Excellent stay- the room was incredibly clean and the beds were comfy. We had a one bedroom suite and the layout of the room was perfect. Lots to do right in the hotel- bowling, pool, arcades, weight room, etc. and lots to do nearby! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious although the room where the breakfast bar area was, was small and a little difficult to get food. It wouldn't stop of us from coming back and staying again or recommending the hotel to anyone- without hesitation. A perfect stay!

Staybridge Suites was amazing. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The pool was a big hit for for my kids after a long day of walking. You have everything in one place. Bowling, arcades, dining and so much more. I would recommend this olace to everyone

Honestly, a great property, but workers starting at 7 am with saws going etc, can’t say was very restful. But this is the only minus I can note with this property. It’s not within a walking distance to lake or downtown, but it has a few stores, restaurants etc. around. Seems to be rather new. Includes breakfast and has restaurant, bowling lanes, arcade and laser tag. The room was rather spacious and equipped with a great kitchen. The price was quite reasonable, too. Would come back.

The property had so many amenities. It was fabulous. A pool, workout area, bowling alley, arcade section, karaoke room, laser tag. Overall a great place. The rooms were incredible as well, and staff at front desk were super helpful and friendly. We will definitely be coming back.

The Staybridge Suites was in a great location for our needs. We didn't want to stay in Niagara Falls proper so this was about a ten minute drive to the falls. Breakfast was great and the hotel had a social hour that included free quality beer options. This was also a nice central location to the wine region. My only complaint that the establishment only has two elevators. The hotel was very full for a local sports competition so navigating the usage was tricky and we took the stairs on some occasions. Overall a great stay!

The staff was very nice! Loved the attached bowling alley, restaurant and rooftop bar. Only thing, if they tell you they stop serving breakfast at 11, you may want to arrive at 10. They break things down 30 minutes prior to the actual time it ends. Other than that great hotel!

The showers were not well maintained, the corners and tiles were full of mildew/ mold. The bedroom area needed dusting badly. There were still crumbs on the floor in the kitchen area and I found multiple bobby pins from previous visitors on the floor in the bedroom.

On my arrival the guy at the front desk. Has no concept of customer service. I had placed my key card next to my phone which has a magnetic backing. I had alot of luggage with me since i was there for work and for the entire week. I asked him if he was able to check that i hadn't de-magnetized the key card. The annoyed face he made and the reluctance was beyond unnecessary. I explained that as he can see, i had quite a bit of luggage with me and it would suck to go all the way to yhe 6th floor and back down with it if the card didn't work. Next the entire week I was there the TV cable was unwatchable. I called on tuesday afternoon to front desk and explained that the tv was full of static, pixelated and kept on freezing. And also the smart tv casting wasn't work so i couldnt even cast netflix to the either tv's in the room. The front desl explained thay they were having issues with their casting system. However would send a technician up the room. The guy came up pulled on the cables, turned the tv on and off a few time, said he didn't know what the issue was and would have their IT guy come up and fix it in about 30 minutes. No one came back the rest of the week.

Great hotel. Unfortunately the air conditioning is only in the bedroom, the living area was extremely hot to sleep in. Not very pleasant sleeping situation during a soccer tournament.

We stayed in room 712. Although the room layout was great and spacious, we had loud neighbors and heard a lot of noise. I think bc the walls a bit thin and we were right beside the elevators. They don’t have blackout curtains, we had kids and they all woke up from the brightness. I think I also hear a train noise come through. They had a pool and a gym which was nice. I would give a thumbs up for the manager special from 530-7pm, my kids devour the nuggets. I didn’t know we can get drinks. No one told us anything when we sat down. Breakfast was okay, though it is intended for sit down. There is no paper plates to bring food to your room. Overall, a positive experience.

The lounge on 6th floor was a great place to go out for a drink in the early evening however it was very loud on the floor very late. We were in room 624 right near the lounge and it was extremely loud past midnight and we were unable to sleep.

Staff were not trained how to deal with situations. There is a serious problem with technology staff. Internet was not working and I couldn't send a business fax. Staf juste saying sorry without trying to find a solution. I have paid for badic services like WI-FI and TV

It was our first time in Canada. We were vacationing from New Jersey and we didn’t know what to expect. I have to say the hotel and amenities were great! The people at the restaurant next store and bowling facilities were amazing people. So friendly and attentive. You have a great country don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. We can’t wait to visit again. My only suggestion for the hotel is that maybe have better television stations for kids. It was our first time in Canada. We were vacationing from New Jersey and we didn’t know what to expect. I have to say the hotel and amenities were great! The people at the restaurant next store and bowling facilities were amazing people. So friendly and attentive. You have a great country don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. We can’t wait to visit again. My only suggestion for the hotel is that maybe have better television stations for kids. (2024 Lexus RX 350 AWD) Manager Dan Jennings handling of the situation was a shrug and a “we’re not responsible, contact your insurance company to assist, we’ll save the footage” response. I contacted corporate and he lied about his handling of the matter to corporate. It has been 10 days and it is apparent that this is just going to be swept under the rug. The handling of this is obviously an inside job. The manager wasn’t at the very least apologetic about the situation, completely dismissive as if we’re referring to a stolen phone and not a $50k vehicle taken from their property. Very non-chalant behavior. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. The insurance companies covered rentals for our stay in CANADA but we could not cross any rental over the border back to NY.

Honestly, a great property, but workers starting at 7 am with saws going etc, can’t say was very restful. But this is the only minus I can note with this property. It’s not within a walking distance to lake or downtown, but it has a few stores, restaurants etc. around. Seems to be rather new. Includes breakfast and has restaurant, bowling lanes, arcade and laser tag. The room was rather spacious and equipped with a great kitchen. The price was quite reasonable, too. Would come back.

The Staybridge Suites was in a great location for our needs. We didn't want to stay in Niagara Falls proper so this was about a ten minute drive to the falls. Breakfast was great and the hotel had a social hour that included free quality beer options. This was also a nice central location to the wine region. My only complaint that the establishment only has two elevators. The hotel was very full for a local sports competition so navigating the usage was tricky and we took the stairs on some occasions. Overall a great stay!

Excellent stay- the room was incredibly clean and the beds were comfy. We had a one bedroom suite and the layout of the room was perfect. Lots to do right in the hotel- bowling, pool, arcades, weight room, etc. and lots to do nearby! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious although the room where the breakfast bar area was, was small and a little difficult to get food. It wouldn't stop of us from coming back and staying again or recommending the hotel to anyone- without hesitation. A perfect stay!

Family of 5, great and clean room. It has great amenities such arcade, bowling, bar and a lunch bar. Close to the lake, wineries and 20 minutes from Niagara falls and Niagara on the lake. It has also a restaurant. Breakfast was included, but very small options. We would definitely come back.

The staff was very nice! Loved the attached bowling alley, restaurant and rooftop bar. Only thing, if they tell you they stop serving breakfast at 11, you may want to arrive at 10. They break things down 30 minutes prior to the actual time it ends. Other than that great hotel!

Finding the hotel was no issue. Parking was a little tight but plentiful. The building on the outside and upon entering/lobby were beautiful. There were only 2 very small elevators for a huge building which were often full and took awhile. The elevators often smelled of body odor and cigarettes and the carpets were gross. The halls were not well maintained and the carpeting in the halls was heavily stained. We stayed in a king suite and were happy with the set up that had the king bed separated from the sofa bed/kitchen. The unit had both a stand up shower and a jetted tub. The tub was clean and well maintained. The standing shower had a few tiles cracked, hair was left in the shower and grout was stained. The unit had no negative noticeable odors and all appliances that we used functioned normally. We did attempt to reach guest services/front desk to ask a few questions regarding the wifi, dishes left dirty in the dishwasher and to locate the bedding for the sofa bed and they were unresponsive via the phone in the room. I was able to locate a very nice housekeeping woman in the hall who was able to assist me with those answers. The cable options were super limited and there weren't any family channels that worked. Breakfast options were good, but we do much prefer the holiday inn express options like pancakes and cinnamon rolls. The highlight of the stay was the lack of blackout curtains and the dead bird right outside our window due to the nest prevention spikes.
