Ockeridge Rural Retreats

I recently visited with my husband and baby for a weekend away. We had a brilliant stay in the Montana log cabin! The place was spotless on arrival and styled beautifully. We particularly loved the outdoor tub, as well as the seating area at the front with gorgeous sunset views. Easy check in and check out process. We had no issues with hot water as there is a gas boiler in this cabin. The only reason for 4 stars was because of basic essentials missing on arrival - no bin bag, hand soap, cleaning spray, kitchen roll or dish sponge. Toiletries also not provided despite being advertised on hotels.com. None of this was an issue for us as we packed everything but the kitchen sink as we were visiting with our baby, however I can envisage this being an issue for other guests and would have been appreciated given the cost per night. The host was quick to provide the dish sponge when we mentioned this to her, and resolved a WiFi issue promptly too during our stay. Overall we would recommend the Montana cabin and we would definitely stay again.
