Loved this hotel. Nice pool. The rooms were very clean and had great amenities; even shaving cream. The staff were very welcoming. We stayed six nights over two weeks. They stored our extra luggage and my medical supplies. We could not have picked a better place!

The bay village is nice and convient to good resturants, the foreshore park with walking paths and the hospital. The pool and gardens have a beautiful Bali feel to them

The apartments were separated from the hotel -across the road. We were on the 2nd floor and no lift so it was a bit tedious. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable

A bit outdated but clean except for areas of mold in the bathroom. Shower floor was very slippery because of oil build up. I cleaned it with shampoo and my disposable washcloth and it was better but my husband still slipped when he got in (forgot to give him a heads up). Grounds are lovely with a lot of plants and restaurant was delicious.

Clean and tidy and reasonable price. Great as it was self contained. Restaurant excellent. Only complaint was lack of parking - advertised as onsite parking but parking available was so limited it was impossible to use. Parked on the street and ended up with a ding in my door from somebody opening their door into mine

4人家族で3泊利用しました。【設備について】簡易キッチン付きとのことで予約しましたが、簡易キッチンはありませんでした。冷凍スペース付きの冷蔵庫、湯沸器があるくらいでこれにはがっかりしました。ホテルは2階建ての為、2階の部屋に宿泊する場合はエレベーターやエスカレーターはなく、持ち物を自力で運ぶ必要あり。【ロケーションについて】ケアンズ観光の中心がエスプラネード付近ですが、徒歩15分〜20分ほどの距離です。グレードバリアリーフ方面への玄関口となReef Fleet Termimalまでは徒歩25分、2キロ以上のウォーキングとなります。歩くのが苦ではない人や、レンタカーで動く人には良いでしょうが、そうではない人は苦労すると思いますので、理解の上で選ぶべきと思います。【清潔感】可もなく不可もなく、です。ホテルでの滞在時間が短く、アクティブな方には良いと思います。ホテルでののんびり過ごしたい方には向かないかも。そういう方はもっと高い値段を出して快適なホテルを選んだ方が良い。【スタッフについて】上記の簡易キッチンについて、出発前に問い合わせをしました。レスポンスは遅く、返答されなかった質問もあり、そこについては不満です。もし、キャンセル料がかからないタイミングで全てが分かっていればキャンセルしていました。（コンドミニアムタイプを希望していたので、それくらい我々には大切な項目でした。）現地でのスタッフの接客は良かったので星4にしています。

The room was decent but it was very musky and did not smell very nice. The property in general seemed nice and the walk to Esplanade was nearby. It worked for us for one night stay but I wouldn't stay any longer. Sadly there was also a complete power outage in the hotel in the evening, not the hotels fault but it was not a pleasant experience.

Unpleasant to stay in the room due to strong mold smell. Noisy as it was part of connecting room; just separated by wood door. In terms of service, the receptionist was kind to help arrange some tour.

Accommodation was clean, bed was good. Very roomy and fine for 1 person but would have been small for 3 people. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The complex was old and could do with refurbishment. I was in room 323 on first floor which had a long verandah leading to other rooms. Very noisy with people coming and going at all hours.

This is a budget family place if that’s what you’re looking for. The beds were old and uncomfortable. Every surface was sticky no matter how many times you wiped it clean. Bath was old mouldy in shower corners and sink cracked. It’s very very basic. It needs a lot of maintenance and updates

A great place to stay with everything we needed, including being able to buy reasonably priced drinks from reception. Rooms are very clean and serviced to a high standard. There was everything we needed in the room. Its a very cosy and compact property with a friendly atmosphere. For those who have negatively commented on this property, i cant understand why! It has everything needed for a great stay! It is about 20 mins walk to the esplanade though but this didnt bother us. Great stay, lovely place. Thank you

We arrived about midnight. Marco v friendly and helpful and even made us fresh toasted sandwiches (incl with gluten free bread). Clean, spacious, lovely apartment. Quiet. Easy to get to from airport late at night. Secure off- street parking.

アパートメントタイプのお部屋に宿泊しました。部屋も広く、設備は申し分ないのですが、無料のWi-Fiは全く届かずネット環境は最悪でした。お部屋の掃除は３日に１度程度、バスタオルの交換はその時のみ、お部屋にドライヤーもありませんでした。フロントでドライヤーを貸してほしいと言うと、ここでは貸せないと言われ結局借りられず。バスタオルもフロントに都度お願いすれば良かったのでしょうが、なんせフロントまでが遠く、、、何かをお願いしようにもなかなか億劫でした。受付の方は笑顔で対応してくださり、その点はとても気持ちが良かったです。総合的に判断して、☆はマイナス2点です。

Check out is at 10am not noon.Walls are very thin, bed extremely hard, and the overall look of the furniture is really 1980s. Needs a fresh look.

Only one night. Everything was ok - nothing more. Pools were not tempting at all, everything was worn down (except the beds, they seemed quite new). The WiFi was terrible - we had to use our phones 4g. Overall a 3 out of 5, but the lack of WiFi and bad pools makes it a 2 out of 5.

I was hoping for more but on closer inspection this was less of a retreat and more of a motel with some additional planting. I'm okay with that, I wasn't after luxury BUT the walls were paper thin and was kept awake by other gurests' TV sets. How well you sleep depends entirely on who had the room next door. I would not have booked had I been aware that this is one of those cheap Aussie motel buildings with thin walls.

As other reviews say the General Manager is horrible to deal with. Found her rude/ beligerant/ obstructive so despite all other staff beiing lovely would never stay here again. Very dated/tired. As a guest you cant get a table at Restaurant (on night 1) unless you book before you arrive!

Very unhappy at being asked to submit credit card numbers AND PIN NUMBER to woman on check in after paying on line. I would not recommend you to anyone and in fact will advise others NOT to stay. A shame because establishment was very satisfactory in all other regards. Suggest that you advise potential guests of this requirement before booking and see how you get on !!

Overall the resort is nice and location is good, a bit noisy in early morning when gardener came to work during our stay Not happy with the $50 security deposit not yet refund after nearly 3 weeks, contacted the resort 2 times, still not happening

Overall the resort is nice and location is good, a bit noisy in early morning when gardener came to work during our stay Not happy with the $50 security deposit not yet refund after nearly 3 weeks, contacted the resort 2 times, still not happening

Never have I been treated so bad at check-in. One double bed for two female friends is not acceptable in most instances. Also being told a portable bed was unavailable and ten minutes later being told there is a portable bed. There was water dripping on me whilst sitting on the toilet and also standing at the sink doing my teeth. The rooms are dated and a lift or ramp is required for heavy cases for upstairs.

Breakfast and dinner in the evening were excellent - the best i have had. Staff were extremely helpful and Marco went out of his way to book tours for us while we had a swim - even delivered the paperwork to the door of our apartment.

We were only there overnight but it was easy enough to walk the esplanade to the tourist district (though a longish walk to the tourity area of the eaplanade), check in and out were easy, and we were able to leave our luggage while on a liva aboard.

A great place to stay with everything we needed, including being able to buy reasonably priced drinks from reception. Rooms are very clean and serviced to a high standard. There was everything we needed in the room. Its a very cosy and compact property with a friendly atmosphere. For those who have negatively commented on this property, i cant understand why! It has everything needed for a great stay! It is about 20 mins walk to the esplanade though but this didnt bother us. Great stay, lovely place. Thank you

As other reviews say the General Manager is horrible to deal with. Found her rude/ beligerant/ obstructive so despite all other staff beiing lovely would never stay here again. Very dated/tired. As a guest you cant get a table at Restaurant (on night 1) unless you book before you arrive!

I normally rely on the ratings on Hotels.com but this one was so far off the mark that it wasn’t funny. It started at check-in with disinterested staff, and being told to write my own bag tags and to move them to the storage room. The hotel room was basic at best and was in desperate need of a renovation - the decor and cutout (apart from the TV), dated back to the 1980’s. I doubt the A/C filter had ever been cleaned since the hotel was built and the towels were changed only once during the 7 days I stayed. The hot water in the room was tepid at best and the shower generally took around 5 minutes to heat up. The on line ratings place the hotel between 7.7 & 8.2 out of 10. I personally would not rate the hotel more than 4 out of 10. I am a seasoned traveller and have stayed at a wide array of hotels over the years and this hotel would rank up there with one of the worst I’ve stayed in. I would not recommend this venue.

Studio room had good layout and facilities, except very small cups and glasses (although there were wine glasses). The room we were in was in need of maintenance and refurbishment; bottom of bathroom door and skirting damaged, furniture needed a good clean; outside furniture and sitting area needed attention. Good location. Reception staff not helpful and very abrupt. Very limited onsite parking only 8 spaces, which were all taken when we checked in at 4 pm. Happy hour drinks were very limited and not that cheap; food in restaurant was very average and will not eat there again
