Wie beim letzten Besuch waren wir sehr zufrieden. Francesca, die uns am Empfang begrüßte, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber, was auch für das Bad gilt. Die Ausstattung war gut und hat uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet. Einziger echter Minuspunkt sind zusätzliche Parkkosten von 17 Euro pro Tag, die wir als sehr teuer empfanden.

Es wäre wirklich sinnvoll E-Auto Ladestationen auf dem Parkplatz zu installieren. Es gibt derzeit eine, und die ist, abgesehen davonn dass sie ständig besetzt ist, mit 11kw völlig inakzeptabel. Werde das hotel bei der nächsten Reise leider von meiner Reiseroute streichen. Schade!

Très satisfaite de mon séjour, hôtel de très bon standing. Le seul problème rencontré est l'obligation, même à la borne, de régler 24h de parking (donc 17€) alors que nous ne sommes restés que 11 ou 12 h (donc maximum 13€ puisque 2€ la première heure et 1€ les suivantes, avec un maxi par jour de 17€)

Godt hotel til prisen, men i et kedeligt erhvervsområde tæt på motorvej. Med åbent vindue en del vejstøj. God morgenbuffet til en fornuftig pris. Parkeringsforhold i top til en pris på 17€ pr døgn.

Das Hotel lag für meine Verhältnisse super an der Autobahn und Schnellstraße. Dadurch sehr schnell in der Stadt gewesen. Aber man darf keine Einschlafprobleme haben, da es laut ist. Auch die Geschäusche im Hotel waren laut. Als ob eine Maschine anspringt läuft für 10sec und wieder abgeht. Und das im 30sec Takt. Die Sauberkeit war ok! Nicht ein Haar gefunden oder Staubkorn. Nur das schnelle Putzen der Zimmerreinigung bringt die hartnäckigen Kalkflecken im Bad oder am (nicht im) Wasserkocher auch nicht weg, sowie dunkle Flecken an den Fugen oder am Abfluss. Außerdem ging die Lüftung nicht im Bad wodurch sich schon Schimmel an der Decke bildet. Ist ja alles im Dauergebrauch sowie unsorgsames Verhalten der Gäste, da es nicht ihr Eigentum ist. Aber alles in einem ein gutes Hotel für kurze und unkomplizierte Übernachtungen.

We kregen het ontbijt gratis omdat ze een fout bij de boeking hadden gemaakt. Super netjes! Echter, Het ontbijt was een aanfluiting. Alles was op toen wij om 9 uur gingen ontbijten. Aanvullen van bijvoorbeeld gekookte eieren was (ondanks 2x vragen) na 25 minuten nog niet gebeurd. De kamer was een kamer, maar niet echt schoon. Vlekken in vloerbedekking en op muren. Verder wel alles aanwezig en opgemaakt bed.

Das Zimmer war leider veraltet. Sauberkeit war garnicht vorhanden. Staub egal wo man hin geguckt hat. Minibar war noch vom vorgast verdreckt, sogar ein benutzter Teebeutel lag noch dort. Bettwäsche wurde die ganze Woche nicht gewechselt sie haben das Bett ordentlich gemacht damit es den Eindruck vermittelt 😪Weder die Nachtische noch der Tisch wurden abwischt dort waren immer noch die Flecken vorm Vortag. Badezimmer war bei Ankunft schon dreckig, Haare klebten an den Fliesen, Im Waschbecken lagen Haare um das Waschbecken herum waren eingetrocknete blutflecken. Die Toilette war alles andere als sauber dort klebten auch Haare und urinflecken auf der Klobrille. Der Boden war voller Haare Flecken und durch den Abfluss sind Insekten gekrochen… Dieses Hotel ist ein Fall fürs Gesundheitsamt widerlich und absolut keinen Stern wert !

Positive experiences at Radisson Blue. Receptionist Claudio was friendly at check-in, and we got a nice room. Receptionist Simon was very service-minded and, together with his colleague from Estonia, should be praised for being helpful in investigating various questions we had about parking, the area and a trip to Strasbourg. Negative experiences: After the first night, we found a small animal in the bed, and we were upset about that. Cleaning the edges behind the bed rail by the light panel was not done properly. We complained about it to Simon, who sent extra cleaning and offered free parking. At the entrance to the hotel, ashtrays are set up, so smoking hotel guests stand on both sides when you pass by. My husband has asthma, and we are both non-smokers, and therefore it is very unpleasant to have to go through cigarette smoke when you enter the hotel. We would suggest that you move the smoking area to another place than at the entrance to the hotel. Attached pictures for information. Kind regards from two hotel guests

The “suite” had two rooms, but the second room was really an office with chairs and a desk rather than a living-room seating area, which was not that convenient. It was also located near the three lifts / elevators, so we had that noise in the evenings and early mornings (before 0600 as many guests had to get to work).

God morgenmads buffet og over gennemsnitlig restaurant, ikke billig dog. Fine værelser, der er hvad man kan forvente af faciliteter som på alle Radisson Blu. Lidt old school badeværelse med badekar. Armaturerne er ikke termostatiske og svære at indstille. WLAN (WiFi) er IKKE sikret med password. Gode parkeringsforhold, jeg synes dyrt i forhold til beliggenheden. Hvis du som jeg, booker via Hotels.com kan der ikke samtidig bestilles morgenmad eller parkering. Priserne er dog oplyst.

Mein Zimmer war OK, leider sind die Fenster nicht sonderlich schallisoliert - daher war die nahe Autobahn leider stets präsent. Ansonsten war alles in einem guten Zustand. Schade, dass der TV nicht alle deutschen Sender bietet und nicht Smart ist. Der Saunabereich, besonders die dortigen Duschen, wiesen einige Schwachstellen auf: Temperatur nicht veränderbar, fast alle Spender leer... Die Frühstücksleistung war leider nur 0815 Standard und wenig ansprechend: trockenes Rührei, wenig Joghurtauswahl, Nürnberger Würstchen zu "durch", ...

An overnight say whilst travelling from France to Germany. Was easy to find - situated in a business area. Parking was easy but started a bit on the expensive side initially offered at 17Euros but was reduced to 12. As the hotel is situated in a business area there is nowhere walkable to eat so was forced to use the hotel restaurant. The staff were excellent and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Upon first impressions the room was lovely but unfortunately after returning to it after dinner found that neither the kettle nor the fridge were in working order. The shower head fixture was broken so could not be altered in either height or angle - luckily there was a bath but made it a bit difficult to wash my hair. I did pop down to reception to request a kettle but was told they were all locked away for the night. At the same time I reported the other room defects- I was offered another room but at 10pm I did not feel like moving all my luggage so had to do without my cup of tea. ( would have been nice if they had sent one up via room service) A hotel of this standard should be checked regularly and should not have all these faults in one room. If passing through again I would probably stay again but would check all the amenities to make sure they were working before I unpacked..

Einchecken hat recht lange gedauert da nur eine Dame an der Rezeption tätig war. Das Zimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr ordentlich. Das Doppelbett war m.M.n nur auf einer Seite frisch gemacht. Die andere war voll mit Haaren und roch nicht sehr angenehm. Die Dusche im Bad war eine Katastrophe , ständig ändert sich die Wassertemperatur. Man muss permanent nachregeln. Sonst war alles in Ordnung. 10€ für parken war ok aber für die abgelegene Lage Parkgebühren zu verlangen.. naja.

Wie beim letzten Besuch waren wir sehr zufrieden. Francesca, die uns am Empfang begrüßte, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber, was auch für das Bad gilt. Die Ausstattung war gut und hat uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet. Einziger echter Minuspunkt sind zusätzliche Parkkosten von 17 Euro pro Tag, die wir als sehr teuer empfanden.

Tolles Frühstück, tolle Zimmer. Einzig der Vorgang des Check-Ins dauert hier leider immer (zumindest die Male, welche ich eincheckte) etwas länger, aber alles im Rahmen. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Hotel ligt dicht bij autostrade en heeft een grote parking. Er was geen geluidshinder van de straat. Als je lid wordt of bent van de Radisson Blu keten dan is de kostprijs van de parking voordelig. We hadden een comfortabele kamer en badkamer met inloopdouche. De bistro heeft een beperkte menukaart. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en kindvriendelijk. Enkele gasten hadden een hondje mee.

Aufgrund der Lage des Hotel zwischen einer Autobahn und zwei Bundesstrassen ist man permanent von LKW und PKW - Lärm umgeben, auch in der Nacht. Insofern ist ein Schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht möglich und selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster ist für lärmempfindliche Gäste eine unruhige Nacht garantiert.

An overnight say whilst travelling from France to Germany. Was easy to find - situated in a business area. Parking was easy but started a bit on the expensive side initially offered at 17Euros but was reduced to 12. As the hotel is situated in a business area there is nowhere walkable to eat so was forced to use the hotel restaurant. The staff were excellent and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Upon first impressions the room was lovely but unfortunately after returning to it after dinner found that neither the kettle nor the fridge were in working order. The shower head fixture was broken so could not be altered in either height or angle - luckily there was a bath but made it a bit difficult to wash my hair. I did pop down to reception to request a kettle but was told they were all locked away for the night. At the same time I reported the other room defects- I was offered another room but at 10pm I did not feel like moving all my luggage so had to do without my cup of tea. ( would have been nice if they had sent one up via room service) A hotel of this standard should be checked regularly and should not have all these faults in one room. If passing through again I would probably stay again but would check all the amenities to make sure they were working before I unpacked..

God morgenmads buffet og over gennemsnitlig restaurant, ikke billig dog. Fine værelser, der er hvad man kan forvente af faciliteter som på alle Radisson Blu. Lidt old school badeværelse med badekar. Armaturerne er ikke termostatiske og svære at indstille. WLAN (WiFi) er IKKE sikret med password. Gode parkeringsforhold, jeg synes dyrt i forhold til beliggenheden. Ich hab nicht das Abends nur das überteuerte Buffet stattfindet. Beim einchecken wurde auch nicht drauf hingewiesen. Frühstück Aufbackbrötchen die wohl neben Dem Backofen gelegen haben, und nicht drin. Für mich sah das sehr lieblos um nicht zu sagen hilflos aus .

We kregen het ontbijt gratis omdat ze een fout bij de boeking hadden gemaakt. Super netjes! Echter, Het ontbijt was een aanfluiting. Alles was op toen wij om 9 uur gingen ontbijten. Aanvullen van bijvoorbeeld gekookte eieren was (ondanks 2x vragen) na 25 minuten nog niet gebeurd. De kamer was een kamer, maar niet echt schoon. Vlekken in vloerbedekking en op muren. Verder wel alles aanwezig en opgemaakt bed.

Des öfteren in diesem Hotel eingecheckt. Mitarbeiter stets freundlich und gut gelaunt. Zimmerzustand hat sich im Laufe der Zeit verschlechtert- immer wieder auffallende Mängel. Dieses Mal eine lose Waschtischarmatur. Ansonsten Bett bequem, Airco OK, WLAN gut und alles sauber.
