There is an amazing spa called GES Spa. For €15 you get to use it for 75 minute. Truly a unique experience. The hotel is conveniently located minutes from bus stop (5 minute walk) that takes you Granada Cathedral in 6-8 minutes. Overall, I would bring my family and stay at the hotel when I return to Granada. It’s clean, staff is courteous, rooms appear new. I will certainly look for this brand of hotels prior to booking my next vacation.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel while on vacation.The hotel was centrally located to most sights in the area. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The only issue we had was when we arrived there was no loading zone in front of the hotel for us to unload our luggage.

Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet tout a fait exceptionnel. Le seul bémol de cet hôtel, la piscine. Si je savais que la piscine n'est pas grande sous une très belle terrasse avec vue sur Grenade. Je ne m'attendais pas à une profondeur de 86 cm. Juste de quoi s'immerger les épaules a genoux. Au delà de ce point l'hôtel est super.

Nice hotel in a decent location. They however need to change some of the staff, which seem to suffer from autism or just poor mood. Might have caught them on a bad day, it was quite busy. Big thing is the internet, just ridiculous with 5 mb down and 0,5 up.

VIP-Vorteil? Was soll das gewesen sein? Duschgel und Shampoo wurden nicht aufgefüllt als sie bereits am dritten Tag leer waren. Zimmerreinigung ließ allg. zu wünschen übrig. Fitnessraum ist sehr unzureichend ausgestattet. Winziges Fenster mit Blick auf Wände - hatte eher Gefängnis-Atmosphäre.

Best hotel stay in Spain trips! Love the location as it is near the train station and can be walkable to the main shopping area. There are bus stops and Aerobus stop nearby too. It is also walkable to a underground supermarket. I love the room as it is big, i can control the room temperature and the bed is firm.

I have booked a triple room Clearly mentioned with 2 single beds plus one double sofa bed The room I had was one double bed plus one single sofa bed. We went Granada with 2friends, it was very embarrassing to sleep with a friend . Worst experience with the receptionist that keep saying single beds were our special request does not mean hotel can ahead alwatst fulfill our request until I keep shouting and beg for the single beds. I have got room changed. The single beds were just the double beds but with 2linensheet and they were next together with 2 space between. And double sofa bed still single

I wanted to love this hotel since I had a booked a Catalonia in Madrid and we loved it there but our experience here was not good. Staff were rude and abrasive and it seemed like we were bothering them if we asked a question. Breakfast staff were terrible. Banging and dropping things - it seemed that they did not want to be there. Wifi was TERRIBLE. Always cutting off, poor connection. I ordered a chicken Cesar salad at 17 euros and there was NO chicken in it and it was very small. When we called to complain, the gentlemen was visibly irritated. One last point, the day we checked out I was at reception and noticed a big difference in service - if you are a Spaniard, staff was more polite and helpful but as a non-speaking Spanish, I felt like I was not wanted and a nuisance. I will not be recommending or staying at this hotel again.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, including the room. We arrived by train, and it was an easy five-minute walk from the station to the hotel. The location is reasonably central - although the entrance to the Alhambra is a fair distance (over 1.5 miles). However, it was a pleasant walk to see other sites. The hotel recommended Tendido1 at the bullring for dinner, and it was excellent.

공항버스와 기차역 근처에 있고 주변에 까르푸도 있어서 위치는 최고라고 생각된다. 어차피 알함브라궁전이나 전망대까지는 다 걸어다닐 수 있기 때문에 캐리어끄는 시간을 절약하는게 최고! 방 퀄리티도 아주 깨끗하게 좋았다. 그리고 무엇보다 아침조식이 아주 훌륭했어... 그라나다에 다시 온다면 또 마무를 것 같음!

Friendly staff. Good clean atmosphere. Breakfast brilliant but little kitchen area in the bedroom pathetic. Lucky if one tea or coffee sachet left and no milk. Complained to reception but made no difference. Such a pity to ruin stay for a few Euros!!

The room was more spacious than I was expecting, with a separate space for the toilet / shower and the sink. Lots of room for wardrobe and extra storage. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast cost €13.50 if you sign up to Catalonia Rewards and had an extensive list of options.
