We stayed at the Ramada twice during our recent trip to Switzerland while attending Euros games at the Stade de Geneve. The hotel is literally right next to the stadium, so it was incredibly convenient. We walked right out of the stadium and into the hotel after the game. It was next to train tracks, but it was super-quiet even as trains came by and after games. Wonderful a/c kept us cool in the summer heat. Connected to a shopping mall with a co-op grocery and a food court. Easy to get to the city center by bus or the main train station or airport by train (it's a short walk from the Grand-Lancy station). This was such a good choice for us and we were very satisfied.

Das Frühstücks Buffet ist ganz passabel, das Personal ist leider unterbesetzt und kommt bei der üblichen Rush Hour nicht hinterher, wodurch grössere Teile am Buffet halt einfach Leer sind und somit das Angebot stark einschränkt wird. Das Parking ist nach meiner Meinung schlecht beschrieben und überhaupt nicht klar, dass man in das von aussen nicht angeschriebene Einkaufparkhaus muss und dann ins P2, ganz hinten mal Signalisierung findet... Die Rezeptionen sind genau so unterbesetzt wie das Büffet, es dauerte über 20 Minten für den Check-in und nochmals soviel für den Check-out, nachdem man die Personen vorab abgewartet hat. Dies muss deutlich schneller / einfacher gehen. Die Zimmer selbst sind sauber und in gutem Zustand. Der ÖV mit Bussen um in die Stadt zu kommen ist 50m vom Hotel entfernt.

Das Hotel hat keinen Fitnessraum obwohl dies in der Beschreibung steht! Man hat die Möglichkeit ein Fitnessstudio in der Nähe zu benutzen, jedoch muss man dafür bezahlen. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt ok.

Hotel itself is fine - only issue is parking. The car park is a dedicated area within the shopping centre car park next door. Entrance to this is a significant distance before you reach the hotel and is easily missed. The instructions provided by the hotel aren’t really helpful and provision of a map would have been of more use. Secondly, the police close access to the car park about an hour or so before a game at the football stadium next door. Is it really too much for the hotel to notify guests of this? We ended up parking in a rough area over the road and negotiating traffic and football crowds whilst dragging luggage to check in. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and a regular service into the city (takes about 10 mins). The hotel provides a free travel pass that can be used on local public transport which is really useful, but you need to ask - we weren’t told about it at check-in.

I was a little disappointed with the stay overall. Hotels in Switzerland are not cheap and this being a 3 star hotel I assumed it would be fully functioning and comfortable. I booked it knowing that it was part of a conference centre, however what I was not expecting was my room to look directly into the conference centre meeting rooms, it was very unsettling and I felt like I had to have the curtains closed at all times. I was in room 317. I was also unable to use the gym for unknown reasons. The restaurant was not open the entire duration of my stay either. The windows don't open like in many hotels now, except there was no climate control in the room just a vague dial that said +3 or -3, whatever that means... It didn't work anyway and would just make a lot of noise and no difference to the temperature in the room. A couple of positives though, I was not expecting to see such a multitude of plug sockets, all the various European ones including UK/Malta as well as US/Japan. Public transport is also pretty good, the hotel is well served by bus routes in all directions, rail and tram as well as being connected to a shopping centre with a large COOP store that you'll need as there's no longer a restaurant in the hotel.

Parcheggio dell'hotel a pagamento comodo, lasciando la macchina lì si può facilmente girare tra Ginevra e Carouge con i mezzi che fermano lì allo stadio. Hotel pulito, camera grande il giusto per il prezzo pagato. Buona l'insonorizzazione visto l'affaccio ferrovia. Colazione essenziale senza troppe pretese, prettamente salata.

I read reviews about parking. Suggest driving up towards door, check in, let them give you directions to park underground garage. Then it was easy. Without directions, would not have found parking garage. Hotel was not clearly marked. With address, need to go to gate with arm, buzz front desk to get into front of hotel. Yes it was next to soccer stadium. All else ok.

Conveniently located for the football stadium (outside), airport (30 minute bus journey) or the city centre (a 20 minute bus journey). Lobby, corridors and lift areas had an unpleasant smell. Other than that the hotel was absolutely fine.

The reception, check-in, value, location, vicinity to public transport, silence and insulation all 5/5 and 10/10 stars but only one thing I did not like which is the cleaning and making up the room is not good at all but for everything and overall I will score you as 10/10. Hand wash soap containers were empty! All days missed by the cleaners only last day when I reported it. Luckily we had our own soap. The other issue the duvet covers and bed sheets made in hurry without professional making or folding! Other hotels even when not washed or laundered are made up in a reasonable tidy way.

Worst stay ever!! Bad quality bed and mattress .. worst quality pillows Rooms not cleaned even after reminder - we stayed for 3 days and only 1 day the room was cleaned. Very disappointed!! There’s no ventilation or window in the room… it feels stuffy and uncomfortable all throughout the night. We wouldn’t recommend to anyone. On top of all this - worst customer service from Hotels.com . They didn’t even help resolve any problems. Once we complained all we got was apology!! Worst website to book. Will avoid from next time

We stayed two nights in different times. Two of them were at the same room. The toilet lit was broken and we noticed that at the first stay. When we did the second check in after 10 days later they gave us the same room and the lit was still broken. They also doesn’t offer soup unless you ask..

Businesshotel gleich beim Stade de Genève Fussballstadion und beim Einkaufszentrum La Praille. Abgesonderte Parkplätze innerhalb der Parkgarage des Einkaufzentrums. Busstation Richtung Stadtzentrum direkt vor dem Haus. Saubere, funktionelle Standardzimmer zu vernünftigen Preisen.

I arrived at night and was given a room where the bathroom smelled like sewage. Fortunately I was able to change rooms and the problem was solved. However, the hotel is super pricey for what it offers.

We went there for the match. Hotel staff was extremely friendly! Rooms are spacious and great isolated. My family didn’t hear anything from the match or else. Parking is great located. Restaurants, supermarkets and public transport or close by. It’s just a 10-15min bus ride to the city center.

The hotel is OK, but the standard does not match the price. The interior felt dated, and the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was very limited and comparable to that of a 3-star hotel. The bathroom was fine. The staff were helpful and friendly. Very convenient car park with direct access to the hotel. Good location for visiting the stadium.

Got about 1 hour of sleep because the temperature control in my room was physically broken and it was so hot all night. Also the coffee machine didn't work and there was no refrigerator so had to go to the reception to have my cold foods kept, and also to get hot water in the morning. Not the experience I needed before a long day of meetings.

Parcheggio dell'hotel a pagamento comodo, lasciando la macchina lì si può facilmente girare tra Ginevra e Carouge con i mezzi che fermano lì allo stadio. Hotel pulito, camera grande il giusto per il prezzo pagato. Buona l'insonorizzazione visto l'affaccio ferrovia. Colazione essenziale senza troppe pretese, prettamente salata.

Great hotel, great location. Next to a shopping mall and a bus route which takes you to the city centre. Its also about a 10 min walk from a train station which can take you anywhere. The only negative is that rooms don't have a mini refrigerator.

We went there for the match. Hotel staff was extremely friendly! Rooms are spacious and great isolated. My family didn’t hear anything from the match or else. Parking is great located. Restaurants, supermarkets and public transport or close by. It’s just a 10-15min bus ride to the city center.

Das Frühstücks Buffet ist ganz passabel, das Personal ist leider unterbesetzt und kommt bei der üblichen Rush Hour nicht hinterher, wodurch grössere Teile am Buffet halt einfach Leer sind und somit das Angebot stark einschränkt wird. Das Parking ist nach meiner Meinung schlecht beschrieben und überhaupt nicht klar, dass man in das von aussen nicht angeschriebene Einkaufparkhaus muss und dann ins P2, ganz hinten mal Signalisierung findet... Die Rezeptionen sind genau so unterbesetzt wie das Büffet, es dauerte über 20 Minten für den Check-in und nochmals soviel für den Check-out, nachdem man die Personen vorab abgewartet hat. Dies muss deutlich schneller / einfacher gehen. Die Zimmer selbst sind sauber und in gutem Zustand. Der ÖV mit Bussen um in die Stadt zu kommen ist 50m vom Hotel entfernt.

We stayed at the Ramada twice during our recent trip to Switzerland while attending Euros games at the Stade de Geneve. The hotel is literally right next to the stadium, so it was incredibly convenient. We walked right out of the stadium and into the hotel after the game. It was next to train tracks, but it was super-quiet even as trains came by and after games. Wonderful a/c kept us cool in the summer heat. Connected to a shopping mall with a co-op grocery and a food court. Easy to get to the city center by bus or the main train station or airport by train (it's a short walk from the Grand-Lancy station). This was such a good choice for us and we were very satisfied.

Hotel itself is fine - only issue is parking. The car park is a dedicated area within the shopping centre car park next door. Entrance to this is a significant distance before you reach the hotel and is easily missed. The instructions provided by the hotel aren’t really helpful and provision of a map would have been of more use. Secondly, the police close access to the car park about an hour or so before a game at the football stadium next door. Is it really too much for the hotel to notify guests of this? We ended up parking in a rough area over the road and negotiating traffic and football crowds whilst dragging luggage to check in. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and a regular service into the city (takes about 10 mins). The hotel provides a free travel pass that can be used on local public transport which is really useful, but you need to ask - we weren’t told about it at check-in.

Perfect hotel if you’re going along to a Servette game! Literally right beside the ground, perfect. Only a 10min walk to the nearest train/tram stop which will take you straight into the city centre or main station. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room functional, can’t ask for much more really.

Next to Geneva football stadium and large shopping complex, so not a beautiful area. However, free bus pass from hotel gave easy access to the centre in about 15 minutes. The hotel restaurant closed at 7pm but there are a few cafés and an Italian restaurant close by. The hotel is fairly basic but OK for the price compared to others in Geneva.

I was a little disappointed with the stay overall. Hotels in Switzerland are not cheap and this being a 3 star hotel I assumed it would be fully functioning and comfortable. I booked it knowing that it was part of a conference centre, however what I was not expecting was my room to look directly into the conference centre meeting rooms, it was very unsettling and I felt like I had to have the curtains closed at all times. I was in room 317. I was also unable to use the gym for unknown reasons. The restaurant was not open the entire duration of my stay either. The windows don't open like in many hotels now, except there was no climate control in the room just a vague dial that said +3 or -3, whatever that means... It didn't work anyway and would just make a lot of noise and no difference to the temperature in the room. A couple of positives though, I was not expecting to see such a multitude of plug sockets, all the various European ones including UK/Malta as well as US/Japan. Public transport is also pretty good, the hotel is well served by bus routes in all directions, rail and tram as well as being connected to a shopping centre with a large COOP store that you'll need as there's no longer a restaurant in the hotel.

Well maintained hotel. Particular care taken each day with cleaning room and replacing water, coffee etc. Excellent buffet breakfast. A little out of town but travel easy and free on buses, trains, trams and some boats with pass provided by hotel. Excellent for Stade de Geneva.
