Everything good except ice machine broken. Would have been helpful. Otherwise good value and location. Would stay here again

I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. The new owners are great. Very courteous and willing to help in any way. I travel a lot for work so I cherish a safe, quiet, clean, professionally run place like this, with a reasonable rate. Anything you need is close by and unlike similar places in this part of SA, he keeps out the riff-raff. I will be placing it on the hotel list for my agency and I’ll stay here in the future when I’m working in that area of SA.

Dry clean and quiet

The service was good. But the room smelled like cigarette smoke and bathroom door that no door knob.

PROS: The room was clean when we arrived & cleaned after we got back from a long day out. The staff was attentive to whatever we needed. The parking lot was clean & very easy parking. CONS: The AC hadn't been turned on so the room was very hot. The fridge wasn't plugged in so it took a while to cool off. The manager that checked us in was behind one way glass with a little half circle opening to give them your payment & the office windows had bars on them, neither of these things makes a guest feel safe. The ice machine was not running. U had to keep changing the input on the TV for it to work & the second morning the remote batteries were dead. No breakfast, coffee pot, wash cloths, shampoo or conditioner, kleenexes, only bar soap. They offer the VERY BASICS.
