Lovely Log Cabin in wonderful Snowdonia. Very homely and comfortable with lovely beds and sofa. Beautiful surroundings. Spectacular views. Very quiet and peaceful. A real home from home. Nice touch owner has a nice selection on books and DVD's to watch if staying in. On site cafe and bar is excellent. Owner sent very helpful site map and instructions with suggestions for things to do. Would recommend and would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely time here in Snowdonia packed with things to do. Our time in the lodge was short but sweet and would definitely come back. The site and grounds are well kept and the dog walking area was lovely too.

Had a great 4 night stay in this lodge and enjoyed all the activities in the area. Lodge had everything we needed and our boys loved playing in the park area nearby. Really impressed with the dog walking area!

The cabin looks out on to beautiful mountains. The cabin was cosy and comfortable. Lovely short stay with our 2 dogs. Wish we had booked longer.The site has a nice bistro that you can get a drink and some food. Lovely location. Take a torch if walking about at night.

From the moment we made the booking, the owner emails you all the information you need to make your stay super enjoyable. The log cabin has everything you need for your stay. The decking is fabulous & sun drenched all evening, perfect for taking in the fantastic views whilst having a relaxing drink. The garden is lovely & well looked after. There is so much to do in the area, from walks on the beach to thrilling activities. We had a fabulous holiday and will definitely book again. Thank you

We absolutely loved our stay, the cabin was spotless and though on a 'holiday village' we had privacy with a gorgeous little garden and hedge. The cabin itself is a cozy size but adequate. Excellent location as you are in the hills, within easy reach of attractions and the view from our cabin was wonderful. A big bonus for us was being able to take our dog and she loved it too. Would highly recommend and will hopefully return before too long.

These log cabins aren't big, but this one at least was comfortable, well equipped, and you are out in the mountains and hills very much. The holiday village is quite isolated - there's a little bar and shop on site, but other than places to walk/bike there's nothing else to get to without driving.

We were initially pleased with the cleanliness of the property but were horrified to find a used condom rapper in the bedroom and a the bathroom bin contained used sanitary products. The mattresses were very old and not comfortable. The location was perfect and the rest of the cabin was acceptable having a good level of cleanliness.

Booking was straight forward and the owner was great with the communication how to get there etc. The cabin was clean and tidy apart from a few dirty dishes in the cupboard which are still there as they wasn’t my dishes to wash. The heat inside the cabin was a little too much to bear but there was notices saying do not turn off the storage heaters in the winter time so open windows it was but it rained constantly so this made it difficult to have the winds open. The double bed has an extremely hard mattress which is quite uncomfortable. There was no where to say where you put the rubbish so we had to leave two bags of rubbish one recycling and one rubbish. On the whole a cosy little cabin. But I wouldn’t stay there again.

We only stopped in it for 2 nights because we was going to climb snowdonia the next day, yes we did it, but we was more than happy with it, it was lovely and clean through out, the host liz downs was easy and polite to chat with to, we woul use it again,

The cabin is in a beautiful location. Stunning view from the kitchen/garden. Well equipped kitchen. The rooms (specially the bunk bed one) are so small that you can not really get in or for example dress up there.. Cleaning service should be included in the price as this is a self-clean property. You will clean it after your stay. So the cleanness depends on the previous tenant… I would rather pay more than starting my stay with washing up all the glasses, plates, toilet etc what we did as the condition was just unacceptable. We have left the cabin clean of course.

This log cabin is in an ideal place to see Trawsfynydd and surrounding area only 20 minutes to Porthmadog and Portmerion by car. It is also a good place for walking too!We sat outside on the veranda on our first, sunny, evening and the view of the mountains were visible with the clouds as the sun was moving from left to right. We were lucky to have the birds become comfortable enough to come within a metre, particularly the sparrows. From inside we saw magpies, doves, thrushes and jackdaws too.The accommodation is not spacious but there are two settees and a lounge chair and a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is stocked with cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, etc.and a good-sized refrigerator to enable to cook food.

This cabin was the perfect getaway for the weekend to relax and hike Snowdon. The host was very helpful and the cabin had all the basics we needed. Views impeccable as well. Definitely going back!

The cabin was clean .A bit dated and leaned down hill and kitchen needed a bit of attention, doors hanging off ,chipped fridge. I turned off the cooker by accident and no instructions how to get it back on

The cabin itself was just the break away we needed, wish we coild have stayed longer. The double bed was a bit hard but both my partner and I had no problems with sleeping on it. Our 2 year old didnt want to leave and named the cabin as 'my house' he is asking to go back and weve been home for 5 days. Will definitely visit again!

The accommodation was excellent, the only hitch was the mattress on the double bed could do with being replaced. The dvd player doesn't work. Everything else was perfect.

Recently stayed for a couple of nights, and it was perfect. So peaceful and relaxing. The property was clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with Liz was always spot on. Highly recommend.

Awesome location overlooking the mountains. Arrival was very straight forward. Did message the owner a couple of times to ask questions and she responded straight away. The shower did break down so again we told the owner and a new one was fitted the next day so no problem at all. Very enjoyable stay, thank you.

We were only there for one day but we really liked our stay. The owner was brilliant with her communication including places to visit and nearby restaurants. The property itself was fine- clean and the grounds were tidy. My only criticism was that the site wasn’t very dog friendly. It would be fine for a dog that likes being walked on a lead but we were looking for somewhere to throw a ball etc., I thought the lake in the photos was on site, but it’s not & the only place to walk our dog was quite small.

Fantastic cabin in a lovely location, beautiful views and a lovely area. Liz was very helpful and informative, everything was very clear. I found the cabin with no issues and everything was clean and lovely. I'll be back in the Spring/ Summer for sure. Thanks for a lovely stay
Fantastic cabin in a lovely location, beautiful views and a lovely area. Liz was very helpful and informative, everything was very clear. I found the cabin with no issues and everything was clean and lovely. I'll be back in the Spring/ Summer for sure. Thanks for a lovely stay

Very clean and well kept with lots of items to help your stay. Owner sent us really detailed instructions with directions, how to set up cabin, places to eat etc.... Highly recommended!!

It's a really quiet location, beautiful views and lots of bushes in the garden, which attract birds. Well equipped small place, everything you need is there. Good location to explore Snowdonia and north Wales. Plenty of national trust places nearby as well as natural beauty spots. We'll definitely come back.

This log cabin is in an ideal place to see Trawsfynydd and surrounding area only 20 minutes to Porthmadog and Portmerion by car. It is also a good place for walking too!We sat outside on the veranda on our first, sunny, evening and the view of the mountains were visible with the clouds as the sun was moving from left to right. We were lucky to have the birds become comfortable enough to come within a metre, particularly the sparrows. From inside we saw magpies, doves, thrushes and jackdaws too.The accommodation is not spacious but there are two settees and a lounge chair and a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is stocked with cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, etc.and a good-sized refrigerator to enable to cook food.

Awesome location overlooking the mountains. Arrival was very straight forward. Did message the owner a couple of times to ask questions and she responded straight away. The shower did break down so again we told the owner and a new one was fitted the next day so no problem at all. Very enjoyable stay, thank you.

This cabin in a great location with wonderful views had everything that we needed for a peaceful time in north Wales. Highly recommended for people looking for an opportunity to explore mountains, rivers, beaches etc.

The cabin looks out on to beautiful mountains. The cabin was cosy and comfortable. Lovely short stay with our 2 dogs. Wish we had booked longer.The site has a nice bistro that you can get a drink and some food. Lovely location. Take a torch if walking about at night.

These log cabins aren't big, but this one at least was comfortable, well equipped, and you are out in the mountains and hills very much. The holiday village is quite isolated - there's a little bar and shop on site, but other than places to walk/bike there's nothing else to get to without driving.

Lovely Log Cabin in wonderful Snowdonia. Very homely and comfortable with lovely beds and sofa. Beautiful surroundings. Spectacular views. Very quiet and peaceful. A real home from home. Nice touch owner has a nice selection on books and DVD's to watch if staying in. On site cafe and bar is excellent. The property was clean with everything that you needed for the stay. The outside was tired. As keen gardeners it was sad to see a once lovely garden overrun with weeds. Food at the onsite cafe was poor. The play area was very good, easy walking distance.

Lovely cabin equipped with everything you need. Beautiful views from the balcony and very quiet and peaceful. The cafe/bar is only open Thursday to Sunday so be prepared to travel if you want to eat out. The walk around Trawsfynydd Lake was lovely.

A wonderful cabin in a beautiful setting. Very quiet, nice surroundings and a lot of places to visit nearby. Liz has sent us all the information we needed. The highlight was the balcony; the view was amazing. Thank you for this relaxing stay!

The cabin is in a very beautiful spot, many interesting places nearby, cabin was clean, but tight for space in the bedroom but comfortable, would not hesitate to stay hear again.
