I had a great stay at the hotel — everything from the room to the overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I’d like to give a special thanks to Mr. Mazlum and Mr. Berkay, who were both incredibly kind and attentive throughout my visit. Their friendly attitude and willingness to help made a real difference and left a lasting impression. It’s always nice to feel genuinely welcomed, and they certainly made sure of that.
