This property is horrible! Electricity was cut in the night and the staff told me to use my phone flashlight as light … ! There was bed bugs and the staff refused to relocate me to another room.

There was a smell of sewage in the rooms. All day and night noise. You hear an ambulance all the time. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. The hotel does not have a lobby, they just rented it to a restaurant. Small rooms. And at the end of the stay they wanted to charge us for every wash of towels.

Das hotel konnte uns wegen dem schlechten Service nicht überzeugen. Die Wände unseres Zimmers waren außerdem hellhörig und die Fenster bei der lauten Umgebung nicht gut isoliert. Der Lärm aus den Nachbarzimmern und von draußen war nachts unerträglich für uns. Die Heizung und die Klimaanlage werden zentral gesteuert, so die Aussage eines Mitarbeiters an der Rezeption. Somit konnten wir die Zimmertemperatur nicht individuell nach unserem Geschmack regeln und sind mit einer dicken Erkältung zurück gereist.
