I chose this hotel because it claimed to be child-friendly and designed for families. It does have a playground for kids, which is a nice touch. However, I was disappointed to find that a baby cot is provided at an extra cost, unlike most other family-oriented hotels where this is complimentary. This felt misleading because the main reason for staying here was to give my child a fun experience, yet I ended up paying extra for something that should be standard in a family-friendly hotel. It gave me the impression of being cheated. If you’re planning to stay here with a baby, be prepared for additional charges for basic amenities.

Everything was ok except that there is one night where the children at the same level of mine keeping playing with the door even after passed midnight and I am surprised there is no staff there to stop them
