The Lowry Hotel Manchester

I have stayed here before back in 2017 so decided to book a room here for me and my wife. Some bits were just as good as I remembered. It’s still a very luxurious hotel and the staff were all excellent however there were some bits which could be improved such as room cleaning being done automatically without having to request it and special requests being remembered. The hotel were very good when I complained about these issues. I hope the cleaning policy (apparently a remnant from Covid) changes soon in line with the industry standard as the pandemic was some time ago.

Other than the hotel is tricky to find when driving, (you go over the footpath to the hotel entrance) it is a wonderful hotel, Probably one of the best I’ve stayed in. Very large comfy bed and excellent breakfast. Would love to go back sometime.
