Very good location. Parking within the hotel basement- parking entrance at the side of the building. A parking attendant will help with the parking and issue a parking slip which is to be validated at the front-counter upon check in. This validated slip is needed when one wants to drive away. Large room, clean, good hot and cold water with good water pressure. Recommended.

the location is superb. surrounding attraction mostly is walking distance n easy access. hotel itself is confirmable even its a bit old from other hotel. but i would recommend this hotel tho.

Location-wise, this hotel is ideal due its proximity to Kim Yong market and the Lee Garden Plaza area. The facilities are a bit aged with the same design and furniture from 30 years ago when we stayed. However, this is still acceptable. What is NOT acceptable is the housekeeping service. We stayed two nights and on the second day, the housekeeping staff just replenished the toiletries WITHOUT cleaning the bathroom. The soap tray still had the leftover soap scum and the new sanitary bag was placed over it with the mini bottles of bath wash and shampoo on top. The area around the wash basin was still wet and not wiped off. Except for the housekeeping staff, the other frontliners (reception and bellboy) were okay.

Rooms were not cleaned well. The Junior Suite was dusty, the moment we entered into the room, we started sneezing. The sofa was extremely dusty and the wardrobe. You can actually see the dust layer on the sofa. I requested for an extra towel and the housekeeping said it was chargeable! The breakfast was out. Food served was cold, there were no warmers under the serving dish.

I ok in overall and cleaning staff are fine abd polite. Is my 2nd time stay so all is acceptable however, I'm not comfortable why they can't pass me 2 access cards but only one and also have to charge me if I request to check out at 1pm during the last day, during my 1st stay earlier I check out at 7am but didn't ask for refund right?

The room I was assigned was not as pictured, very old inside and floor is coming apart. Looked very old inside . Today when checking out I had No hot water . I paid 43 u.s. dollars a night for this place… not up to that standard. Staff was friendly .

Ive been staying in this hotel since 2019 when I visited Hatyai 3 times every year. Its not considered 5 stars,but room is spacious and location is very good. With Kim Yong market a short distance away,Lee Gardens is 10 minutes walk. Overall,worth the stay.

The front counter staff was very unhelpful. On my arrival, i asked to change 1,000 bathto snaller denomination in order to pay for grab. The staff said evening not much small note. You come tomorrow morning. Next morning, i tried, was told no small note available. Is the hotel so short of small note? Just 1,000 bath only. Very poor customer service. There is no local map in the lobby for the tourist. I would not want to stay in this hotel on my next visit

Check in time is 2.00pm but was delayed due to room cleaning. Maybe while waiting for the room to be ready, the hotel can prepare some welcome drink and snacks. That would improve the service level.

She also mentioned that the location was centralized but away from the bustling side so she had very peaceful and quiet rest at night.
