Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und der Hbf kann fußläufig erreicht werden. Ideal für Städtereisende und Fußballfans. Des Weiteren ist Hotelbar als sehr positiv zu erwähnen. Der bei unserem Aufenthalt eingesetzte Barkeeper "Angelo" war sehr freundlich, unterhaltsam und äußerst engagiert. So einen Barkeeper würden wir uns auch gerne in anderen Hotels wünschen. Mit den anderen Dingen waren wir nicht so zufrieden. Persönlich finde ich Self-Check-in nicht so schön, aber es stand grundsätzlich Personal zur Unterstützung bereit. Nur unvorteilhaft ist, wenn dann das Personal das System auf Englisch für mich einrichtet. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und bot genug Platz. Die Matratzen waren hervorragend. Leider befand sich ein kleiner Graben (aus Holz) zwischen den Betten. Der Reinigungszustand war nicht optimal. Das Tablet am Nachttisch war nicht geladen bzw. am Strom angeschlossen und das Display sehr verschmiert. Im Zimmer befand sich ein Sessel mit einem Metallgestell. Dieser hielt allerdings mein Körpergewicht von 82 kg nicht aus und krachte zusammen, als ich mich draufsetzte. Grund dafür war nicht mein Körpergewicht. Es fehlte die Zentralschraube im Metallgestell. Außer einen kurzen Schock hatte ich keinen Schaden erlitten. In einem anderen Fall hätte dies aber auch anders ausgehen können. Das Waschbecken im Bad hatte einen riesigen scharfkantigen Sprung und die Dichtung der Duschwand zur Badewanne war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt war das Zimmer schon sehr abgewohnt.

Exceptional hotel, with a great room and amazing location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bar area and coffee lounge are also a great place to chill and kill a little time between activites. I spent two night at this hotel would highly recommend.

My second time staying there and although the room was ok once again, they are having renovations done so there was no breakfast available. Other than that I enjoyed my stay again and would look to stay here again next time I’m in Dusseldorf

Zimmer sehr kalt und dreckig

Hotel heeft een gunstige ligging. Het hotel is wel ontzettend gehorig, wij lagen in kamer 101 en daar konden we iedereen de trap op horen komen. Ook hadden de schoonmaaksters om 09:00 geen genade met ons en gingen onder het stofzuigen flink heen en weer schuiven met stoelen etc. In het bad waren ook nog een aantal haren te vinden. Naar mijn mening, te duur voor wat je krijgt/beleefd

Bestimmt mein 6. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, wie immer Stöpsel in der Badewanne kaputt und Sauberkeit lässt gerade im Bad zu wünschen übrig. Die Zimmer sind auch alle recht hellhörig Preis und lange sind aber sehr gut

Disappointed for the price we paid. It was during the Drupa EXPO where all prices get raised but still not great. Nearly €200 a night with breakfast for a double room and that got us two very small single beds, a very poor condition room, below average bathroom with lots of mould on the tiles and a dirty sink, faulty air con, thin walls where I could hear the toilets in the next room and generally very dated decor. This place needs an update if they’re going to charge this! Floors were spongey and poorly fitted, extractor fan also didn’t work in the bathroom. My colleague also had a very poor night in his room with the gutters dripping heavily outside their room all night. Breakfast was OK with a fair spread and good quality although there are very limited hot options and the slowest toaster I’ve ever used. Despite the negative points, the location was very good and there were plenty of food options nearby and a brilliant supermarket 50 meters away. In short, this is not worth the money and there are likely far better options around the city if choices aren’t limited.

Clean quiet room, good location (close to tram stop, train station, shops and restaurants)

Since 2005, almost every year, I stay in this hotel. Service, location, staff, cleanness, everything is second to none.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut. Das Zimmer war klein aber in Ordnung. Allerdings ist in ein paar Ecken nicht ordentlich geputzt worden und auch der Boden hat an ein paar Stellen geknarrt. Im Badezimmer (ohne Fenster) befand sich kein Abzug oder zumindest war dieser nicht in Betrieb. Dafür war das Bett sehr bequem! Alles in allem machte das Hotel - und auch das Zimmer - aber einen schicken, wenn auch etwas abgelebten Eindruck. Aufgrund des guten Preisniveaus und der zentralen Lage würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen.

Not the most luxurious hotel in town, but we were very happy with our stay here. Pluses are the very good location, modern room and cleanliness, and the good price we got. Less impressed with the mattress (two single with several centimetres gap, instead of a double) and the dated and tiny bathroom

Et le pire, c’est quand je me plains le matin à la réception, j’ai eu un comportement très hostile/désagréable, ils ne semblent pas me croire. Même réaction très désagréable au petit déjeuner quand j’ai demandé de l’aide et du thé noir pur (qu’ils n’avaient pas).

ich kenne Amano aus Berlin, hier war ich zum ersten Mal in einem Amano Hotel mit einem veralteten Badezimmer und das Zimmer lag direkt am offenen Treppenhaus. Die Umgebung ist nah am Bahnhof, nah der City aber häßlich und mit vielen leeren Läden.

Im Zimmer war sehr viel kaputt.

Quite a cheap stay and I can see why. Our room was tired looking and needed renovated. From the images advertised, we expected the room to be a lot nicer. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the door to our room led directly onto the stairwell which made it extremely noisy and almost impossible to sleep. We heard every single person climbing up and down the stairs or getting in and out of the elevator. It was okay for a 3 night stay.

Sehr nettes Personal. Nicht weit zum Zentrum oder zum Hbf. Betten waren bequem, habe gut geschlafen.

Was an average hotel. Nothing great. Breakfast was good. Big issue was no hot water and bad smells coming from plumbing. Staff were not very sympathetic to this situation either. I would not return.

I was feeling ill and was able to check in early. It was very kind of them! The staff spoke very good english.

About a 10 min walk from the main station and UBahn. The room was specious and good value for the price paid. Breakfast was also good value and there was plenty of choice. Staff friendly and efficient. The hotel is about a 20 min walk to the Old Town and Rhine vi the city centre. I would stay here again.

Jätte fint hotell, rent och i ordning. Trevlig personal, god frukost, 15 euro/person. Ligger nära till det mesta. Kommer besöka detta hotell igen. Som med många hotell i Dusseldorf så hade dom ingen egen parkering, vi använde ett P hus i närheten.
