Grand Hotel National Luzern

Room was incredible and hotel itself was very clean and friendly, pool is perfectly useable and just warm enough for a comfortable swim, location is also great. Our only issue with this hotel was the restaurants, prices were EXTREMELY high and portion sizes are laughable.. If you stay here I recommend using other restaurants nearby to make sure you are full without having to spend 200+ just to have a standard meal. Other than this it was a very pleasant stay.

Room was great! Staff just only the one that I checked in with she saw us and avoided it till another staff came in then she hurry to check us in. But overall was great.

Hotel excelente com ótima localização! Equipe muito prestativa, principalmente na recepção, café da manhã e no Salvatore. Quarto bom, cama boa. Somente a limpeza do quarto poderia melhorar um pouco, embaixo da cama estava sujo. Quartos para o lago são excelentes para apreciar a linda vista.

Reception (didnt take down her name) was marvellous. We got upgraded to a lake view room, we didnt mention it was our anniversary. Prosseco was offered at check in, what a treat. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again. Views to the mountains and lake were breathtaking from our balcony.
