Häftig byggnad med vacker uppfart. Maten var ok men personalen kändes lite väl ung och oerfaren ibland. Lite synd med att spa:t inte ingår, om man bara vill spa:a lite grann hade det varit trevligt. Om man känner för att spa:a en hel dag är det säkert värt den extra prislappen. Vi bodde i en junior suite som byggts på vindsvåningen, den var helt ok men såhär i efterhand tror jag det är mer värt att gå upp till en riktig suite eller nöja sig med ett vanligt rum. Överlag är det ett mycket trevligt hotell som vi säkert kommer återkomma till.

Amazing hotel and grounds. Staff are superb, and I would recommend the spa particularly Toi/Helen. Fantastic masseuse.

Really disappointed with this property to be honest. Stayed for 1 night with our daughters for a treat after they had been competing in a gymnastic competition close by. Receptionist had our booking wrong on arrival and only gave us 1 room instead of 2. The rooms were meant to be 2 x suites, but they just gave us 1 x suite and 1 x normal room. Told that if we wanted to use the swimming pool that would be an extra £20 per person, didn't see any mention of that on the booking info or hotel info page. We also booked a table at 8:30pm in the golf clubhouse restaurant for dinner. When we got there we were told it it would be over an hour wait for food as they had a party of 32 in. Ended up having to order KFC on deliveroo to eat in the room as was tool late to then eat in the other restaurant. On paper this should have been a really nice nights stay, but wish we hadn't bothered.
