The property location is remote however the beach is beautiful and the star attraction is the sunset truely amazing. It was a pity we couldn’t swim at beach due to jelly fish The rooms are nice and clean however they are very dated `the dinning options are limited the the service was very slow. `one night we waited 50 minutes for bar snacks and in the end we left without eating them after hey arrived. Breakfast dishes were cold. I was slightly disappointed as always wanted to stay at the `four `seasons based on reputation. the staff are really never and nothing is to much trouble.We did the mangrove tour through hotel and well worth it - Amy was our guide and he was Great

Absolutely fantastic stay. Beautiful setting, we stayed in one of the Garden Villas which were beautiful. Lots of food options. Long and quiet beach. We had are own large infinity pool which the kids loved. The staff were fantastic and very attentive

It is a very beautiful property; very quiet with a private beach and spacious rooms. we went on the mangrove tour which was very enjoyable. all the food we tried was absolutely delicious. we also played tennis on the well kept court although it was a bit too humid for us to play.

Super endroit, très calme avec accès direct a une des plus belles plages de Langkawi. 2 piscines dont une pour les familles qui est tres belle et tres grande en plusieurs bassins. Le Kids club est très bien, et les enfants sy sentent bien et en securite. Les restaurants sont bons mais plutot dans les ambiances Inde/Malaisie, je recommande le malaisien avec les grillades de la mer directement des pêcheurs. Le petit dejeuner est bien fourni et dans les standards de la marque. Les chambres tres spacieuses et celles en 1er etage donnent de belles terrasses agreables. Surement le meilleur hotel de luxe pour une ambiance plage avec un peu de jungle, singes et varengs. Dans le negatif, je dirais que la gestion des excursions ou activites pourrait etre a améliorer, pas vraiment de conseils ou recommandations. Les deux restaurants sont assez proches en type de cuisine, du moins pour des européens, jai trouvé de meilleures offres globales dans d'autres four seasons.

Wonderful staff and service. Breakfast had extensive options and was a very relaxed setting. The food at the Ikan-Ikan restaurant was delicious. Our villa was spacious and immaculate. We enjoyed our time at the resort and wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful resort on a beautiful pristine beach. Staff could not have been better, everything you could desire was catered for. Stayed in garden room which was great overlooking beautiful grounds. Breakfast very good and in room dining was great. Resort is in need of a bit of tlc but after pandemic you can understand it. Was definitely very relaxing and a little slice of heaven.

Excellent staff and resort. The rooms are looking slightly old however the rest of the resorts makes up for it because it is absolutely beautiful. The gardens and beach area are maintained on a daily basis so they always look fresh unlike some other properties. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful overall 10/10 Also to note the grab taxis are a fraction of the price of the resort taxi.

My husband, our 4 year old son and I stayed here for 9 days and we had an amazing time. The rooms are very large and in a good condition, looks better than the photos. We loved our garden view and afternoon snoozes in our balcony. The resort itself is very large with a super clean beach. Our son loved making sand castles there. Family pool area is quite large too with good service. Special thanks to the kids club staff, our son loved the activities they do and they make full use of the resort facilities and its surroundings throughout the day. We loved everything so much except for the food. The food quality wasn't good and very expensive. Room service was better but gets boring after a while… We also loved the Mangroves and Eagle Safari, our guide was very informative and scenery is stunning. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful resort on a beautiful pristine beach. Staff could not have been better, everything you could desire was catered for. Stayed in garden room which was great overlooking beautiful grounds. Breakfast very good and in room dining was great. Resort is in need of a bit of tlc but after pandemic you can understand it. Was definitely very relaxing and a little slice of heaven.

Lovey hotel! Rooms were very spacious and clean. Many amenities provided for my young toddler as well within the room. We chose the ground floor unit which has an outdoor jacuzzi bath, my toddler loved it! Service is excellent from arrival to departure, the staff are aways happy and smiling and try their best to accommodate requests which I very much appreciate. The hotel also has a lovely, clean beach with great views and daily hourly activities for children. The hotel is situated within a UNESCO forest so there isn’t much outside of the hotel- do expect to have to get transport to attractions on the island (not expensive by local taxi). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it left a very good impression of the Four Seasons brand.

Our room was super nice,the rooms are large and also very big bathrooms and the view was absolutely stunning. My husband, our 4 year old son and I stayed here for 9 days and we had an amazing time. The rooms are very large and in a good condition, looks better than the photos. We loved our garden view and afternoon snoozes in our balcony. The resort itself is very large with a super clean beach. Our son loved making sand castles there. Family pool area is quite large too with good service. Special thanks to the kids club staff, our son loved the activities they do and they make full use of the resort facilities and its surroundings throughout the day. I loved four season Langkawi. The room were great, comfy, large, and had the outside shower and jacuzzi. The hotel has only two restaurants, Malaysian and western grill. The Malaysian restaurant was amazing. We couldn’t swim in the sea as it was forbidden. What I disliked was two things 1- pool area were small and the food takes too long to reach while your in the pool area. As an outside area there isn’t much to do. Overall it was a nice experience.

The team has set a really high standard on resort life. Everyone was friendly, greeted us with a hello's (amazing training and consistency... it shows). We had a really enjoyable time, each of our days relaxing by the pool (great service from Malik and Raf). Stayed in the garden view lower floor room and it was spacious, very comfy beds, great jacuzzi outside and you get everything you need for your comfort from shampoo to body lotion, to toothpaste/toothbrushes. After reading many of the reviews, I was concerned about the mosquitoes, especially as it was the rainy season, and I think the hotel does it's best to keep them down. They provide you insect repellant (fortunately I only got 3 bites over the 4 nights which is good in my books - note I wore repellant). My only feedback was on the resturant side of things. I knew that pricing of food at four seasons was relative to what we would pay in Australia (as I had checked out the menus before booking), but I do feel like it was quite expensive and inaccessible to eat there for lunch and dinner, but this is also my first four seasons hotel, so this could be consistent globally. What I found surprising was entry level wine options was ~300 RM, so 100 AUD. We ate at Kepala Grill one evening during our stay. I was a bit underwhelmed with the timing. It took our appetizer 70 mins to come out, and then our main followed shortly after. The seafood was cook very well, but probably lacked a bit on the presentation and flavour.

Wonderful staff and service. Breakfast had extensive options and was a very relaxed setting. The food at the Ikan-Ikan restaurant was delicious. Our villa was spacious and immaculate. We enjoyed our time at the resort and wish we could have stayed longer.

The landscape looks tired and need improvements, and also the interior of the bathroom already looks old and definitely needs renovation. FnB service was pretty bad, we ordered room service then after waited for more than 1.hr they called us and told us that they forgot to process our order and will process later and gave us as complimentary. We finally got our order after almost 2hrs !!! At the breakfast , i ordered some eggs then after we finished breakfast the eggs never came

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Four Seasons Langkawi for 3 nights, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. It is a very beautiful property; very quiet with a private beach and spacious rooms. we went on the mangrove tour which was very enjoyable. all the food we tried was absolutely delicious. we also played tennis on the well kept court although it was a bit too humid for us to play.

Super endroit, très calme avec accès direct a une des plus belles plages de Langkawi. 2 piscines dont une pour les familles qui est tres belle et tres grande en plusieurs bassins. Le Kids club est très bien, et les enfants sy sentent bien et en securite. Les restaurants sont bons mais plutot dans les ambiances Inde/Malaisie, je recommande le malaisien avec les grillades de la mer directement des pêcheurs. Le petit dejeuner est bien fourni et dans les standards de la marque. Les chambres tres spacieuses et celles en 1er etage donnent de belles terrasses agreables. Surement le meilleur hotel de luxe pour une ambiance plage avec un peu de jungle, singes et varengs. Dans le negatif, je dirais que la gestion des excursions ou activites pourrait etre a améliorer, pas vraiment de conseils ou recommandations. Les deux restaurants sont assez proches en type de cuisine, du moins pour des européens, jai trouvé de meilleures offres globales dans d'autres four seasons.

It took our appetizer 70 mins to come out, and then our main followed shortly after. The seafood was cook very well, but probably lacked a bit on the presentation and flavour.
The team has set a really high standard on resort life. Everyone was friendly, greeted us with a hello's (amazing training and consistency... it shows). We had a really enjoyable time, each of our days relaxing by the pool (great service from Malik and Raf). Stayed in the garden view lower floor room and it was spacious, very comfy beds, great jacuzzi outside and you get everything you need for your comfort from shampoo to body lotion, to toothpaste/toothbrushes. After reading many of the reviews, I was concerned about the mosquitoes, especially as it was the rainy season, and I think the hotel does it's best to keep them down. They provide you insect repellant (fortunately I only got 3 bites over the 4 nights which is good in my books - note I wore repellant). My only feedback was on the resturant side of things. I knew that pricing of food at four seasons was relative to what we would pay in Australia (as I had checked out the menus before booking), but I do feel like it was quite expensive and inaccessible to eat there for lunch and dinner, but this is also my first four seasons hotel, so this could be consistent globally. What I found surprising was entry level wine options was ~300 RM, so 100 AUD. We ate at Kepala Grill one evening during our stay. I was a bit underwhelmed with the timing. Wonderful staff and service. Breakfast had extensive options and was a very relaxed setting. The food at the Ikan-Ikan restaurant was delicious. Our villa was spacious and immaculate. We enjoyed our time at the resort and wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing stay, a lovely property. 10/10. Had a slight upset stomach but staff was amazing and very helpful. Would highly recommend, loads of amenities and great for kids. Pools are great food is 10/10 and the staff are really helpful and friendly. Thanks.

Wonderful resort on a beautiful pristine beach. Staff could not have been better, everything you could desire was catered for. Stayed in garden room which was great overlooking beautiful grounds. Breakfast very good and in room dining was great. Resort is in need of a bit of tlc but after pandemic you can understand it. Was definitely very relaxing and a little slice of heaven.

It is a very beautiful property; very quiet with a private beach and spacious rooms. we went on the mangrove tour which was very enjoyable. all the food we tried was absolutely delicious. we also played tennis on the well kept court although it was a bit too humid for us to play.

Super endroit, très calme avec accès direct a une des plus belles plages de Langkawi. 2 piscines dont une pour les familles qui est tres belle et tres grande en plusieurs bassins. Le Kids club est très bien, et les enfants sy sentent bien et en securite. Les restaurants sont bons mais plutot dans les ambiances Inde/Malaisie, je recommande le malaisien avec les grillades de la mer directement des pêcheurs. Le petit dejeuner est bien fourni et dans les standards de la marque. Les chambres tres spacieuses et celles en 1er etage donnent de belles terrasses agreables. Surement le meilleur hotel de luxe pour une ambiance plage avec un peu de jungle, singes et varengs. Dans le negatif, je dirais que la gestion des excursions ou activites pourrait etre a améliorer, pas vraiment de conseils ou recommandations. Les deux restaurants sont assez proches en type de cuisine, du moins pour des européens, jai trouvé de meilleures offres globales dans d'autres four seasons.

My husband, our 4 year old son and I stayed here for 9 days and we had an amazing time. The rooms are very large and in a good condition, looks better than the photos. We loved our garden view and afternoon snoozes in our balcony. The resort itself is very large with a super clean beach. Our son loved making sand castles there. Family pool area is quite large too with good service. Special thanks to the kids club staff, our son loved the activities they do and they make full use of the resort facilities and its surroundings throughout the day. We loved everything so much except for the food. The food quality wasn't good and very expensive. Room service was better but gets boring after a while… We also loved the Mangroves and Eagle Safari, our guide was very informative and scenery is stunning. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The landscape looks tired and need improvements, and also the interior of the bathroom already looks old and definitely needs renovation. FnB service was pretty bad, we ordered room service then after waited for more than 1.hr they called us and told us that they forgot to process our order and will process later and gave us as complimentary. We finally got our order after almost 2hrs !!! At the breakfast , i ordered some eggs then after we finished breakfast the eggs never came

I loved four season Langkawi. The room were great, comfy, large, and had the outside shower and jacuzzi. The hotel has only two restaurants, Malaysian and western grill. The Malaysian restaurant was amazing. We couldn’t swim in the sea as it was forbidden. What I disliked was two things 1- pool area were small and the food takes too long to reach while your in the pool area. As an outside area there isn’t much to do. Overall it was a nice experience.

I have been visiting Four Seasons Langkawi for the past five years and have stayed more than 10 times. It remains one of my favourite resorts, which is why I wanted to share some honest feedback. First, I would like to thank the team for their excellent hospitality. The staff were as warm, attentive and professional as ever, and the anniversary cake was a thoughtful touch that was greatly appreciated. This visit, however, was not quite as memorable as my previous stays. The room showed some signs of wear that I had not noticed before, and breakfast did not feel as strong as I remembered. While there was still a good selection available, I was surprised that roti canai was not offered daily. It may seem like a small detail, but it is something I have always associated with Malaysian hospitality and with this resort in particular. I was also surprised by the RM700 per night deposit requirement. For guests staying longer periods, the amount can become quite substantial. One additional area that may benefit from some attention is pest control. Given the resort's beautiful natural surroundings, I understand that this can be challenging, but I noticed it more during this visit than on previous stays. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning in the future. I hope these comments are received as feedback from a loyal guest who has always held this resort in very high regard.

The place is amazing. Fantastic white beach and integrated architecture. The domain is huge clean and very quiet. The food is excellent. Indian, Malaysian or grill. Last but not least the staff is great in all aspects. They will do everything to make you enjoy your stay. Not far from perfection.
