Staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived 4 hours before our check in time and asked to leave are bags at reception but were advised that our room was available and we were allowed to check in early which was brilliant. The complex is very well maintained and the pool was lovely. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay here (2 adults, 2 children). Spacious, quiet, very family-friendly and a great pool and BBQ area, meaning you could easily cook on premise and avoid expensive restaurants for every meal. Would definitely return!

We chose to stay here to experience Cable Beach, which was a 20 min walk away. We didn't have any transport, which meant we relied on local businesses for most of our meals. The Wharf Restaurant, Spinifex Brewery & Zookeepers Cafe were all excellent. All the tours we booked picked up & dropped off at the Resort, which was convenient. Our apartment was quiet & situated at the back of the property. We found it was very dark in the main rooms during the day & had to use the lights even though it was sunny outside. I guess this also helps to keep the apartment cool. Our apartment was starting to show its age, although it was clean & comfortable & provided the basics. The washing machine and tumble dryer was appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area was wonderful & towels for the pool were provided free of charge. We enjoyed our 5 day stay.

Resort was just average. Pool and area was great. Checkin easy and were able to get in early. Set out of our 1 bedroom unit was good, plenty of room. Decor is very outdated and needs maintenance. Towels, both bath and pool were dreadful, need to be binned. Stained and had holes in them and very thin and discoloured. Lounge had a potato wedge on it and floors were still dirty when we wiped up a water spill. Water jug in fridge was dirty. Feel like as we are still paying good money expectations were not met.

No hello, smile or thank you passed the lips of the woman who ‘welcomed’ me. No plug. Spa didn’t work. Water from tap terrible (Broome I think). The previous accomodation I had earlier in the week supplied bottled water. No locked parking.

The Wharf Restaurant, Spinifex Brewery & Zookeepers Cafe were all excellent. All the tours we booked picked up & dropped off at the Resort, which was convenient. Our apartment was quiet & situated at the back of the property. We found it was very dark in the main rooms during the day & had to use the lights even though it was sunny outside. I guess this also helps to keep the apartment cool. Our apartment was starting to show its age, although it was clean & comfortable & provided the basics. The washing machine and tumble dryer was appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area was wonderful & towels for the pool were provided free of charge. We enjoyed our 5 day stay.

We chose to stay here to experience Cable Beach, which was a 20 min walk away. We didn't have any transport, which meant we relied on local businesses for most of our meals. We loved our ground floor apartment near the pool with a terrace. So pretty and comfortable with lots of character. We used the washing and kitchen facilities in the apartment and the pool and slept very well in the big compfy bed. It was very convenient to walk to resturants, cafes and the beach for sunset. The staff were very nice.
