Hotel was tired and needed refurb. Pool area looks amazing but there is four umbrellas for the whole area. With zero shade you can’t spend a good amount of time there with kids. Also Novotel pool restaurant needs to be moved. It’s feels like a conference room.

Always great to stay here. This trip there was noise due to the building works. It will be great when it's finished! A discount while it's noisy would be nice.

The new pool area was over crowded and most of them were people who didn’t stay at the hotel and there was very little shaded areas. I’m Darwin born n bred so I’m used to the heat but it’s definitely not family friendly for young kids with little to no shade areas

Pool was a great asset, though good to know guests can use Mecure pool when Novotel gets noisy and busy. Events are often held there. But a great location close to the airport for early flights. Bit of a hike into town, and no shops within walking distance.

The fridge in the room we stayed in does not work properly, I even saw a tiny cockroach inside the fridge. The tv unit was dusty. The check in time was at 2pm but we were able to check in at 2:30. The pool was probably the highlight of our stay, that's it.

The room smelt musty and i could smell alcohol, the shower had a lot of mould in places, shower door faulty, sink would not drain in bathroom, i had to clean my teeth in the bathroom. Disappointing there are no cocktails in the Novotel restaurant. Beautiful clean pool, helpful staff.

Very convenient to the airport when arriving late and much appreciated the shuttle bus. Clean and quiet, excellent and friendly service by the staff. Pleased to see bulk bathroom products in the bathroom rather than small individual plastic items, much better for the environment. My only negative comment is about the extremely fat pillows which were very uncomfortable to sleep on. With three pillows in the room, I would have liked to see a thinner pillow amongst them as an alternative option.

Staff were very friendly. Walking distance to the airport was very useful. Currently undergoing renovations but I’m sure it’ll look great when they’re finished. Room didn’t have a fridge or a sink, which was a bit annoying.

I stayed 2 nights on different days and each room was different. One was newer and smaller with a queen bed but still very adequate and the other older and larger with 2 x double beds, which were obviously old beds but great view with small balcony overlooking the new fab pool oasis. There is no food or drinks anywhere on the complex to buy between 10.30am and 11am so be careful of your timing. The staff at check in are slow and although a dedicated area for Accor members, everyone uses the line. No drinking water supplied in either room. Only advantage is that it's walking distance to airport, otherwise I would stay elsewhere.

The room would be ok for 1 night. I spent 5 nights there and that was 4 too many really. The room is ok but other than sitting on the bed there was only an uncomfortable plastic chair. The doors seem to be paper thin and did nothing to quieten every noise from the passage way. Pool is lovely and certainly the star of the show here.

I stayed in 2 rooms over 4 days which were completely different. The 1st stay was a room with 2 x double beds that needed replacing and a older type room, overdue for renovation but clean and adequate. The 2nd stay I had an update modern room which was smaller than the 1st but good for 2 people with a queen bed.

Check in was way way too long. We arrived to 10 deep line awaiting checkin. Two receptionists turned to three by the time we were at 5 deep to go. When we got to the desk it only took us 5 minutes to check in. All up it took nearly an hour from arrival at the line up to get our room access card. Following this we made our way to the lift , After entering the doors closed,we pressed 5 for our Floor, then nothing. After pressing 5 a few times the lift suddenly rose to level 4 but the doors would not open.even after pressing the door open button. The lift went back down to level 1 but doors did not own, it repeated this sequence again before we pressed the help buzzer. We couldn't here the voice on the speaker. Eventually after 15 minutes stuck in the lift the door opened to other users in the lobby who explained the swipe card operations. No advice from the reception about this mode of operation! Annoyed!!

Booked last minute when flight cancelled.Short walk from airport to hotel and shuttle back in the morning.Without exception all staff were helpful and accommodating even when we ordered our meal 15 minutes before restaurant closed .Lovely pool area and exceptional breakfast.We would return.Thank you

An unnecessarily long check in process which included over 15 minutes to get seen by receptionist. Carpet in room dirty with large amounts dust all around the walls and near furniture. Air conditioning in room not going on check in- took an hour to cool room due to excessive heat and humidity in the space. On the flip side. Easy midnight walk from the airport and quiet room.

Arrivé de France après 34 heures de voyages j'ai apprécié aussi bien la proximité de l'aéroport que la qualité de l'hôtel. Repos, récupération du jetlag , ont été mon programme et j'ai beaucoup aimé la piscine.

Pool was a great asset, though good to know guests can use Mecure pool when Novotel gets noisy and busy. Events are often held there. But a great location close to the airport for early flights. Bit of a hike into town, and no shops within walking distance.

OK hotel 5 min walk from terminal but partly uncovered. Nice long pool for laps. Average small breakfast. Room was fairly barren and gym is small but functional. Glimpse of planes on runway.

This was a 1-night stay so it has the best location to the airport. Great staff including shuttle service. Great restaurant food. Chef in the hotel restaurant on 1st floor was exceptional. Greatful to the hostess for her food suggestion.

I stayed 2 nights on different days and each room was different. One was newer and smaller with a queen bed but still very adequate and the other older and larger with 2 x double beds, which were obviously old beds but great view with small balcony overlooking the new fab pool oasis. There is no food or drinks anywhere on the complex to buy between 10.30am and 11am so be careful of your timing. The staff at check in are slow and although a dedicated area for Accor members, everyone uses the line. No drinking water supplied in either room. Only advantage is that it's walking distance to airport, otherwise I would stay elsewhere.

Booked last minute when flight cancelled.Short walk from airport to hotel and shuttle back in the morning.Without exception all staff were helpful and accommodating even when we ordered our meal 15 minutes before restaurant closed .Lovely pool area and exceptional breakfast.We would return.Thank you

Nice enough, room decent… a bit noisy and I got there evening flight and no food available limited Uber eats options because of location. Good for a quick overnighter but I would look elsewhere for extended stay considering the cost, was expensive in comparison to others but has convenience for airport over nighter

For a late arrival in Darwin this is an excellent choice. Very surprised at the extent of the facilities at this complex of three Accor hotels. Our breakfast was also of a very high standard.

We arrived very late, and it was incredibly thoughtful of the hotel to extend our check-out time the following day. This kind gesture was greatly appreciated and made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Hotel os convenient.. the room I was in the Novetel was airport side had the bins being emptied early, noise hard to sleep after long flight , we bought dinner from the restaurant 2 nights and both times we did a pick up we were missing food or it was not what we ordered and the staff had no idea no communication between them. Have stayed in better, great if you have children BAD if you need sleep after flights . Packet of potatoe chips $7 from reception … come on ..!!!
