The Annex was a peaceful location with views across the hills. It’s a convenient location for the Eden Project and the beaches around St Austell. The annex is a good base and has a home from home feel. John the host is very friendly and welcoming.

We loved this place. It was clean, comfortable, and a great base for exploring the area. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided, including kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, hob and all the crockery, cutlery, etc.you could wish for. The shower was powerful and easy to use. Great place, highly recommended

It was a very peaceful area and in a good area to go walking. It's was ideal as it's local to Bodmin, St Austell. Well equipped kitchen, clean and lovely views from from window. Host is easy going and friendly and met us at the property.
