Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wohnten in einem Levelroom. Das Zimmer und Bad war groß und geräumig. Das separate Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Von Lachs über Garnelen bis hin zu exotischen Früchten. Ein Mitarbeiter stand uns die ganze Zeit zur Verfügung und erfüllte unsere Wünsche, aber trotzdem sehr diskret..

Only 2 of the 4 lifts working. One took me to wrong floor 2 times! Rooms are very tired place badly needs refurbished. Staff were super nice and helpful. The buffet in the lounge was poor, food left out too long and repetitive from day to day.

This was a good hotel just one short Monorail stop from the city centre and a short walk from the main nightlife area. It was good value for money. The room spacious , clean and service was good. I also used the hotel gym was very quiet and reasonably equipped.

Front Desk Service: The front desk staff demonstrated poor service during check-out. We were asked to wait for 10 minutes while they checked the room for additional charges, but we ended up waiting over 30 minutes. When we approached the reception to inquire about the status, the staff casually informed us that everything was fine and that we could leave. It turns out they had forgotten about us entirely. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Food Quality: The food at the restaurant was subpar and lacked quality or flavor. For the price and reputation, we expected much better. Swimming Pool Hygiene: The swimming pool area was highly disappointing. It was crowded with guests dressed in ordinary clothes instead of proper swimwear, which is extremely unhygienic and unappealing.

Hotel was very nice . Staff was excellent. Only issue was elevators didnt seem to be working well and pool deck had piecies of thw coating peeling off and in the pool.

Everything was spotless, making our stay relaxing and comfortable. Service: Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming. The bellhop was helpful and friendly. Special mention goes to the chambermaid, Diana, who was exceptionally attentive. She thoughtfully provided an extra pillow for my father without being asked and always kept the room clean and fresh. Her warm smile and care truly enhanced our stay. Breakfast: Breakfast was delicious, with a good daily variety of local Malaysian and international dishes. Location: The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the shopping district, surrounded by malls. Room was not cleaned properly and was falling into a bit of a disrepair. Cleaning was not good could smell the dust and areas had dust. The room we stayed in had some plumbing issues. sink taking long for it to drain. Shower wasn’t cleaned and the sink had a rim of dirt built up.

If you are looking for a central KL location that is within walking distance to Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor, TRX mall then I would recommend this hotel. Don't expect much from front desk. We booked for a King size bed and upon check in was advice only twin beds were available. We asked if they could push the twin beds together and make it into a King bed. They were unable to due to the layout and a fixed table between the beds. We requested to be moved to a King bed for the remainder of our stay. This was provided but with some delay due to house keeping. The second room had urine smell on the floor and when asked to clean it. House keeping just sprayed cleaning product in and around the toilet and left it as is. Hotel has been refurb, but shower fixtures like the hand shower were leaking when in use. Tiles in shower were stained. Looking a bit tired and need replacing of fixtures. The iron didn't have a steam function. Beds and pillows are comfortable and air conditioning worked well.

Recommended by friends and family. Super accessible hotel, walkable to many malls and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Great view of Berjaya Times Square from the window. Room service food was delicious. Had the lamb and watermelon juice. Only small downside was there wasn't a bathtub in the room. Which was quite surprising for my wife and I. Not sure if they do have rooms with bath tubs. Will come back soon and request.

We stayed in this property during our visit to KL. Its a nice hotel with very cleaned, spacious rooms right in front of berjaya square. We stayed on high floor and the view was awesome. Hotel staff was kind and helpful. Buffet breakfast was intercontinental with huge variety.

Air-condition cannot be adjusted to a comfortable level (very cold in my room even I was adjusted to 29.8 deg. C) 4. We booked a king size bed but was told to wait because our room was not ready. Only 2 hrs later, we were given a room. We stayed for 3 nights, our last night was terrible as the air conditioning was faulty and not working at all. We hardly had any sleep as the room was humid and felt like a sauna. Please do not release faulty rooms to guest just to fill up the quota. 0/10.

We stayed 3 nights at Melia. The staff was helpful and kind, from the security guard outside the hotel, porter, manager, receptionist, and the housekeeping personnel. Our room is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is good. At Melia, we feel like almost home. The hotel is in a strategic location for shopping, etc. We definitely stay here again when we are in KL.

My stay at the hotel was good and the location is walkable to quite a few shopping malls and food options. My only complaint and I would rate it as a heavy one since it relates to privacy issues. At check-in, I expressed that I did not want my passport photocopied for privacy and security reasons. I begrudgingly allowed them to photocopy my driver's license just to be able to check in. On checkout, the staff including manager were insistent on photocopying my passport, even though they said to only need the passport number. Otherwise, they did not want to check me out for a fully paid stay. This is not an acceptable practice for many reasons. I was assured that the photocopy would be destroyed, but I highly doubt of that being done in a manner that I would find acceptable. To the hotel management: Upon arrival in the country, the government authorities have verified my identity and passport in a secure manner. You should not need to photocopy it for whatever reason.

Worst customer service. Booked through expedia and made an error while booking but they wouldn’t change dates or refund either on my request or Expedias request. Paid $900 Cad for nothing as I wouldn’t even be there on those dates. Sad that you don’t even have a heart to consider certain situations. I guess business is above ethics

Front Desk Service: The front desk staff demonstrated poor service during check-out. We were asked to wait for 10 minutes while they checked the room for additional charges, but we ended up waiting over 30 minutes. The hotel is just next to the monorail station which is very convenient to get to the airport and other areas and also walkable to many shopping malls. The hotel is right next to the monorail station IMBI which makes it easy to go to Sentral station and then take the express train to the airport. Staff friendly and helpful. The porters are so genuinely nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Walk to lots of shopping and dining options.

Room service food was delicious. Had the lamb and watermelon juice. Only small downside was there wasn't a bathtub in the room. Which was quite surprising for my wife and I. Not sure if they do have rooms with bath tubs. Will come back soon and request.

The hotel staff are friendly, they provide excellent service and the rooms are impeccably clean. However, the quality of food and the service on the restaurant side is a different story. This hotel may not be a great fit for westerners especially for meat eaters. While there are a lot of selections for the breakfast buffet, there is barely any meat dish available. The buffet is heavy on carbs and vegetables. There's an everyday cheese or chicken sausage and some cold cuts, very bland. That's it for the meat option. There's also some type of Indian chicken dish, but if you're used to having bacon or pork sausages, you won't find it here. The quality of the food is also questionable as there are mornings where the food is visibly left over from the day before with veggies wilting and visible oxidation and food is cold from the fridge. Even the scrambled eggs are cold...fridge cold. There is a noodle and congee station but this is rarely staffed. In our 5 days there, I never once was able to order anything from this station as there is no staff that mans it. Even the afternoon cocktails selection isn't that great and the bartender is always missing. It's very hard to order any kind of drinks.

We stayed in this property during our visit to KL. Its a nice hotel with very cleaned, spacious rooms right in front of berjaya square. We stayed on high floor and the view was awesome. Hotel staff was kind and helpful. Buffet breakfast was intercontinental with huge variety.

Nice stay at this hotel. Clean and comfortable although central aircon is a bit too noisy. Nothing fantastic on the view as the window is facing an old building. F want better view then need to upgrade the room. Tv screen is not exactly sharp but still decent enough to watch. Nice stay at this hotel. Clean and comfortable although central aircon is a bit too noisy. Nothing fantastic on the view as the window is facing an old building. F want better view then need to upgrade the room. Tv screen is not exactly sharp but still decent enough to watch. The hotel is right next to a light rail station for travel around the city center. We did not actually use it. We did walk one day to ChinaTown, past the Merdeka 118 tower. Was a long but pleasant walk. There appears to be restaurants and shopping in the blocks surrounding the hotel. We booked a suite and were given a room on the 17th floor. The room was nice, but did not have any silverware or glasses other than the water glasses in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have some wine glasses, and maybe even a wine opener in the room. There is a lounge on level M2 reserved for the suite guests. The young man who manned the desk tried to be helpful, but often gave incomplete or confusing information. Such as, he told us we could store our luggage there the last day, while having lunch before our ride to the airport. The person actually on duty that day said no and made us take luggage to the lobby. We had a light dinner at the rooftop bar. The food and service were average, but double the price of what you'd pay in the city. Drinks and lunch at the lobby bar were likewise on the pricey side. The pool in the later afternoon was pleasant and clean. The exercise room on level -1 was adequate, but 2 of the 4 elliptical machines were not functioning properly. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here and I would consider staying here again, but would also consider other options in the city center.
