The staff is very helpful and kind. The shower was very good and the air conditioning worked very well. That was important on a 37°C day in Seville! The breakfast was good. We appreciated the free coffee in the lobby. The location is excellent - nearby to shopping, great restaurants and historic sites.

The breakfast is breads, cheese meats, cereal, boiled eggs, donuts, juice... and they pack you a bag if you leave early. We asked for a fan to supplement the AC which was fine. Location is excellent. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Courtyard for smokers. Flamenco show in building attached. I agree with Rick Steves and recommend this place.
