Wir waren zum Jahreswechsel 25/26 in Baden-Baden. Bereits am Empfang wurden wir mehr als zuvorkommend behandelt. Wir hatten die Wahl von 2 Zimmern ,das für uns passende auszusuchen. Gepäck wurde uns vom Parkplatz zum Zimmer gebracht. Das Hotel besteht aus 2 Häusern. Einmal eine antike Villa, mit sehr schöner Möblierung, auch im Restaurant. Im Kaminzimmer gibt es den Nachmittagstee. Frühstück ist sehr gut, auch mit Produkten aus dem Schwarzwald. Unser Zimmer war im neuen Gebäudeteil. Dieser ebenso im Antiken Stil. Die Möbel im Zimmer sehr hübsch und romantisch. Eine riesige Badewanne, Toilette separat. Ausnahmslos jeder vom Personal war zu jeder Zeit engagiert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Garten ist wunderbar und mit Außenterasse. Dort kann man im Sommer sicher frühstücken. Der Parkplatz am Haus ist großzügig und Kameraüberwacht. Garage gibt es nicht. Ich habe den Parkplatz als sicher empfunden. Das Hotel liegt Zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. 10 Minuten zum Zentrum wenn man langsam geht. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Service and staff were excellent. Old style hotel with no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up some steep stairs. Breakfast was wonderful and the garden was so beautiful. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. Easy walking to the center of Baden Baden and the breakfast was delicious. There is no elevator but this can be expected in an older building like this. Also plenty of parking. I hightly recommend.

What a beautiful hotel! The automatic door makes you feel like royalty as you enter and the staff could not be more gracious. The gardens and surrounding area are beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food. The hotel and staff were restorative as we were in the middle of a long trip.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral - alles ist gut erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Classic Zimmer gebucht. Im Garten konnten wir die Liegestühle gut benutzen. Bei schönem Wetter konnten wir draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken.

The Belle Epoque is a very good hotel very close to the Lichtentaler Allee, the Gönneranlagen rose garden (note, this is not the Rosenneuheiten garden), the Brenner Parkhotel and the town museum, and not far from the Kurhaus, town centre and Friedrichsbad and Caracalla baths. The rooms are very attractive and the service is excellent. There is a very pretty garden, and one can have breakfast on the terrace as well as in the beautiful dining room. Although not an old hotel, I concluded that the Belle Epoque was probably closer in feel to a period hotel than the actual old hotels I visited or saw from the outside. Excellent.

Struttura piacevole ambienti e giardino molto belli. Avevamo una stanza da 4 molto grande su due piani, ma odore non piacevole di chiuso e molta polvere nel piano interrato della stanza. Per un disguido abbiamo perso la colazione e abbiamo trovato troppo intransigente il personale che ci ha impedito di sederci in sala 5 minuti prima della fine del tempo.

Was unsere Bewertung stark verschlechtert hat, ist der Umstand, wie man mit unserer Kritik umging. Wir mussten 51 Stufen bis in das Dachzimmer zurücklegen, da kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden war. Das wurde zwar in der Hotelbeschreibung mehrfach erwähnt, aber nicht, dass man zu diesen Dachzimmern über so viele Stiegen nach oben klimmen musste. Außerdem kam man nur in gebückter Haltung zu einer Bettseite, da Dachschräge und Vorhänge einen aufrechten Gang vereitelten. Das Bad war so eng, dass man bei schlanker Statur und Bewegungen (z.B. eincremen, etwas vom Boden aufheben...) Kontakt mit den Fliesen nur schwer vermeiden konnte. Stauraum für die Kosmetiketuis war ein kleines Tischchen, was auch noch stark wackelte. Bei der geäußerten Kritik wurde uns mitgeteilt, dann hätten wir eben anders reservieren müssen, nämlich Comfort! Das heißt für uns, ein 4-Sterne-Hotel sieht es als regulär an, dass Gäste u.a. das Bett nicht in aufrichtigem Gang umrunden können! Ansonsten: Frühstück, Qualität und Auswahl der Speisen, der Service am Tisch, auch die Sauberkeit waren SEHR GUT. Die Lage wäre perfekt und ist wirklich fußläufig zu bewältigen, wenn nicht alles ringsherum mit Baustellen zugepflastert wäre. Ein Umstand, wofür das Hotel keine Verantwortung trägt, aber eben auch kein Wohlgefühl erzeugt.

Located in a beautiful part of Baden Baden, this lovely hotel was the perfect place for our family. The beauty of the garden, the delicious breakfast, the comfortable bed and pillows, the a/c and hot water, the safe parking, the walking proximity to everything we wanted to see, are just a few of the reasons we loved staying here. But the best were the staff who greeted us by name and were so kind and helpful. Oh, and the front door magically opens as one approaches as if there’s a butler standing there!

We loved our stay here. We had the most spacious room in all of our travel in Europe. We enjoyed eating on the balcony and the breakfast was top-notch. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Wonderful hotel. Walking through the door of the hotel seems to enter an enchanted and ancient world. I felt entering a place where luxury and elegance can be breathe and have been breathe for centuries. It seems to be back to the world of the 19th century aristocracy with all the charme and the chic. Our room was a small one. Still it was perfectly furnished and matched the hotel style with paintings, chandeliers, beds and wardrobe directly coming from the idea of an ancient and aristocratic world. The breakfast room, the staircases and corridors lived up with this idea in a surprising way. We also tried the restaurant of their sister hotel (inspired by The Little Prince) and really enjoyed the dinner after a relaxing afternoon spent at the magic Friedrichsbad.

Really enjoyed our stay, location was really good, just a small walk into the centre, breakfast provided an ample selection and was all we would expect. We tried to drop our car off a little earlier than the 3pm check in and were actually given a room which was very welcome. The junior suite was perfect.

We booked a superior twin for extra room but the room was above a garage door on rollers used frequently from 7am onwards which was very noisy and woke us every morning and during the day if we tried to nap. The hotel also only serves braakfast so no dinner available. Pity because the hotel was lovely, location ideal and staff nice.

Was unsere Bewertung stark verschlechtert hat, ist der Umstand, wie man mit unserer Kritik umging. Wir mussten 51 Stufen bis in das Dachzimmer zurücklegen, da kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden war. Das wurde zwar in der Hotelbeschreibung mehrfach erwähnt, aber nicht, dass man zu diesen Dachzimmern über so viele Stiegen nach oben klimmen musste. Außerdem kam man nur in gebückter Haltung zu einer Bettseite, da Dachschräge und Vorhänge einen aufrechten Gang vereitelten. Das Bad war so eng, dass man bei schlanker Statur und Bewegungen (z.B. eincremen, etwas vom Boden aufheben...) Kontakt mit den Fliesen nur schwer vermeiden konnte. Stauraum für die Kosmetiketuis war ein kleines Tischchen, was auch noch stark wackelte. Bei der geäußerten Kritik wurde uns mitgeteilt, dann hätten wir eben anders reservieren müssen, nämlich Comfort! Das heißt für uns, ein 4-Sterne-Hotel sieht es als regulär an, dass Gäste u.a. das Bett nicht in aufrichtigem Gang umrunden können! Ansonsten: Frühstück, Qualität und Auswahl der Speisen, der Service am Tisch, auch die Sauberkeit waren SEHR GUT. Die Lage wäre perfekt und ist wirklich fußläufig zu bewältigen, wenn nicht alles ringsherum mit Baustellen zugepflastert wäre. Ein Umstand, wofür das Hotel keine Verantwortung trägt, aber eben auch kein Wohlgefühl erzeugt.

Service and staff were excellent. Old style hotel with no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up some steep stairs. Breakfast was wonderful and the garden was so beautiful. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Struttura piacevole ambienti e giardino molto belli. Avevamo una stanza da 4 molto grande su due piani, ma odore non piacevole di chiuso e molta polvere nel piano interrato della stanza. Per un disguido abbiamo perso la colazione e abbiamo trovato troppo intransigente il personale che ci ha impedito di sederci in sala 5 minuti prima della fine del tempo.

Wir waren zum Jahreswechsel 25/26 in Baden-Baden. Bereits am Empfang wurden wir mehr als zuvorkommend behandelt. Wir hatten die Wahl von 2 Zimmern ,das für uns passende auszusuchen. Gepäck wurde uns vom Parkplatz zum Zimmer gebracht. Das Hotel besteht aus 2 Häusern. Einmal eine antike Villa, mit sehr schöner Möblierung, auch im Restaurant. Im Kaminzimmer gibt es den Nachmittagstee. Frühstück ist sehr gut, auch mit Produkten aus dem Schwarzwald. Unser Zimmer war im neuen Gebäudeteil. Dieser ebenso im Antiken Stil. Die Möbel im Zimmer sehr hübsch und romantisch. Eine riesige Badewanne, Toilette separat. Ausnahmslos jeder vom Personal war zu jeder Zeit engagiert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Garten ist wunderbar und mit Außenterasse. Dort kann man im Sommer sicher frühstücken. Der Parkplatz am Haus ist großzügig und Kameraüberwacht. Garage gibt es nicht. Ich habe den Parkplatz als sicher empfunden. Das Hotel liegt Zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. 10 Minuten zum Zentrum wenn man langsam geht. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. Easy walking to the center of Baden Baden and the breakfast was delicious. There is no elevator but this can be expected in an older building like this. Also plenty of parking. I hightly recommend.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral - alles ist gut erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Classic Zimmer gebucht. Im Garten konnten wir die Liegestühle gut benutzen. Bei schönem Wetter konnten wir draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken.

The Belle Epoque is a very good hotel very close to the Lichtentaler Allee, the Gönneranlagen rose garden (note, this is not the Rosenneuheiten garden), the Brenner Parkhotel and the town museum, and not far from the Kurhaus, town centre and Friedrichsbad and Caracalla baths. The rooms are very attractive and the service is excellent. There is a very pretty garden, and one can have breakfast on the terrace as well as in the beautiful dining room. Although not an old hotel, I concluded that the Belle Epoque was probably closer in feel to a period hotel than the actual old hotels I visited or saw from the outside. Excellent.

We loved our stay here. We had the most spacious room in all of our travel in Europe. We enjoyed eating on the balcony and the breakfast was top-notch. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!

What a beautiful hotel! The automatic door makes you feel like royalty as you enter and the staff could not be more gracious. The gardens and surrounding area are beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food. The hotel and staff were restorative as we were in the middle of a long trip.

Struttura piacevole ambienti e giardino molto belli. Avevamo una stanza da 4 molto grande su due piani, ma odore non piacevole di chiuso e molta polvere nel piano interrato della stanza. Per un disguido abbiamo perso la colazione e abbiamo trovato troppo intransigente il personale che ci ha impedito di sederci in sala 5 minuti prima della fine del tempo.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral - alles ist gut erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Classic Zimmer gebucht. Im Garten konnten wir die Liegestühle gut benutzen. Bei schönem Wetter konnten wir draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken.

The Belle Epoque is a very good hotel very close to the Lichtentaler Allee, the Gönneranlagen rose garden (note, this is not the Rosenneuheiten garden), the Brenner Parkhotel and the town museum, and not far from the Kurhaus, town centre and Friedrichsbad and Caracalla baths. The rooms are very attractive and the service is excellent. There is a very pretty garden, and one can have breakfast on the terrace as well as in the beautiful dining room. Although not an old hotel, I concluded that the Belle Epoque was probably closer in feel to a period hotel than the actual old hotels I visited or saw from the outside. Excellent.

Excellent stay at Hotel Belle Epoque Baden Baden. The hotel is superb, the bedrooms were great and the breakfast room with outdoor terrace was a wonderful start to the day. The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk from the centre of Baden Baden and a very short walk to the Lichtentaler Allee park. The hotel staff were all very approachable and were able to provide a local map and helpful recommendations of which attractions to visit. Baden Baden has a variety of restaurants and bars and the town itself is very appealing.

What a magical hotel!! It was the summer mansion of a Baron and you are treated like royalty! Parking is right in front of the entrance. The staff insisted on bringing in our bags and then accommodated my 80 yr old husband's mobility issue with a ground floor room. I cannot rave enough about our room. It was filled with antiques, a canopy like bed with matching wallpaper and I felt like a Baroness in the room. It overlooked the beautiful garden with large windows and just total elegance. The bathroom was large with a fabulous bathtub/shower with beautiful tiles. The A/C worked well and the beds were very comfortable as well as being beautiful. The staff gave us recommendations for dinner and we walked into town to a fantastic Italian restaurant. Breakfast was amazing - everything you could want and even had champagne to make mimosas with the orange juice if you wanted. It's served in the Baron's dining room with wooden carved fruit around the window frames and coffered ceiling. It was the most luxurious hotel of our trip and we will definitely return to explore Baden Baden more. Don't miss this hotel - it's a gem.
