Miiro Templeton Garden

Súper bonito el hotel, muy cómodo, y segura la ubicación a dos cuadras del metro y buenos restaurantes para comer. Lo único es que recomendaría tener desayuno estilo buffet el hecho de que sea a la carta hace que sea demasiado lento el servicio, el staff muy bueno! Pero es un equipo reducido para tanta gente

Room was fine. Little bit of shower door seal was missing so bathroom floor got very wet from shower. Least favorable part of stay was Pippins restaurant—cooks didn’t seem to know what was on menu—I order Sunday Roast “beef with horseradish sauce”—came with no sauce. I requested & heard cook telling waiter that that sauce was just for the chicken. What?! I ordered a gin& tonic, used half of tonic, ordered another gin to use up tonic, was presented with & charged for another bottle of tonic—waiter said he’d take it back, but it remained on bill. What?! Then, in lobby I had started reading a paperback book on a table near chairs, assumed the 6 or 8 books there were a book exchange, asked staff at desk and they said no, it was part of decor. Again, what?! So, hotel is fine, but staff training seems to be lacking. Plus…the taxi they ordered for us seemed inordinately expensive. More than black cab; twice as much as Uber. Hotel location is good, looks nice, was comfortable bed, good water pressure, but you just need to not depend on staff to know what’s what I think.

Excellent stay at Miiro Templeton Garden. Everything was outstanding - beautiful hotel, comfortable room, great location and exceptional service. The staff made us feel very welcome. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happilly return.

Really enjoyed the kindness extended by Nels. My mother is disabled and the courtesy he provided made us both feel special. Thank you Nels!!
