Everything about the Rhino Hotel was seemingly so unsettling underrated by many reviewers that it received only a 2-star rating on the online websites. The amenities such as the gym has a an open studio schedule open to the general public also, offering daily group classes and activities weekly. The gym + spa areas for hotel guests are highly recommended, with a full range of aerobic fitness machines available, free weights, to fitness equipment. The swimming pool is also a great option for guests alike, and has daily activities scheduled for groups workouts. The rooms themselves are very ample for single use and designed for business travelers. Though the brand used for bathing and showering is pleasantly too feminine for the most, compared to scents or fragrances which have a more masculine feel and appeal. One would recommend selecting their own body shampoo fragrance. Otherwise, an array of free products are available within the room stay. The only thing which was a bit off, was the Front Desk Reception staff. Males who often were terribly abrupt and rather attentive but annoyingly ruder than the females or makes in more upscaled hotels, (e.g., Metropolitan Hotel Tokyo Ikebukuro, Hotel Fukuracia Osaka, APA Hotel Nagoya Sakae Ekimae Excellent). An insensitive rapport to others especially if one is a non-native Japanese speaker. Finding the attitude rather stiff and dismissive. An outstanding location next to a major transit hub—highly recommended nonetheless.

I booked this hotel for the gym and the pool but its very misleading as you the leisure centre is separate and you have to pay each time to use it. The room was basic but clean and staff were helpful. It is 40 minute walk from main shops but you are right on top of shaiin metro so easy to get around.
