Çalışanlar nazik sahile yakın olması harika yemekler idare eder tabiki Türklerin damak zevkine pek uymadığı için biz öyle düşünüyoruz ama genel olarak çok memnun kaldık konaklama için kayıtlarımız arasında herşey için teşekkürler .

I have requested several things non of them were answered. I have booked sea view club room.the room was on the 3rd floor it was rather a pool view than sea view , although I recommend a higher floor. Despite informing the hotel it was my bday & I have chosen the hotel out of many options, they ignored my request although my rate included ( extra sea view, club access and breakfast) so at least they could have added a slice of cake from club or breakfast buffet for bday greetings. Small gestures especially in occasions should be considered. However, it didn’t seem a very welcoming hotel. I’m not sure if they really want to attract customers. I’m definitely not coming again. The buffet was from 12 am until 4 am . The appetisers were completely empty by 2 am, soup and the fish plate. I asked the staff to refill all the dishes since I didn’t have anything and many people also were joining l. There were 2 more hours remaining. They constantly were calling for check out however we left our luggage outside the room and waited for assistance for more than half an hour. I have the hotel itself 4 stars as a building, location, cleanses, spa. However, services were totally lacking of hospitality or any 5 star hotel standards.

Amazing as always. They always go above and beyond. Our room took longer than expected to prepare but they upgraded us to an amazing suite instead. Thank you Khalid, we really enjoyed our stay.
