Clean close to airport parking available £15 a night think this is quite expensive but it is London asks for extra pillows as they only provide 1 per person i didn’t receive them. Clean and they offer breakfast for a fee but overall a good hotel and very good price

Hotel was undergoing renovations and lacked several of its normally available amenities: bar and restaurant. Parking was more expensive than I expected but public transit i nto London was very good and very convenient. Staff were efficient and helpful.

Easy to find, easy parking, easy check-in, comfortable room. Less than 10 minutes drive from Terminal 5. Very good value to save getting up at 3am to drive from Somerset.

I was disappointed with the unexpected £15/night car park charge on arrival, but was very pleased overall. The hotel was clean and pleasant, much better than other better known budget hotels. The room was clean, bright and comfortable, with tea and coffee facilities, kettle and hairdryer. The staff were lovely, very polite and would help with any queries. Would stay again and recommend, just bear in mind the car park and kids breakfast will cost you extra (£4/child a breakfast). If its cheap you are after, it cost me nearly £50 more on check in.

Exceptionally quiet hotel considering directly on Heathrow flight path, standard room amenities, accommodation clean and comfortable, limited dinning options in the hotel but some good pub food to be had just over the road and round the corner. Large underground car park with surprisingly good rates, mid evening arrival and early morning check out so unable to comment on local amenities or area.

Good value , comfortable modern hotel near to Heathrow airport. We were flying from T4 which was the furthest from the hotel but easy to get to with a car. Parking was £15 per night. Several pubs and restaurants were within walking distance. Would stay again.

Stayed here so we could be close to Heathrow airport for an early morning flight. Location was perfect and was so easy to reach the airport in around 10 minutes, although it was very little traffic, still great. The rooms were very clean and cosy and beds very comfortable. Staff were very polite and helpful. Car park had plenty of spaces and was easy to get into hotel from and cost £15 a night. We only stayed for one night but the short time we stayed there we couldn’t fault. Will definitely use this hotel in the future for early morning flights.

Room was clean, big enough for 2 adults and two children for an overnight stay. Hadn’t noticed the fine print about £15 car parking. We slept ok, having been the first room however we heard everyone in the hall way making noises with no consideration to guest who were trying to sleep. Breakfast was good, plenty of options.

Firstly staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are a great size but to a mediocre effort of cleaning. I didn’t have hot water for two days and so a maintenance person came to fix it. You also have to give 24 hours for your room to be cleaned which is for sustainability purposes. However, as the rooms aren’t very clean to begin with I think it’s more to save money. Check your towels and bedding for stains as I found multiple. The carpark has plenty of spaces but if you arrive late at night then it can be trickier to park. It’s also £15/night which isn’t mentioned until after you book. In hindsight I wouldn’t have bothered and instead found street parking.

Funny little hotel which will use again because I will use again if I have an early start at Heathrow. But mainly because it is cheap. My bath was quite dirty and not great. But it’s £60 and was otherwise fine.

No way of controlling heating as aircon broken. So woke just after midnight extremely hot. No opening windows. Staff had no other suitable room avail so brought two small fans to my room which kept me up all night. Up at6am as a pilot flying 320 passengers. So can’t trust them again as can’t risk poor sleep. Terrible stay as no alternatives, no portable aircon units. They new things were broken !!!

Nice small hotel near Heathrow T5. Both local bus and coach bus options to get to the airport. Breakfast buffet had many options. Rooms are not totally soundproof. We could hear our neighbors, both above and next door but that did not prevent us from having a good sleep.

A friendly staff who welcomed us and provided useful information. We slept well in a large, clean room that was exceptionally quiet, particularly being so close to Heathrow Terminal 5. An excellent breakfast was provided with a wide variety of choices. Overall, excellent and e shall return!

Put the heat on! I tried to set the temperature higher but it would only keep on blowing non-heated air! It actually got a little warmer when I just stopped the air altogether. I’m sure they deactivated the heat as of now to save some pennies.

Overall it was a decent over night stay, but we went put in a room where the air conditioner didn’t work. They try to gaslight us into thinking if we reset the thermostat that the a/c would kick in. They knew all along that it wasn’t working. We requested another room, but were told it was the only one available. So, we requested to have portable fans brought up and they did bring them.

Booked a family room with breakfast only to be told on arrival that the breakfast only includes adults and that the children were chargeable, on top of paying for on site parking per night, just trying to get more money out of you. No live tv only Rakuten and you could hear the room next door whenever they talked, no soundproofing.

I arrived mid evening following a long flight and had booked here as it was a short journey (less than 10 mins bus ride) from Heathrow T5. The instructions provided by the hotel regarding buses, airport hopper bus etc were very clear and helpful. The check in was smooth and efficient. The room was basic, but spotlessly clean and with everything required for a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast provided a plentiful selection of items (hot and cold) and, at £10, was good value. I can't really comment on the surroundings as it was such a short stay, but I found the staff helpful and well informed on the local amenities and would certainly consider returning on another occasion.

It was an okay stay not the best experience but it’s a hotel close to the airport and i booked on short notice. The breakfast was not good at all, and there were a lack of options and things were missing from the breakfast spread. I would say the main thing that left a sour taste in my mouth is the lady at the reception was not helpful with my bags at all when i asked her to follow me to the car. At first she followed me to my car and then just dropped it off at the entrance and i had to go back inside and ask again please help me maam i’m running late. so the lack of help in that area was a bit frustrating. Also the food not being available until after 3, was so annoying and also not clear at all. Staff were pleasant but didn’t seem to really have any sense of urgency at all.

Really comfortable room and well thought out design ( a hairdryer and decent sized shelf next to a big mirror!!). Foyer area of hotel is great with space for those who need to work before/after check in/out, and bedroom had good workspace too. Wifi was pretty reliable. Friendly and helpful staff. 👍👍👍👍

Check in staff were friendly and accommodating. Check in process was smooth and efficient. Room was clean and tidy as well spacious and comfortable. Only gripe was no iron in the room. Housekeeping did however bring one up promptly on request. A great stay regardless!

The desk staff when we checked in were not at all competent. We asked to order a car to the airport, as the advertised shuttle only goes to one terminal and our flight was a significant distance, requiring a Heathrow train. While we were assured multiple times that it was booked, when my husband checked in the morning it had NOT been done. Fortunately the staff at 5 a.m. was able to fix that. The pictures of the exterior did not indicate that the hotel was in the middle of private houses, with nothing to occupy time before going to bed. In total a most disappointing experience with your booking service and lack of competent daytime staff

This is a very good hotel, Staff are fantastic! Every single member of the team are Very professional and welcoming. I have stayed in many different hotels this year & all have problems. This is the only one I have visited and had zero issues with & for a new hotel currently going through a refurbishment that’s very reassuring. The manager Janine is fantastic. She knows how to run a hotel the correct way. Her level of professionalism and commitment is outstanding. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is. Great price, great room and location is perfect for bus to and from Heathrow Terminal 5. Stop is right in front for Local 703. Check in was easy and fast.

Good value for the money. Restaurants close by, especially liked the Ostrich Inn and the New Bettina. Close to airport so convenient to fly out but trade off is you are far via public transport to sights and points of interest.

For a budget hotel i simply cannot fault much. Absolutely everything was in its place. The staff were upmost professional. The food was excellent but expensive for a buffet breakfast, but good food comes at a cost. I know as an Australian chef.

A friendly staff who welcomed us and provided useful information. We slept well in a large, clean room that was exceptionally quiet, particularly being so close to Heathrow Terminal 5. An excellent breakfast was provided with a wide variety of choices. Overall, excellent and e shall return!

We recently stayed at the B&B Hotel London Heathrow Airport and overall had a pleasant experience with a minor hiccup. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute ride on a local bus from Terminal 5 (you can also use the HotelHoppa service from bus stations 17 or 18 at the same terminal). This made getting to and from the airport very straightforward. Check-in was easy — you can use the self-service kiosks or go through reception. The hotel itself has been nicely renovated with fresh paint and a clean, modern feel. We booked a room with twin double beds, as the standard French double was too small for us. The beds were comfortable and supportive, perfect for a good night's rest before or after a flight. However, not everything was smooth. Our initial room had non-functional air conditioning and no fan control. Reception at first insisted the A/C was centrally controlled and refused to move us. Only after we pushed for a room change were we given one with working air conditioning. If you're staying in warmer months, it's worth checking this when you arrive. The paid hot breakfast was very good — a generous and varied selection that exceeded our expectations. There's also a short-order kitchen available at the hotel, though the menu is fairly limited. In terms of nearby dining, there's an Italian restaurant just a 2-minute walk away, and directly across from the hotel is a Thai pub, offering additional options if you don't want to eat in. Overall a very good stay.

I was disappointed with the unexpected £15/night car park charge on arrival, but was very pleased overall. The hotel was clean and pleasant, much better than other better known budget hotels. The room was clean, bright and comfortable, with tea and coffee facilities, kettle and hairdryer. The staff were lovely, very polite and would help with any queries. Would stay again and recommend, just bear in mind the car park and kids breakfast will cost you extra (£4/child a breakfast). If its cheap you are after, it cost me nearly £50 more on check in.

The Colnbrook B&B appears to be a new hotel and the room was quite big and comfortable. However, I skipped the breakfast as the only hot food available were sausages and baked beans - no eggs, bacon, tomatoes, hash browns etc. just sausages! When I asked the staff, including at the front desk, they just shrugged and gave no explanation!

Room was clean, big enough for 2 adults and two children for an overnight stay. Hadn’t noticed the fine print about £15 car parking. We slept ok, having been the first room however we heard everyone in the hall way making noises with no consideration to guest who were trying to sleep. Breakfast was good, plenty of options.

Very convenient Hoppa bus to and from Terminal 5. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Wifi was a bit off and on in the room. Bathroom and carpets could have done with a deep clean.

I never bother to write reviews, but honestly, I am not sure how some people can rate the property 5 stars. It’s a very basic hotel on par with a Best Western in the States. Our room was dated and dark. The carpet was old. The glass shower door is one that only goes halfway so if you’re shaving your legs, water goes everywhere. Breakfast was £15 for adults and £5 for kids which was fine, but I didn’t realize that there was a little cafe right around the corner that we should have tried. My daughter got a Caesar salad one night from the hotel kitchen and it was just okay. Okay the next parts were totally on me: make sure that you bring adapters that don’t just have the two prongs, buy the ones with 3 prongs. I plugged my curling iron into the 2 prong one in the bathroom and it wouldn’t get hot. The label did say that the outlet was “only for shavers,” so maybe you can’t use hot tools in there? I was super annoyed one night because I didn’t think there was hot water left, but you have to hold the little clicker thing down on the shower knob to get it really hot, which is actually a good idea. Also, I thought that I was getting a good deal by not staying in London itself, but by the time I add in the Ubers to and from ($90 one way), we might as well have paid for a more expensive hotel in London. Trains and buses would have been much more affordable, but honestly, I was worried to take them. The staff was so nice and helpful and patient with this clueless American, though.
