Superb location in a middle of a walking, lively district. Pleasant and efficient check-in. Roof-top bar has a great view of the town. It is a bit pricy but worth a visit at sunset.

A very nice, clean, cozy hotel. Location was amazing and all facilities were very clean. Pros: - Very comfortable bedding - Spacious bathroom - Refrigerator in room - Staff was extremely friendly and helpful - Felt very safe with location and, staff, and services Cons: - Fitness center was very small and reservation only

Hotel muito bom, em um prédio muito bonito que chama a atenção de quem passa em frente. Bem atual na sua ambientação e decoração, o quarto em que me hospedei (412) tinha um ótimo tamanho, assim como o banheiro. Tem um rooftop "descolado", bom atendimento, ideal para tomar um drink. Só achei antipático pois, em uma noite estava fechado para um evento particular e a hostess nos encaminhou para uma saleta. Melhor fechar por completo. A localização é central, boa para os programas turísticos, rodeada de bares, restaurantes, a uma curta caminhada da Puerta Del Sol. Mas é beem agitada, tanto de dia quando à noite, o que pode ser um ponto positivo para uns, mas desagradar outros.

This is our 3 time staying at the Me Media in Madrid. It’s a very pretty hotel with lovely staff and very comfortable rooms. It’s located very close to many important sightseeing places within walking distance and tons of cafes and restaurants very close by. The building it self is beautiful and offers parking directly underneath the hotel at an extra fee but makes a world of a different if you get there in a car! Highly recommend this hotel.

We have visited Madrid a few time before and also had dinner at the restaurant located in the hotel so this time decided to try the hotel and was not disappointed. We selected a room with a view of the Plaza and was very happy we paid the extra. The staff at reception are really friendly, the hotel style is perfect, room was large and very clean with an amazing view over the plaza. They have a roof top bar which has good vibes but not the best for views due to the high walls but a perfect sun trap. Highly recommend the breakfast and also the restaurant for dinner.

The property needs better cleaning. We got a very small room and had to open three doors to enter to our room. The service is great, there was a guy called Echavarría that was actually nice and gave us some doggie bags and treats for our dogs (thing that was not done at reception) I called room service to order unseasoned fish and rice for our dogs and was charged €49 for such a simple dish. It was definitely my mistake for not asking the price ahead, I just didn’t know the room service was a total rip off. Great location, just needs some remodeling and removing that horrible rug in the floors.

프라도, 티센 보르네미사, 레이나 소피아, 마요르 광장 등에 걸어갈 수 있는 위치였고, 방이 매우 넓고 조용해서 좋았습니다. 다만 침대 매트리스가 너무 꺼져있고, 수건이 낡았습니다. 욕실은 좀 더 청결했으면 좋겠습니다. 샤워부스의 칸막이가 없어서 물이 너무 많이 튀었습니다. 침대 쪽에 콘센트가 없어서 핸드폰을 충전하기가 불편했습니다.

I was so pleased with my choice of Hotel. It was outstanding service & the staff went out of way to accommodate me. Hotel is beautiful, clean & smelled great. Location was the perfect area to walk to all major sites, restaurants, galleries.

Hotel is beautiful, very comfortable beds, very clean, perfect location near all tourist attractions, great breakfast buffet and staff was great and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be staying here again on our way back to Madrid.

- spacious room; long desk was good for work space or charging electronics - bed was very soft (good if that’s what you like) - espresso machine and glass bottled water was provided and refilled during stay - overall cleanliness was fine but I am sensitive to dust and had bad allergies/ puffy eyes during my stay so I think the room may have been dusty - needs more hooks or towel bars to hang up towels and bathrobes - booked “premium room with view of plaza de angel” but no view, only trees since room was on 2nd floor - no shower door/frame so the bathroom floor got very wet - noisy construction during daytime (constant drilling) - noise from hallway flows into room (can hear banging of doors closes, bottles rattling presumably from service carts - upon checkin, wasn’t told about hotel amenities (ie:gym, coffee station, etc)

Hotel tried to overcharge us by about $50 and front desk person was a complete liar. Took 2 separate maintenance visits to fix air conditioners. I had to tell them the ac problem was the air vent-the air filter was totally plugged and evidently had not been changed for more than a year.

A Stylishly Located Hotel in Madrid with Mixed Experiences at ME Madrid Our stay at the ME Madrid by Meliá started positively with a striking exterior and a very welcoming and pleasant reception team who greeted us warmly on every occasion. The hotel's central location is also a significant advantage. We found our room to be darker than the online images, and the courtyard view was underwhelming. Additionally, the roof terrace is exclusively for the restaurant, with no outdoor space for hotel guests. A major problem we encountered was with the bath, which was unusable in the traditional sense. I had to resort to using the shower head to painstakingly fill it, and this issue remained unresolved despite being reported on the day we arrived. In conclusion, while the ME Madrid benefits from a fantastic location and a genuinely welcoming reception team, potential guests should be aware of the discrepancies in room brightness, the unappealing courtyard, the inaccessible roof terrace, and, most importantly, the potential for significant and unresolved maintenance issues like our unusable bath. The pleasantness of the reception staff was a definite highlight, but it couldn't fully compensate for the other shortcomings.

We had a great experience, the location is really good!! Walking distance to Plaza Mayor, puerta del Sol, Museo Del Prado. Many great dinning options. The rooms are a little bit small.

Hotel management takes liberties to call you names and threaten and cause you some panick. Hotel management woman named Elena and so called general manager ( who actually should rather get dismissed from the job ) take liberties to terrorize you and cause you sufferings by threats and yelling at you. Due to fact they are incapable of taking remarks or comments on being displeased about service at bar and some other factual objective remarks and critique. Instead of dealing with that at least apologizing they start attacking guest and completely reversing your role into kind of evil person despite you being victim of their agressive incompetence and rudeness. The red line and distance and respect to guest was literally not kept and violated by these individuals, who d better be dismissed from their jobs.

Hotel management woman named Elena and so called general manager ( who actually should rather get dismissed from the job ) take liberties to terrorize you and cause you sufferings by threats and yelling at you. Due to fact they are incapable of taking remarks or comments on being displeased about service at bar and some other factual objective remarks and critique. Instead of dealing with that at least apologizing they start attacking guest and completely reversing your role into kind of evil person despite you being victim of their agressive incompetence and rudeness. The red line and distance and respect to guest was literally not kept and violated by these individuals, who d better be dismissed from their jobs.

I cannot say enough about the kind staff at this hotel. Especially the woman at the front desk that helped find the right room for my son, who had an accident, and was on crutches. Customer service that cares is RARE and we are so grateful. Additionally, the hotel is perfectly located and has numerous restaurants and shops within steps. Could not recommend more!

Es hotel está en una ubicación privilegiada, cerca de restaurantes, plazas y teatros. Pero el servicio del personal es pésimo. Específicamente quien te recibe en el roof top y una de las recepcionistas, Haciendo comentarios inapropiados a los huéspedes como “Pues ya no recuerdas ni con quien te acuestas” Por el costo, pueden encontrar algo igual de ubicado y a mejor precio

llegue temprano para el check-in , mi habitación no estaba disponible pero si pagaba $150.00 euro extra cada noche tenia acceso ya a una habitación suite, lo que rechaze y entonces tuve que esperar desde las 9 am hasta las 3.30 pm agotado después de un viaje aéreo de 9.30 horas . y en ese tiempo vi muchos huéspedes llegar y entrar ,cuando cuestione me dijeron que la habitación de ellos era standard y la mía no , no fue justo . Fue desconsiderado y abusivo. GRACIAS

La verdad la primera noche faltan. Despertamos para ir a una junta de verdad importante. ! Y el hotel no tenía agua no nos avisaron. Absolutamente nada ! Ni una opción ! De poderte duchar en otro lado ni hora estimada. De que volvería el agua. ! Ni ducharnos , ni cepillarnos ni nada. Pero en fin

El personal de front 6 puntos, siempre mirando hacia abajo, escapándole al saludo o mirando la computadora. Puede pasar una vaca por delante que no se enteran... Sonreir no esta en su estandard. Desayuno: Mucha charla entre compañeros,muchas quejas laborales entre ellos en público, no me gusto que no tengan uniformes acrode, siempre mirando para otra parte. 6 puntos. Buffet con lo justo y necesario y nada mas. Limpieza 8, mucamas no saludan, todo es forzado.. Es un hotel donde prevalece la ubicación, la calidad del personal no existe y dan lo justo o un poco menos y requieren mucho entrenamiento aunque la actitud no la van a lograr cambiar. Faltan gerentes caminando el hotel y no detrás de un escritorio. La verdad, no volvería porque todo esto que le falta no se cambia ni en un año...Soy hotelero de 5 estrellas hace 30 años. Lamento mi sinceridad pero a mi me gusta que me digan las cosas así por mas que duelan. gracias

The hotel staff and location were excellent. Unfortunately, having a room on the 1st floor is problematic if you want to go to sleep at 10:00. The street activity below the window can continue till 3:00 in the morning.

Excelente servicio e instalaciones, siempre que me he quedado tengo una gran experiencia. Lo único q podría sugerir es que el servicio de room service fuera 24 horas, ya que llegue en un vuelo muy tarde y ya no había servicio. Pero fuera de eso, no habría otra sugerencia. Gracias

This hotel was everything we needed for our trip to Madrid. It is centrally located, walking distance from all main attractions. The hotel has a beautiful terrace on the rooftop and a restaurant on the first floor with the besf Ibericos in the area. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel. The hotel has a smell of gases from the sewer lines. I had to run the water in the room to get the smell to go away. The breakfast is way overpriced! $25 per day is way too much.

Highly recommend this hotel - a bit pricey but overall- staff was great & helpful! Housekeeping excellent service; breakfast - not as great but simple- overpriced I think. Many breakfast options within walking distance. Location- excellent!

Hotel is beautiful, very comfortable beds, very clean, perfect location near all tourist attractions, great breakfast buffet and staff was great and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be staying here again on our way back to Madrid.

Ett fantastiskt hotell på absolut bästa läge, med närhet till det mesta. Vid ankomsten så blev vi välkomnade med ett glas Cava medans de checkade in oss, väldigt trevligt! Vårt Superior rum var stort och luftigt, men i behov av renovering. Frukosten var dyr så den avstod vi, åt istället frukost på små mysiga ställen alldeles om hörnet. Väldigt trevlig, och populär, bar på sjunde våningen med stor uteplats. Dessvärre så var vi tvungna att checka ut en dag tidigare p.g.a. en allvarlig familjehändelse, trots positiva indikationer så vägrade hotellet att återbetala oss för natten som vi inte utnyttjade. Detta anser vi lågt och inte värdigt ett hotell av denna klass! Vi kommer dock förhoppningsvis tillbaka.

We have visited Madrid a few time before and also had dinner at the restaurant located in the hotel so this time decided to try the hotel and was not disappointed. We selected a room with a view of the Plaza and was very happy we paid the extra. The staff at reception are really friendly, the hotel style is perfect, room was large and very clean with an amazing view over the plaza. They have a roof top bar which has good vibes but not the best for views due to the high walls but a perfect sun trap. Highly recommend the breakfast and also the restaurant for dinner.

In my experience this is one of the best hotels that I’ve ever stayed. The staff at the reception area were awesome, the restaurant and roof top bar as well. I will give this property a 5 star over all.
