When we arrived i had to ring message to receive a code so we could get in no staff on site we also had to ask about parking and git a parking permit but it was ok The roim was quite big enough beds for all of us it was clean had en suite and drink facilities a small fridge and toaster We inly needed it for one night would recommend it if you dont want something over expensive

I paid less than £50 for a double en suite room pretty much in the middle of Beverley and got exactly what was advertised. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, parking was included and I was lucky enough to get a space as close as possible to the hotel. Not too sure what the people who leave 2-3 star reviews are expecting but if you want a 5 star room then find one and pay the price. Harry and his team provide a budget friendly service and do it very well, follow the very simple instructions and you literally cannot go wrong. I'll definitely book again if I need to come back to Beverley

Check in and parking was good negatives first stayed in room 5 !room very basic , tired looking, needs a good spring clean ! Health and safety issue in bathroom floor tiles around bowl cracked and smashed wouldn't walk on it with bare feet ! Leaving the on room on saturday was strong smell of mariauna ! After coming back on night time got some crisps and chocolate out of the vending machine in reception area ! The 3 bags of crisp we bought was dated march , may and october 2024 thats terrible did not touch them , positives nice big room with fantastic views , nice clean towels , and was nice and warm ! But for £47 with parking cant really grumble ! Would we stay again doubtfull

Hotel was basic but we were only there for a wedding so it fitted our requirements. Bathroom had a bath which was nice. Tv in the room but it didnt work as there was no signal. The location was good right next to beverly minster and 5 min walk from the town center. Hotel is a budget hotel so it fits its description. Still £50 cheaper than anywhere else in the area. Parking is on street parking and the owner gets you an online parking permit

For the price our room was excellent. Yes it is a bit tired & could do with some improvement, but it was clean , the bed was comfy and it even had a fridge. Our TV was not working but Harry said he would come round & sort it straight away, we told him it didn't really bother us so leave it. But the offer was there . We had no trouble parking on the street. The location is incredible. Right outside the minster & a very easy 5 minutes walk in to town. Absolute bargain if you want somewhere for a night in Beverley.

Exactly what it says: Budget Hotel. All I needed was a bed for the night. No frills needed. But all the basics covered. But access is not conventional! There's no "Reception" - you need to contact ( we found phoning was best) and then texting so they could text back doorcodes and Residents' Parking code for on-street parking. Totally fit for prurpose.

The hotel was a self serve check in which after a long journey and me gaving medical issues was extremely difficult when i eventually got in room it was filthy webs everywhere no hot water for shower the noise was horrific from traffic outside through tge wood decayed windows not helped by the minster bells ringing every 30 minutes even throughout night very disappointed very unclean place

Upon arrival at 4pm we were told our room wasn't ready. Check in was actually 2pm . When i said this wasn't ideal as we were stood outside with our luggage the person became immediately rude, Eventually at just after 5pm 3 hrs after check in we were let into our room, The whole place was disgustingly filthy,ripped curtains, dirty floors, thick dust everywhere , no shower only a shower head over a bath that had cold water. Loose electrical wires & only an old electric heater to keep warm that didn't look safe at all. The whole place was utterly shocking, unclean & run down.

The hotel is in a really good location and the owners provide parking permits for the duration of the stay. However, first impressions are not good- we were taken round the back to a courtyard where there was a scrap washing machine and a window display of what appeared to be discarded dirty bedding. When we booked, the pictures of the room showed a fridge and microwave, so we had taken some food to heat up. However, there was neither in the room when we arrived. We asked the owners about a microwave, and they said initially that ghey would bring one up, but later admitted that there wasn't one available. At least there was a kettle! The room itself was very dirty and we were somewhat concerned about the hygiene of the bedlinen and towels. We went into town for cleaning products and disinfected all of the surfaces and the bathroom. We felt rather more comfortable after that! The accommodation is an old townhouse and our room had lots of character with a large window and views over a courtyard garden. I realise that this is a budget hotel, but that is not a justification for the lack of cleanliness. With a little bit of effort and some fresher linen,, it could be made very welcoming.

Overall not bad, i mean it is a budget whatever it is , location couldnt be better , but maybe invest in some new bed linen and matresses and get rid of all the cobwebs and dust and i couldnt of complained for the price

Checking into the property was an excellent service. The room itself was relatively clean. Apart from switches and cables not looking as if they had been wiped. The bed was also very unsteady, feeling it was going to collapse at anytime. Also some screws that were at the end of the bed to hold the bed together were sticking out and we were worried we would catch our feet on them.

Stayed here before. Its a good cheap option located next-door to the minster. Only problem we had was a leaking valve on the radiator resulting in a damp patch on the carpet. We will stay here again.

Upon arrival at 4pm we were told our room wasn't ready. Check in was actually 2pm . When i said this wasn't ideal as we were stood outside with our luggage the person became immediately rude, Eventually at just after 5pm 3 hrs after check in we were let into our room, The whole place was disgustingly filthy,ripped curtains, dirty floors, thick dust everywhere , no shower only a shower head over a bath that had cold water. I paid less than £50 for a double en suite room pretty much in the middle of Beverley and got exactly what was advertised. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, parking was included and I was lucky enough to get a space as close as possible to the hotel. Not too sure what the people who leave 2-3 star reviews are expecting but if you want a 5 star room then find one and pay the price. Harry and his team provide a budget friendly service and do it very well, follow the very simple instructions and you literally cannot go wrong. I'll definitely book again if I need to come back to Beverley

The hotel is in a really good location and the owners provide parking permits for the duration of the stay. However, first impressions are not good- we were taken round the back to a courtyard where there was a scrap washing machine and a window display of what appeared to be discarded dirty bedding. When we booked, the pictures of the room showed a fridge and microwave, so we had taken some food to heat up. However, there was neither in the room when we arrived. We asked the owners about a microwave, and they said initially that ghey would bring one up, but later admitted that there wasn't one available. At least there was a kettle! The room itself was very dirty and we were somewhat concerned about the hygiene of the bedlinen and towels. We went into town for cleaning products and disinfected all of the surfaces and the bathroom. We felt rather more comfortable after that! The accommodation is an old townhouse and our room had lots of character with a large window and views over a courtyard garden. I realise that this is a budget hotel, but that is not a justification for the lack of cleanliness. With a little bit of effort and some fresher linen,, it could be made very welcoming.

Stayed one night. Room was basic but ok. Beds was average, but we had a good nights sleep. Check in was very easy. Good comms from Harry. Location is ok and not too far from everything. The Inn is very close to a beautiful Minster. The market in Beverly is very good.

Exactly what it says: Budget Hotel. All I needed was a bed for the night. No frills needed. But all the basics covered. But access is not conventional! There's no "Reception" - you need to contact ( we found phoning was best) and then texting so they could text back doorcodes and Residents' Parking code for on-street parking. Totally fit for prurpose.

The hotel was a self serve check in which after a long journey and me gaving medical issues was extremely difficult when i eventually got in room it was filthy webs everywhere no hot water for shower the noise was horrific from traffic outside through tge wood decayed windows not helped by the minster bells ringing every 30 minutes even throughout night very disappointed very unclean place

Very good property, clean, everything supplied such as tea/coffee, microwave, ironing board, tv. Good sized bathroom, small gripe that the door didn’t close which wouldn’t suit all. Apart from that, excellent. Very clean. Good communication from owners. Easy check-in. Good value for money. Good location, only a few minutes from town centre. Would recommend.

Hotel was basic but we were only there for a wedding so it fitted our requirements. Bathroom had a bath which was nice. Tv in the room but it didnt work as there was no signal. The location was good right next to beverly minster and 5 min walk from the town center. Hotel is a budget hotel so it fits its description. Still £50 cheaper than anywhere else in the area. For the price our room was excellent. Yes it is a bit tired & could do with some improvement, but it was clean , the bed was comfy and it even had a fridge. Our TV was not working but Harry said he would come round & sort it straight away, we told him it didn't really bother us so leave it. But the offer was there . We had no trouble parking on the street. The location is incredible. Right outside the minster & a very easy 5 minutes walk in to town. Absolute bargain if you want somewhere for a night in Beverley.

Overall not bad, i mean it is a budget whatever it is , location couldnt be better , but maybe invest in some new bed linen and matresses and get rid of all the cobwebs and dust and i couldnt of complained for the price

Stayed here before. Its a good cheap option located next-door to the minster. Only problem we had was a leaking valve on the radiator resulting in a damp patch on the carpet. We will stay here again.

Check in and parking was good negatives first stayed in room 5 !room very basic , tired looking, needs a good spring clean ! Health and safety issue in bathroom floor tiles around bowl cracked and smashed wouldn't walk on it with bare feet ! Leaving the on room on saturday was strong smell of mariauna ! After coming back on night time got some crisps and chocolate out of the vending machine in reception area ! The 3 bags of crisp we bought was dated march , may and october 2024 thats terrible did not touch them , positives nice big room with fantastic views , nice clean towels , and was nice and warm ! But for £47 with parking cant really grumble ! Would we stay again doubtfull

A last minute booking with self check in, which went smoothly and included a parking permit. While the property is listed as, and is definitely a budget Inn, I don’t think budget should mean unkempt and unclean. While there are definitely positives including the parking, price and proximity to the centre of Beverley, the bed wasn’t terrible , the linens were clean and the pillows were not flat, a fridge, a microwave (although we didn’t use) are still a nice addition to a budget property…..there are definitely negatives….cobwebs, both around the windows and in the bathroom, dust covered settee, cigarette smoke smells, musty smell, which did subside slightly once we opened the only little windows, shabby entrance with really dirty paintwork which followed through into our room. The whole place just felt like it was in need of a deep clean…The unfortunate fact is that the negatives could be so easily remedied with a little attention, small cosmetic adjustments and a bit of pride this property truly could be a little gem…. I hope the host takes this on board as we would definitely be regular returning visitors, as I’m sure the other reviewers would be…. As cleanliness seems to feature heavily in the negative comments

I get that it’s a budget stay. But it doesn’t mean that it should be so dirty. Room smelt of urine. Mould on the toilet. Couldn’t have a cuppa as the kettle was scaled.

The place was perfect location for what I needed for one night. The shower could have been better as the shower head was not working as well as it should. So had to dance round to get some water. Busy road outside with the minster bells going meant it could be noisy. I would recommend if your looking for a short stay only 😀

Im basing my review on the fact I knew what I was getting and its a 2 star rating. The money I paid as opposed to the other hotels will obviously mean its dated and not luxury etc. The instructions were clear and helpful so no access issues. Parking no issues. Four poster bed in the room which I slept well on, pillows were a bit lumpy. Fridge and kettle which is great. Loved the sunken bath, what a treat to enjoy a bubble bath and there is a separate shower. It was clean and tidy and perfect for an affordable stay in Beverley and I will be returning
