The Centara has a great location in Central Hat Yai with many restaurants, pubs, clubs while being directly on Walking Street. The facility centre and pool were quite good, the bed and pillows were very comfortable plus the shower was really nice. The staff were absolutely great, I would return to this hotel which has exceptional value.

Room 1513 I have stayed at this hotel a few times and highly recommend to all my friends. I shared with my side of the toilet story. The bedding in my room was not comfy. we got backache after sleeping in the first night. it spoilt the 6D5N trip. there is no sliding door to separate the toilet and bathroom. The toilet always got wet and slippery after shower, it is quite dangerous if you are staying alone, when you slip and fall without people knowing. I hope the management will take serious view I this matter. Overall, the staffs are super polite and courteous, from front desk, Saneha Cafe, housekeeping, bellhops and not to mention the SPA at Level 7. keep up the excellent services.

We enjoyed staying here! Very safe. They have a nice smoking area on the 6th floor as well as two restaurants and the lounge with bar where they have live music every night from 21:00-00:00. The elevator from 6floor up had to have your keycard to approve entrance onto your floor. They have a kids rooms, a pool, and a spa on the 7th floor. The pool is 1-1.45 meters. As a recommendation for children with small families you'd make a decent amount of money having pool toys for sale. There was no shop or market within 2 km that had pool toys for sale. The pool was too big for our kiddos but very nice tanning area for adults. They do have very nice security in place with cameras in hallways. Always felt safe and got to know a few of the doormen. It was fun to chat with them. All staff was very respectful and there to help you. If you need any help at all the staff is willing to try. Only problem was the QR code for the English room service menu didn't work but even though the restaurant was almost closed we came down and had dinner.

The hotel is centrally located with shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly, warm and helpful, The hotel gave us free drinks every evening from 5 to 7 pm as the perk for being a Hotel.com Gold Elite member at their lounge which by the way had a nice band and singer. On the other hand, the hotel needed some updating as the furnishings and general look and feel is dated

In my opinion the lack of blockout curtains and the bathroom were below my expectations having believed the star rating and brand. The pool was closed for maintenance during my stay which didn't help with my acessment . Breakfast was ok. Great location.

Fint hotel til pengene. Med hensyn til stand, er det er ældre hotel som ikke bliver opdateret. Der var fugt i loftet og AC lugtede lidt muggent. God seng. Fin pool. Morgenmad med kæmpe udvalg meget baseret på kinesere men vi fandt et dejligt udvalg. Meget høfligt og hjælpsomt personale. God placering med street food lige udenfor døren og lidt lokal shopping. Et godt hotel for et par nætter Max.

La camera è la struttura sono vetuste…manca di manutenzione a 360’ Le moquette sono macchiate e usurate sia nei corridoi che in camera. Bagno pieno di macchie di muffa causa umidità…diciamo che per il prezzo non ci si può attendere nulla, ma l’impatto è tutt’altro che igienico. L’unico lato positivo è il letto comodo.

Centralised location. Kim Yong Morning Market is 7mins walk away. Lee Garden Night Market is just downstairs so it is convenience to buy street food and eat in the hotel room if you cannot find any seats. Room is spacious and clean.

I believe this is the best hotel on Hat Yai. It is fine, staff and service are delightful. Rooms a tad dated, bed comfortable. Noise from nightmarket but that stops 10 sharp so not end of world. Hat ayainhas nothing endearing about it, but as staging post to Koh Lipe was fine

The hotel is a bit dated. But the location is great. Although it can be a bit noise at night due to the night market. So for those who need to sleep early and is sensitive to sound u might want to consider another hotel or another facing. The staffs there are all excellent and helpful. Which is a plus point for this hotel.

My 1st time in Hat Yai. I choose this hotel because of the location and good reviews of customer service is good. I have very helpful staff, Kansinee, she helps me with international call to my bank since I have so much issue try to do cash advance. She is very helpful with scheduling taxi for me to the airport. All of the staffs are friendly and helpful with what you need and have questions about. If I visit Hat Yai again I will stay at Centara hotel again.

The staff here is simply the best. Nan, Chumpunuch, Suchada, Preeda were especially the best. But the luggage and elevator staff were excellent as well. As long as the staff is this good, I will always come here.

unhappy about the room arrangement for not following my request. i was told that they were given 2 rooms with different name and without any request. therefore they did not know what is my request. my brother and sister in law were 83 and 85 and i would like the room to be near. they only can give me the same floor when i check in at the counter. Room 1210 and 1222. both rooms area far end.

The hotel and location itself are fine However - I had an evening flight so asked a week in advance for a late checkout. I got a reply that this would be ok subject to availability but there could be a fee. I regret not asking for details on that fee because on the day they charged me 2700 baht extra for the late checkout. This seemed excessive and was more than I had paid for the room in the first place. I had no choice but to pay this to be ready for the evening flight. I checked out around 17:00. Had I been notified with what the late check out fee in advance when I messaged the hotel, then I could have made alternate plans.

Hotel staffs front desk very pleasant and helpful when in need for information or help and the concierge guy too. Front desk female staff on 27th April morning even help us to arrange Grab to the airport after our hotel breakfast check out to reach safely to the international airport,excellent service Centara hat yai.Night market daily with street foods and vendors just outside ,opposite the hotel and eateries markets in the day are all walking distance near Centara .

Hotel is tired. Average three star. Stank of damp, water smelt rusty. Breakfast had only instant coffee. Juice was squash. Limited choice. Not worth the money. Hotel felt like what that hotel in North Korea would be like. The one that was built and is empty and weird

breakfast options pretty standard, but the soup/noodles changes every day. i like that all amenities are covered (i.e. hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, body lotion, handwash, towels of all sizes, disposable bedroom slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, etc). staff have good command of english here, extremely polite and their hospitality is top notch with excellent service.
