We stayed in one of the renovated rooms, which are spacious, clean and sound-proof, and have a nice balcony. We especially liked the grounds - garden/pool/tennis/breakfast and restaurant areas which provide nice outdoor settings. We did enjoy the outdoor breakfast area, but having cats jumping on the breakfast tables, was a bit messy and not hygienic. Some areas such as around the tennis courts are in need of better grooming.

Superb top floor room with glorious view of the Bosphorus. Upgrade to use the Executive suite (food/drink) was not cheap but probably paid for itself as Istanbul is expensive to eat out. The hotel is still under extensive renovation and building works were unsightly and restricted access to spa and swimming pool facilities. Eating and drinking in the hotel bars/restaurants were very expensive.

Very good experience, great location as only mins walk to Nişantaşı and Taksim square. the hotel in general is very clean specially the renovated part of the hotel. Overall, a good stay, but a little hit & miss. When we initially checked in the room wasn’t ready until 16.30, which was unacceptable; however, the reception compensated by offering a free drink and access to the executive lounge for the duration of the stay… a great upgrade. The room provided was dated but spacious. I was happy with the room, but we were placed between a large and noisy family occupying multiple rooms either side, with TV blasting out the entire night. The next night was a techno concert in the opposite park, but thankfully, the reception moved us to a room on the opposite side of the hotel. If we’d have been given a quiet room, as asked during the initial booking, our stay would have been great, as the room we transferred to was quiet. The pool and pool area was great. Perfect for hot summer days and a highlight. We were also given a late checkout, so again, very happy with the flexibility. Breakfast was disappointing, as it was a crowded area and used lots of ready-made produce. I’ve stayed in 3, 4 and 5 star hotels across Istanbul with far superior breakfasts. I understand the Hilton is undergoing renovations and will be swish when finished; however, regardless of the refurbishment, the standard of breakfast needs to be improved from using ready-made produce and machine-ready drinks to quality, local sourced produce. Overall, a good stay, but I’d think twice before booking if a similar hotel was available for the same price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus . From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff and checked in promptly. The team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially as we were gathering with family who had traveled from various countries for a reunion. They thoughtfully arranged for us to be placed in nearby rooms, which made our experience even more convenient. Housekeeping was always polite and professional, with a special mention to Arzu, who stood out with her excellent service. Other staff members, including Tsira, Onder, Erding, and Yasin, were equally kind and ensured that our stay was memorable. The breakfast room was a lovely space to start our day, offering a great variety of options. I stayed in this Hotel from January 22nd to January 30th. Staffs are extremely unfriendly, ignorant and too proud. A lot of them are untrained. No one greeted me when I arrived. they made a lot of troubles for me, I also saw cleaner pretending to clean the sheets when I said I want to change sheets, He only changed duvet cover and not bed sheet, I complained and they tried to send me a gift basket or something, but at 9pm when I was resting they came and started knocking. I wasnt expecting anyone and also i was asleep, he opned the door to bring some gifts to say sorry to all the things that happened. Which was worst because he entered when I was sleeping. They also sent me pork when I request for no pork and ham they later told me they sent me chicken ham but the menu says the breakfast comes with pork and ham not anything else. Break fasts was never consitant. Sometimes fruits missing etc. When when I checked out, I asked to collect my luggage and 20 mins no one came, so I was late and I took my bags by myself to lobby. It was 3 bags, when I checked out also, all these men at the counter and bell NO HELPED ME. Pls check your CCTV, extremely bad service and too proud and ignorant staffs. Only friendly staffs were at the gym area. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I chose it for the view, but you can choose any hotel for the view.
