Très bien , petit déjeuner très correct et personnel aimable . Deux bémols : rien dans le descriptif de l’hôtel permet de comprendre que la piscine est payante ( conso minimum 25€ pour 2), donc cet hôtel n’a pas de piscine, ce qui aurait modifié notre choix pour un autre hôtel. Difficile de rentrer d’une journée de visite et payer 25€ pour une piscine qui ferme à 18h30/19h. Autre bémol : la carte/clé de la chambre qui se désactive constamment, à chaque arrivée devant la porte de notre chambre, obligé de redescendre faire activer la clé.

Excellent service et tres bon hôtel. J'ai apprecié la salle de sport et le buffet de petit déjeuner. Par contre le lit dappoint pour notre fille etait vraiment de mauvaise qualité, linsonorisqtion était moyenne. Surtout et cest pour cela que jenleve une étoile : javais choisi cet hotel pour avoir une piscine pour notre dernier jour a Athènes et celleci etait en fait payante (25 euros le transat pour 2 et 40€ pour 3) et fermait à 18h30. Donc finalement pas de piscine alors que javais choisi l'hotel exprès.

The rooftop wading pool was a real highlight. It’s not big enough for swimming, but perfect for a quick dip between lunch and drinks. Tables were free to use, while loungers (€20 minimum spend for two with an umbrella) and cabanas (€40, which easily covered lunch and a couple of drinks) were well worth it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast had plenty of variety, and the location was excellent — just a 10-minute walk to the metro, with a direct line to the airport and easy access to the Acropolis and Ermou Street, only three stops (about 10 minutes) away.

The price was good and the breakfast was adequate. Location was not great long walk to metro, very noisy sound proofing was not there. Having to pay for pool was an annoyance. Staff was nice, helpful and courteous, rooms were large and modern and in good condition.

Great hotel but rooms are a little dated. Single sofa bed is just a sofa. Very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Good location just 3 stops on the Metro to Plaka the main shopping hub. Would stay here again.

Spacious recently renovated room with great design ideas. I really liked the bathroom, one person could shower and at the same time the other person could use the toilet with privacy. Very nice breakfast, with a wide selection of food, and a large variety of milk alternatives. Staff super friendly willing to help at all times. Very clean property with lots of nice spaces for meetings and areas to socialise. In a quiet but super central area.

We had a lovely 7-day stay at this hotel. It was comfortable and welcoming. The proximity to both the hospital and the university was perfectly located and convenient for our purpose. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and satisfying. The hotel rooftop restaurant has excellent food at very reasonable prices, with quick and friendly service. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, but one person deserves special mention - Vangelis, whose kindness and attention to detail truly stood out, making our stay memorable. The hotel is not in the heart of downtown, but its location is still convenient, with the Syntagma Square, Hellenic Parliament, and National Garden just a half-hour walk away, and only a 15-minute walk to the Lycabettus Hill. The only negative was that the internet/wireless was not very strong in the room that we were assigned which was frustrating. All in all, an excellent hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. We’d happily stay again.

The property was rated as a four-star hotel and I think I just barely qualified as a two-star. The rooms are very poorly featured. No place to properly unload your suitcase. Very old carpets and bathrooms are extremely small. Not pleased with the property at all.

The evening we arrived, we received a terrible room with water running nonstop in the toilet, the toilet and shower were in the same room as the sleeping area - no separation, and the door is a glass sliding door that covers only one area at a time, so no privacy. while ordering we asked for a room for 3 adults. In the best case this was a room for 1. The extra bed we received was a folding bed with a 3 cm mattress thickness, and the metal slats were broken. There was no one at the reception to speak to, although they said on check-in that they would be there 24 hours. The next day, we received a better room with a separate shower and a proper extra bed. The team was helpful and kind. The hotel has a small pool on the rooftop, which was a great escape in the warm weather. There's also a pool game table in the hotel that was fantastic for the kids.

Hôtel en plein travaux lors de mon séjour. Bruit de perceuse le samedi à 9h. 1 seuls ascenceur fonctionnel et tout le temps occupé par les artisans qui font les travaux. Équipements très basique. Pas d'accès à la salle de sport. Wifi non fonctionnelle. Beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation fournie.

Most rooms are fine, some aren't great while others are excellent. We were shown a room which had no private bathroom ( just a see through glass pane separating the toilet from the living area). The room we selected was excellent. Breakfast is excellent but the coffee lousy, important in the morning to have a decent cup of coffee, at least for us. I don't understand why nice hotels elect not to provide a good cup of coffee. The roof has a nice setup that includes a child pool wich cal also be used to cool off on a warm day. The general areas are fine, the staff excellent and helpful. All areas are exceptionally clean.

The strength of this hotel is its Staff. It’s clean-spotlessly so. Breakfast was good and it’s a short walk to the Metro at an affordable price. However, amd this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it a lot of school and sport teams stay here- at least there did while I was here in July. The soundproofing isn’t top tier so my advice is bring ear plugs. My last night I had tweens screaming and running up and down the hall- not ideal for a night I needed to be up early and work. Again, hardly the hotel’s fault. I’d come back but I’d ask if I could not have a run mid hall near the stairs.

The rooms are TINY! No room to open your luggage or move around. We stayed in a room to accomodate 2 adults and one child. The cot was hard an uncomfortable for my 8 year old - they only provided one single small down pillow per bed... the sheets were the cheap paper feel... the air conditioning is controlled by them, so had issues with it turning off all the time. The front desk staff were very nice - but the breakfast service starts cleaning up before the end time... so that was very very annoying and unclassy. You couldn't even refill your coffee...

The cot was hard an uncomfortable for my 8 year old - they only provided one single small down pillow per bed... the sheets were the cheap paper feel... the air conditioning is controlled by them, so had issues with it turning off all the time. The front desk staff were very nice - but the breakfast service starts cleaning up before the end time... so that was very very annoying and unclassy. You couldn't even refill your coffee...

Staff was fantastic, a really nice hotel. The staff went out of the way to help with giving us suggestions and the breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend. I know some have slammed the beach at the hotel...but we didn't utilize it so it wasn't an issue for us.

Staff at reception and restaurant are very helpful and have good attitude towards hospitality industry. Yiota was able to answer all our queries with satisfaction and guided well for our stay. Special thanks for the lovely wine birthday gift !! The breakfast has live kitchen along with other variety of continental breakfast options. Overall for a 4 star standard this property is adequate.

The strength of this hotel is its Staff. It’s clean-spotlessly so. Breakfast was good and it’s a short walk to the Metro at an affordable price. However, amd this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it a lot of school and sport teams stay here- at least there did while I was here in July. The soundproofing isn’t top tier so my advice is bring ear plugs. My last night I had tweens screaming and running up and down the hall- not ideal for a night I needed to be up early and work. Again, hardly the hotel’s fault. I’d come back but I’d ask if I could not have a run mid hall near the stairs.

We stayed here twice in and out of Athens and did so as we found the team here extraordinary. The customer service was absolutely superb. We had a lot of questions and asked for advice on several fronts and were assisted with great detail, enthusiasm and professionalism. Upon our return a week later, we were greeted like old friends and George at the reception remembered so many things- what time our departing flight was, our preferences, etc and even managed to get us into our room very early- not expected, but incredibly appreciated. I'll always recommend these folks in Athens and can't wait to come back. I'd give 100 stars if I could.

The rooftop wading pool was a real highlight. It’s not big enough for swimming, but perfect for a quick dip between lunch and drinks. Tables were free to use, while loungers (€20 minimum spend for two with an umbrella) and cabanas (€40, which easily covered lunch and a couple of drinks) were well worth it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast had plenty of variety, and the location was excellent — just a 10-minute walk to the metro, with a direct line to the airport and easy access to the Acropolis and Ermou Street, only three stops (about 10 minutes) away.

Nice, comfortable hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Limited food options in the area. Not crazy about the distance to major tourist areas. Its a min of a 10 minute ride. The closest double decker bus stop is nearly a mile away.

Stayed to be close to US embassy which was quick walk away. There is a good coffee shop and some decent bars nearby, no where I would really want to eat dinner. Breakfast at the property was good. I was surprised you needed to reserve / have a minimum spend to go to the pool. They only had instant coffee vs nespresso not sure if you can use the downstairs espresso machine outside of breakfast. Could have used more pillows, bed just okay, scratchy sheets but not terrible. The room itself was quiet, air was also quiet which is nice.

We had a lovely 7-day stay at this hotel. It was comfortable and welcoming. The proximity to both the hospital and the university was perfectly located and convenient for our purpose. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and satisfying. The hotel rooftop restaurant has excellent food at very reasonable prices, with quick and friendly service. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, but one person deserves special mention - Vangelis, whose kindness and attention to detail truly stood out, making our stay memorable. The hotel is not in the heart of downtown, but its location is still convenient, with the Syntagma Square, Hellenic Parliament, and National Garden just a half-hour walk away, and only a 15-minute walk to the Lycabettus Hill. The only negative was that the internet/wireless was not very strong in the room that we were assigned which was frustrating. All in all, an excellent hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. We’d happily stay again.

Most rooms are fine, some aren't great while others are excellent. We were shown a room which had no private bathroom ( just a see through glass pane separating the toilet from the living area). The room we selected was excellent. Breakfast is excellent but the coffee lousy, important in the morning to have a decent cup of coffee, at least for us. I don't understand why nice hotels elect not to provide a good cup of coffee. The roof has a nice setup that includes a child pool wich cal also be used to cool off on a warm day. The general areas are fine, the staff excellent and helpful. All areas are exceptionally clean.

Really great service! The hotel is currently under full renovations, it will look great once all is completed. The construction was not a hassle, they were very mindful. Breakfast buffet was very full and tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful, impeccable service. Good location, walking distance to fun restaurants and a short metro ride (or walkable) from major attractions. The pillows were the downside. Overall experience was really pleasant!
