O hotel em si é bem precário. O ar condicionado dos quartos e corredores dos quartos nao gela. A estrutura do quarto era precária, sendo que reservei o melhor quarto do hotel. Metade das tomadas nao funcionava,tive que usar extensor de tomadas, ar condicionado como ja mencionei- nao gela, tive q pedir 2 ventiladores para conseguir dormir, ha limitadores de pressao e vazao de agua nos banheiros - privada e bidê. E para piorar ainda cobram aluguel de guarda-chuvas, quando deveriam oferecer gratuitamente para uso dos hospedes.

Stayed here before. Always pleasant, friendly staff. All areas clean. Room clean and well maintained.

Very disappointing experience staying at Leeds Marriott Hotel with my family. The room was extremely small, not properly tidy, and not clean at all. Basic things like complimentary water, proper toiletries, and drinking water were missing from the room. The windows were broken, which made the stay even worse. The biggest issue was accessibility — the lift area is not friendly for pushchairs or wheelchairs. There are stairs before reaching the lift, so families need to physically carry pushchairs or wheelchairs by two people. This is very inconvenient and unacceptable for a family hotel. Parking was also a nightmare with no proper parking facilities available. On top of that, the WiFi connection was the worst I have ever experienced. I started searching/loading something on the WiFi and literally fell asleep waiting — it still hadn’t properly connected even by the next day. Overall, a very poor family experience and definitely not what we expected from a Marriott hotel. Would not recommend for families, especially those with children or wheelchair users.
