Lovely apartment ... Glasses instead of plastic pool wine goblets would be nice - for drinks inside - and a couple more larger cooking pots. Would find walk to 324 a bit much in hot months with luggage. Pillows not too good to sleep. Great pools. Too far to walk for us to the esplanade but a much nicer property and apartment, than some closer to the esplanade.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mango Lagoon and would highly recommend! Beautiful, well maintained pools which are lit up at night, with multiple sun lounging areas. Very helpful and friendly staff who are happy to give advice about activities to do during the stay. Brilliant happy hour with delicious cocktails. No food available, but with it being so close to other restaurants and shops we didn’t find this an issue. There is a also a well maintained bbq which we didn’t get round to using but would be a good option. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach which has many restaurants and bars. Bus stop which goes directly to Cairns less than a 5 minute walk. Room was simple, but very clean and had everything we needed- very good value for the price we paid. Overall couldn’t recommend this stay enough!

My sister and i stayed for a girls week and enjoyed the apartment and facilities. 4 pools were fantastic. We had a courtyard which stepped out to the pool which was handy. Can't say enough about the amazing staff. Will definitely be back!

We arrived to a friendly welcome. There are 4 pools, and we stayed in a budget room. Had a microwave and kettle, bbq access in the general area. We had a king bed, but was two singles joined together, so had a divot in the middle. Some people disregarded the no smoking rule which was disappointing. Easy 10 min walk to the palm cove main strip. Overall, positive experience though.

Matt and the team were excellent and attentive. The grounds are beautiful and the resort has a quiet and relaxed vibe. It doesn’t suffer from the weather off the cove which makes it ideal when the winds are high. Lovely resort with everything you need including a Balinese style spa.

Kids had an awesome time and enjoyed the facilities. The accommodation was lovely and clean. Grounds well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Massage was fantastic. BBQ was cleaned daily and had shared condiments in the fridge. Located close to the esplanade but quiet and tucked away from the noise. Loved our stay and would be happy to return.

Great pools but it can be a long walk from the car park with luggage or groceries navigating pool fences and gates The studio room was the size of a kids bedroom with wall to wall carpet (in the tropics? and carpet deodorant) no screens on the window so not good if you have allergies or Other units were large but for a comparable price there are plenty to choose from nearer to the beach and cafesasthma

Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment as a family of 3. It was perfect for us - spacious, comfortable, nice to have kitchen and laundry facilities and best of all easy access to all 4 pools! The resort and spa are beautifully peaceful with well maintain gardens. Would stay again! Walking distance to the beach and cafes, and a short drive to Coles for groceries.

Piscines exceptionnelles. Taille du logement agréable. L'équipement est correct mais les poêles ne sont pas de toute première fraîcheur. Le rideau de douche est trop court et l'eau passe par dessous et abime le montant de la porte. Les ouvertures donnent sur la piscine étaient particulièrement cassées et ne permettent pas de profiter pleinement de la vue. Il manque des sacs a poubelles supplémentaires. Le jardin est très beau et très bien entretenu. Les places de parking sont en nombre trop juste. Le personnel lors du checkin et checkout étaient parfaits.

Un très bon resort pour se ressourcer et demeurer au calme. Il dispose de plusieurs piscines d’eau salée. Il y a des chambres et des appartements. Ma chambre était extraordinairement propre. J’en ai été absolument ravi. On arrive dans une sorte de coco. Les meubles sont simples, sobres mais avec cette atmosphère cosy qui invite à la détente. Il y a un petit réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes et une bouilloire. Panier avec serviette de bain pour aller a la plage. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. On peut réserver des excursions à la réception de l’hôtel. Je conseille de louer un véhicule pour profiter pleinement de la région. Je recommande absolument.

Large space, lovely pools, walking access to beach n village, very clean condition, beautiful landscape. Appliances are oldish, so bear the quirks, eg, stovetop and clothes dryer don't work according to control knobs, so have to standby manually. Still had a good time

We had a great stay at the hotel. We arrived after hours and had to retrieve the key from a safe. The process was easy and we were in our room in no time. Room was clean and tidy. It was a spacious room and the living area was great. The stay was quiet and the we felt safe at the site. 1 minute drive down to some great restaurants on the foreshore. Pool was good and was easily accessible from the room. Thank you for our stay.

The staff here are great. They really made the stay worthwhile. The only negative was there's no glass doors on the back of the unit. If anyone was talking in the cafe, the sound carried straight into our room which was right next to the cafe.

I didn’t like not having control over the air conditioning. Also it would have been good to have some fly screens so we could open the doors at night. I loved the lushness of the gardens and being able to walk to the esplanade in under 10 mins.

Large space, lovely pools, walking access to beach n village, very clean condition, beautiful landscape. Appliances are oldish, so bear the quirks, eg, stovetop and clothes dryer don't work according to control knobs, so have to standby manually. Still had a good time

Great pools but it can be a long walk from the car park with luggage or groceries navigating pool fences and gates The studio room was the size of a kids bedroom with wall to wall carpet (in the tropics? and carpet deodorant) no screens on the window so not good if you have allergies or Other units were large but for a comparable price there are plenty to choose from nearer to the beach and cafesasthma

We were in apartment 35. It was more than ample with a well equipped kitchen, huge bathroom with even a laundry hidden behind mirrored sliding doors. Loved the back gate access to the very short walk into the centre of Palm Cove. Quiet location, loads of pools to choose from with the resort. Well maintained gardens. Easy drive north to Port Douglas and beyond or south back into Cairns. We throughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you to the staff who made it possible.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mango Lagoon and would highly recommend! Beautiful, well maintained pools which are lit up at night, with multiple sun lounging areas. Very helpful and friendly staff who are happy to give advice about activities to do during the stay. Brilliant happy hour with delicious cocktails. No food available, but with it being so close to other restaurants and shops we didn’t find this an issue. There is a also a well maintained bbq which we didn’t get round to using but would be a good option. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach which has many restaurants and bars. Bus stop which goes directly to Cairns less than a 5 minute walk. Room was simple, but very clean and had everything we needed- very good value for the price we paid. Overall couldn’t recommend this stay enough!

The property gardens are lovely, as is the pool. I stayed in the budget room as I was traveling solo. It was clean and comfortable enough, but only has a mini fridge and microwave. Staff was very courteous and easy to book excursions. Palm Cove is an amazing little town with a lovely beach and good restaurants, only 10 min walk. Located 35 min from airport and Cairns CBD. I took the bus to go in to the city (1hour). I would definitely stay at this property again!

We had a great stay at the hotel. We arrived after hours and had to retrieve the key from a safe. The process was easy and we were in our room in no time. Room was clean and tidy. It was a spacious room and the living area was great. The stay was quiet and the we felt safe at the site. 1 minute drive down to some great restaurants on the foreshore. Matt and the team were excellent and attentive. The grounds are beautiful and the resort has a quiet and relaxed vibe. It doesn’t suffer from the weather off the cove which makes it ideal when the winds are high. Lovely resort with everything you need including a Balinese style spa.

The resort and spa are beautifully peaceful with well maintain gardens. Would stay again! Walking distance to the beach and cafes, and a short drive to Coles for groceries.

We arrived to a friendly welcome. There are 4 pools, and we stayed in a budget room. Had a microwave and kettle, bbq access in the general area. We had a king bed, but was two singles joined together, so had a divot in the middle. Some people disregarded the no smoking rule which was disappointing. Easy 10 min walk to the palm cove main strip. Overall, positive experience though.

The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, great experience all around. Note: The only reason i didn't give 5 stars for the "Staff and Service" category was because they sold us a practice cocktail, made by a new trainee learning how to make the drinks. Even she looked uncomfortable selling it to us - but her boss insisted. I tasted as you'd expect for a training exercise. The bartender herself was lovely and friendly though.

Kids had an awesome time and enjoyed the facilities. The accommodation was lovely and clean. Grounds well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Massage was fantastic. BBQ was cleaned daily and had shared condiments in the fridge. Located close to the esplanade but quiet and tucked away from the noise. Loved our stay and would be happy to return.

What an excellent find. Mango Lagoon is incredibly well maintained, with four beautiful pools, and clean modern rooms. The staff were incredible. Informative, kind, and booked for me all the fun tours that I chose. Simple walk down to the Esplanade.

What a wonderful place. We were shocked because the price was so good we thought it was going to be average. It was such a great resort. The location was so good, just a short stroll to the Main Street and beachfront. The staff were all so friendly and the place was immaculate. Highly recommend the resort.

Mango Lagoon is our go to in Palm. The apartments are amazing, huge with full function kitchens and great comfort. There's good pools, BBQ area and the place feels like a proper beach resort. Handy for family's and great for a romantic getaway. While a couple of blocks from the beach, its a quick stroll, out of the winfld and nice and quiet.
