Great Yarmouth is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Norfolk Broads and Norfolk Coast, while Britannia Pier Theatre and The David Howkins Museum of Memories are cultural highlights. Joyland and Pirates Cove Adventure Golf are also worth visiting.
The property itself is great with the seaview and being right on the beach. Everything is provided plenty of plates, cups, utensils, towels etc and it’s beautifully decorated. However, the property is listed as dog friendly (which it is) but other properties listed in the advert that dogs are not allowed upstairs or on furniture, this property however did not. We recieved a message the day before check in advising this and then another message asking if we were taking a dog as a further 50 will need to be taken (fine, it’s in the T&Cs) but I think the stipulation around not being allowed upstairs or on furniture should be listed beforehand. We were only there for 2 nights and on our only full day there we had BT engineers come to the house to change the WiFi, this meant we felt we couldn’t be in the house until they were done (not ideal being 6 months pregnant) this went on for a few hours then a little longer when there was an issue resetting the WiFi password. Again the property is lovely and ideal for that little beach stay but these two issues just stood out on this occasion.

The property is in a fantastic position next to the beach. Views are brilliant. We stayed with our family of two grown up children and their partners. Although the property said it catered for six the top room was more suited to children rather than adults. Master bedroom was fantastic with views over the sea and with a sun lounge off the bedroom. We all enjoyed our stay with a well kitted out kitchen allowing us to self cater. Down stairs toilet an added bonus.
