NH München Ost Conference Center

We stayed for 4 nights in a family room. The family room had twin beds pushed together (so could be seen as a double) and two fold-out beds for the children (age 6 & 9). The room was very clean, beds comfortable, temp perfect and had lovely toiletries in the bathroom. The room was cleaned every day. The location of the hotel was good for us as we had rented a car and it was approx a 30min drive from the airport. There are two supermarkets and a pharmacy 5mins walk away which is ideal when travelling with children. The area is very industrial however, with few restaurants around. We ate in the hotel one evening, food was average. We were glad to have car rental as we did need to drive to all destinations. Hotel is about a 25min drive to Marienplatz. As we didnt use public transport I cannot comment on how easy/difficult it is to get there via that means. We parked at the front of the hotel on day 1. On day 2, we parked underground as there was no parking out front. The next day we were charged €13 for this! This was not mentioned at check-in & I found it very expensive for hotel guests to be charged such an amount. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay in if you are planning to visit places around Munich and use as a base. We went to see a Match in Allianz Arena and it was very close, we also drove to Erding to the Thermal spa and waterpark and down to Legoland. The hotel was ideal to rest your head in comfortable beds.

The hotel has rental bikes which is a must if you want to visit places nearbij but are too far to walk.

Empfang war freundlich - Sauna sollte etwas Liebe rein - Decken, was zu lesen, Getränke - Licht ging nicht - Aufguss in der Sauna war verstopft. Ansonsten ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, zweckmäßig für eine Businessübernachtung.

Parkhaus ziemlich eng nahe S-Bahn Station Riem (fußläufig) Restaurant relativ teuer guter Bäcker für Frühstück beim REWE-Markt

This is little bit away from the city center, if you have a vehicle it is not that far. But the overall hotel stay is good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We were very late for check-in, 2300h. There is staff at the reception all the time. There is parking in the hotel for a fee (16€ per night). They have a wall outlet for electric car charging. But it is slow. It is enough if you have a smaller battery. Also there is free parking in the front, or the back of the hotel. But they are getting full quickly.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer in Ordnung aber an der Sauberkeit sollte man arbeiten. Die Nachttische waren nicht abgewischt (man konnte mit dem Finger einen smilie in den Staub malen) und der Spiegel im Bad war auch nicht wirklich geputzt. Ansonsten für eine Nacht völlig ok. Bequeme Betten

My husband and I stayed here for Valentine’s Day weekend, check-in and checkout were so easy and quick, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful, room service was also such a nice option to have and the food was amazing. Our room was also super clean and spacious.

Leider war das Zimmer bei meiner Ankunft nicht gründlich gereinigt. Es war deutlich verstaubt, insbesondere rund um das Bett waren mehrere Verunreinigungen sichtbar. Im Badezimmer befanden sich Haare an der Duschbrause, das Shampoo war leer, und ein bereitgestelltes Handtuch wies braune Flecken am Rand auf – absolut inakzeptabel. Besonders irritierend: Im Schrank lagen noch persönliche Gegenstände der vorherigen Person – ein deutliches Zeichen für eine unzureichende Zimmerkontrolle und Reinigung. Grundsätzlich hätte das Hotel ein akzeptables Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – sofern Sauberkeit und Hygiene stimmen würden. So aber bleibt leider ein sehr negativer Gesamteindruck. Schade.

Das Zimmer war makellos. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

The carpets from the elevator to outside my room were stained beyond belief. It looked like a frat house floor. Also, room service is via a QR code, but doesn’t actually work! I ordered dinner at 7pm and it said delivery would be at 8pm, which seemed extreme. The order never arrived. The feedback DM in the app didn’t work either. When informed the staff the next day, they calmly said, oh yeah, that doesn’t work!

The staff at the reception were amazing with their service and from the bar too. We requested quite a few things we needed for our room from Ice to Scissors, and was given in time. The rooms were really big, and there were three of us too. The toilets were amazing and clean too. The only thing I would say is, some staff need to be more confident of the place Munich. As they will be the first people we will go to for information like transport and where to go. As well as, some cleaning staff (think she has glasses and curly hair up done - probably the supervisor since she had a clip board on her hand) can be interpreted as a bit mean when asked for towels from their trolley, which didn’t come as friendly. Anyways, all good on the other hand and would deffo recommend, just far from central so we took taxi all the time.

Stopped here as part of a longer trip. To be honest a bit stuffy and old fashioned for our family including young children. The rooms are a bit dated and no kettle to make a coffee available. Good is pretty expensive as is breakfast. They did have a children’s room with some games set up. You are in a business park so there is no where really to go other than Lidl. Fine as we just slept and left

Very overpriced for a basic hotel. Not even a coffee machine in room. Beds were like hospital beds. Bathroom, room and hotel very dated and tatty.

Zimmer und Bad Kalt, Lies sich nicht richtig Warm machen, dann noch Dünne Beddecke, geht gar nicht

The room was huge but empty. 1 small leather seat and a small chair for a huge room. A sofa would of been perfect. The room just felt empty

WiFi was down most of my stay. Property is nice but limited outside options

It was good overall. Nice executive hotel. Good and comfy rooms, although a little bit outdated. The one bad thing, which was quite annoying, is that the free internet service they provide is terrible. I struggled a lot to have good connection to work or navigate in my celphone. Other than that, good experience.

Es war fast alles perfekt, nur die Zimmertemperatur sowohl im Vortragssaal als auch im Hotelzimmer war für die Jahreszeit sehr "frisch", was sicher den hohen Heizkosten vorwiegend geschuldet ist.

The staff were friendly and helpfull. Resteraunt in hotel was excellent with friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay.

Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit

Wenn doch schon Zimmer vor 15 Uhr frei sind, finde ich es absolut unverständlich, wenn man diese nicht beziehen kann. Ein early check-in wurde uns dann gegen 30 Euro Aufpreis angeboten. Das geht gar nicht, meiner Meinung nach und das habe ich in der Form noch nie erlebt.

Wir nutzten das Hotel für eine Nacht, da wir am Tag danach von München abflogen. Das Hotel war gut und günstig aber das Personal in der Bar war nicht sonderlich motiviert. Es war fast unmöglich, ein zweites Getränk zu bestellen ;) .. sonst für eine Nacht ganz ok.

都市部を離れたエリアなので静かに過ごせました。 チェックイン時に予約確認出来ずもたつきましたが、全体的に快適でした。

I booked the hotel because it looked close to the ICM (Munich Conference centre). It is, but you need to ignore your map app to find the quickest way! Through the pedestrian and cycle tunnel under the S-bahn line, which then is a 20 minute walk The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious, but the view is of other buildings, though there is a small wood nearby. The S-bahn station also is nearby, with three trains per hour: at 10, 30, 50 minutes past the hour and only 23 minutes to Marienplatz. I’ll happily stay at this hotel again.

Nice and spacious room with good air-conditioning. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options. All interactions with staff were good. Location a short walk from the S2 Reim station. Would likely stay on my next visit to Munich.

Chambre propre et confortable. Nous avons apprécié les petits détails lors du ménage (voir photo), c'est très mignon. Petit déjeuner copieux et complet, il y a vraiment de tout autant sucré que salé. Le restaurant est également très bon.
