The hotel location was in a quite street but not far from KLCC. The was spacious & clean. The buffet break was very delicious. The restaurant staff was nice & friendly. Mr Lai is the head chef was friendly to talk to. There is an out pool & a gym i believe i didn't get the chance to use it. Over we were very happy with the hotel staff. We are highly recommended this hotel to anyone who visit KL and want sonewhere peacful to stay & enjoy delicious buffet breakfast & friendly staff.

Staff very courteous, nice clean room, close to Petronas! Pool area very nice. Would have given 5 stars but our room faced the road and a nightclub emptying out at 5am every morning was entertaining but a nuisance….

Room was spacious with a really comfy bed, and all very clean too. The kitchen area appeared very well equipped although we didn’t cook a meal there. Nice pool area with towels provided, and a good bar/restaurant. We did have a problem with no hot water, but the staff were really good & sorted it out quickly plus they sent us 2 small buns as an apology which was lovely.

Room was spacious with a really comfy bed, and all very clean too. The kitchen area appeared very well equipped although we didn’t cook a meal there. Nice pool area with towels provided, and a good bar/restaurant. We did have a problem with no hot water, but the staff were really good & sorted it out quickly plus they sent us 2 small buns as an apology which was lovely.

Very nice stay the staff were great..can’t remember his name on the front desk (during the day )i think he was a manager but he was very helpful ..house keeping could improve as we had dirty bedding and things won’t replaced ..our highlight of our stay was Mike in the restaurant and bar give him a pay rise!!!!!

We stayed at MiCasa for 7 nights. The rooms are spacious and had everything we needed. Given that KL is not a pedestrian-friendly city, the walk to the towers was ok. The room was not brand new and there was a little bit of mold in the bathroom, but the condition was fine to my standards. I recommended this hotel for a good value stay in KL.

Spacious room and good amenities. Breakfast was nice - had good options. Swimming pool is lovely. Location isn’t too far from key attractions. We booked 2 rooms - one of them had issues with toilet flush making noise. We were given another room swiftly when we reported that.

Great stay at a fantastic price. Staff were the best thing from the front desk to door staff, all were great. My luggage was delayed, as soon as it arrived they contacted me rather than wait for me to find out, small things make a difference!

The hotel is well situated. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. The first I got it had an odor and I asked to change which the hotel did without hesitation. Dinner was amazing at the main restaurant!

Great super spacious room, I really love the calm and big pool area also. Got nothing on the minus except the location for me, it's a little bit far off from most things if you want to walk, easy enough to get a grab to go somewhere else though. Thank you for a great stay! Shout out to the cleaning staff, they did a great job too.

Good smaller boutique hotel away from the big international hotels and in the quieter embassy district. Still an easy walk to Petronas towers and major shopping centres. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area.

Very nice stay the staff were great..can’t remember his name on the front desk (during the day )i think he was a manager but he was very helpful ..house keeping could improve as we had dirty bedding and things won’t replaced ..our highlight of our stay was Mike in the restaurant and bar give him a pay rise!!!!!

The hotel location was in a quite street but not far from KLCC. The was spacious & clean. The buffet break was very delicious. The restaurant staff was nice & friendly. Mr Lai is the head chef was friendly to talk to. There is an out pool & a gym i believe i didn't get the chance to use it. Over we were very happy with the hotel staff. We are highly recommended this hotel to anyone who visit KL and want sonewhere peacful to stay & enjoy delicious buffet breakfast & friendly staff.

Spacious room and good amenities. Breakfast was nice - had good options. Swimming pool is lovely. Location isn’t too far from key attractions. We booked 2 rooms - one of them had issues with toilet flush making noise. We were given another room swiftly when we reported that.

The hotel is well situated. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. The first I got it had an odor and I asked to change which the hotel did without hesitation. Dinner was amazing at the main restaurant!

Room was spacious with a really comfy bed, and all very clean too. The kitchen area appeared very well equipped although we didn’t cook a meal there. Nice pool area with towels provided, and a good bar/restaurant. We did have a problem with no hot water, but the staff were really good & sorted it out quickly plus they sent us 2 small buns as an apology which was lovely.

The room was spacious and the doormen were incredibly kind and helpful. We had a bad experience with Eddie at the reception. He was aggressive in his tone to my sister on a call, and dismissive to our concerns when we kept being charged with things without prior notice. We were able to partly dispute one charge, as a staff member accidentally misguided us to use the wrong laundry service. They were about to charge us 115$ for the laundry, when we were told it would be 8$. For the other charges, they were understandable, and I wouldn’t expect them to waive those fees. However, the way it was always communicated AFTER we used the service was a bit frustrating, especially considering our diligence when asking questions and double-checking that the service wasn’t going to cost extra. For example, I finished a conversation thinking that using the hotel line to call my bank on a collect call would be free of charge, but it turns out it wasn’t. They tried to tell me that they had warned me, which isn’t what happened, so I felt attacked and manipulated. I truly don’t think they were purposely misleading us to spend more money, but they just did a terrible job at communicating and then didn’t even have the decency to act empathetic when we were surprised by the additional costs. Overall, there seems to be a lack of empathy on Eddie’s part and the staff at the receptions could work on their customer service skills.
