The front desk staff is always available and friendly. Rooms are large. Mini kitchen has pots and pans, silverware, dishes, glasses and a cute Keurig with free coffee pods. Swimming pool is sparling clean.

Although close to the state farm stadium, had to walk 45 minutes to get around the overpass, etc. Room had a layer of dust on the closer shelf where I was storing some items. The silverware consisted of 2 teaspoons, 2 butter knives, 2 forks, 2 coffee cups, 2 plates,etc.meaning we had to run the dishwasher after every meal as there was no regular dish soap. Wifi only allowed one electronic device for free. Peloton bike didn’t work as it couldn’t find the wifi network. Having said that the bedding was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful

We planned a last minute trip for a football game. We wanted to stay close to the stadium and with this gem we were close to the casino as well! The room gives you exactly what you need.. a place to stay. Now, they don’t offer breakfast but have a mini grocery store if you want to cook or eat at the hotel. Beyond that, there are so many food options in walking distance. It’s affordable, nice, the staff was amazing, and the scent when you walk in the front doors is completely inviting. We will definitely rebook for our next family trip.

I was very impressed with this stay. Check in was fast, and the front desk staff very nice. Room was clean, and very modern, and the bathroom...very nice. I had a full size fridge and kitchenet, so if you bring food to heat up an prepare in room, there is not issue whatsoever! Location was convenient to many things, and the property well lit at night. Plenty of car parking. A great experience! Will visit again.

Pet ownwers may love the pet friendly hotel, but you can tell that room has housed pets. You van leave the room/hotel and still smell the pets odor if you are sitting on furniture. Staff was friendly eventhough they missed our scheduled room cleaning. Work out equipment was very dirty especially the flooring. Tried cleaning yoga matt and towel and paper towel turned black. Being a non-pet owner, i will look for a different alternative.

From the moment I walked in on my visit, it smelled like the property had just been cleaned for top to bottom. Keep in mind I showed up at almost midnight in the middle of the week. The next day I saw that the property was just really well kept and the staff was on their job. I needed a room in an emergency and found a gem. I would definitely recommend this clean, comfortable, and inviting hotel to anyone.

The hotel appears on the newer side and is welcoming. The front desk staff was nice enough but couldnt answer questions about their internet service, which didnt work. The room was a nice size and alright for what we needed. When we arrived we couldsee immediately that the floor looked like it hadnt been swept or mopped. There was one bed that had hair all throughout the sheets which made me think they hadnt changed them, and just made the bed after the last occupant left. We had to ask for new sets to change them ourselves. The shower curtain was also pretty disgusting and had what looked like snot rockets all over it. The room came with a small bottle of shampoo and the usual bar of soap. The shower did have nice pressure and the head had multiple settings. The room also came with k cups which were useful. Overall for the price we would likely stay again but request for the room to be cleaned thouroughly.

Room was not clean. Husband took a shower and after getting out and walking around the room, the bottom of both of his feet were brown with dirt - We were only there one night. Arrived at 3pm, left at 5pm for the football game, returned at midnight and went to bed. Most ALL of the wall plugs did NOT work throughout our room.

The room lacked thorough cleaning. The toilet had fuzz and hair on the seat. There was bottle caps on the floor from previous guest. The patio had very loud and intoxicated guest that woke me up at 3am. The staff was friendly.

Everything about this property is excellent including the nice shopping center with several restaurants across the street. A huge drawback is its location in proximity to a major highway and busy road. We stayed on a Saturday night and the noise of cars coming and going was extremely loud until around 1 AM.

You can hear every car with a loud exhaust, the gas station in front of the hotel ensures you hear those loud exhausts all night long. There is no carpet in the rooms so you can hear the stomping from the floor above and rooms next door. In the hallway you can hear clearly others conversations in thier own rooms. Super nice, new hotel but if you like it somewhat quiet this is not it. Good location for food, shops, and State Farm Stadium.

Horrible experience Monday when I arrived the tv did not work they said they were workin on it. I contacted front desk every day I was there and they wouldn’t fix it. Finally on the last day they wanted me to call the tv company to get it fixed was not happy at all

When we booked this hotel for a business work trip we ordered it with 2 Queen beds as the description stated online. When we got to hotel and Matthew at the front desk checked myself and my teammate in he stated we booked online for single bed. We than showed him our itenary email that shows we booked 2 queen beds. He than stated oh well we dont have any rooms with 2 beds we are all sold out of those. We asked to speak with manager he stated manager isn't around and he can't get ahold of a manager so take the room or cancel. We had to keep the room. This kid matthew wasn't even the front desk his name tag said Night Laundry. This was by far the worst experience we've ever had at a hotel. Will make sure to never use this hotel again and will let our company know to never use this hotel moving forward. Which sucks because its right next to the arena that we have to go to.

I like how close it was to the State Farm Stadium and had a lot of dining options near the property and a gas station. Those are the only positives of this place; the front desk girl was rude, short, and lacked any form of customer service. I’m assuming it is a new property with how modern it looked, but was built with cheap material. You could hear every sound outside as if traffic was driving through the room, there were pieces of hair on the sheets, towels and bed frame, a dried booger with a nose hair attached to it on the wall, a big makeup smudge on the sheets, dried drops of something suspicious on the wall near the closet, bathroom, and the partition dividing the bed from the sitting area. Overall it was a terrible stay but it served its purpose.

The hotel is close to the State Farm stadium which was the only reason we stayed here and that was convenient. The accommodations were adequate however the costumer service definitely needs some improvement! Upon check-in an employee was loudly arguing with a pest management person in front of everyone waiting to check-in over a lost key. Then only one person was checking customers in, so there was quite a wait and a long line forming inside a hot and humid lobby. I requested to stay on the same floor as my sister, who was also going to be staying there, and was told a random stranger had already checked in under her name. I don’t know how that’s possible or if they weren’t properly checking IDs but that made her check-in all the more challenging when she arrived. The front desk had to call a manager to resolve the issue, but in the end there was no apology or accountability from the staff and their mistake. We were not able to stay on the same floor, but at least they were able to stay in their booked and already paid for room! Next time I’m in town for a football game I’ll try another hotel!

Upon check-in an employee was loudly arguing with a pest management person in front of everyone waiting to check-in over a lost key. Then only one person was checking customers in, so there was quite a wait and a long line forming inside a hot and humid lobby. I requested to stay on the same floor as my sister, who was also going to be staying there, and was told a random stranger had already checked in under her name. I don’t know how that’s possible or if they weren’t properly checking IDs but that made her check-in all the more challenging when she arrived. The front desk had to call a manager to resolve the issue, but in the end there was no apology or accountability from the staff and their mistake. We were not able to stay on the same floor, but at least they were able to stay in their booked and already paid for room! Next time I’m in town for a football game I’ll try another hotel!

Had reservation through Expedia, but hotel decided I did not have a reservation and would not accommodate me. Expedia moved me to a competitor hotel. Not a pleasant at all.

Everything about this property is excellent including the nice shopping center with several restaurants across the street. A huge drawback is its location in proximity to a major highway and busy road. We stayed on a Saturday night and the noise of cars coming and going was extremely loud until around 1 AM.

Syper nice new and clean. Only issue is they have no sound control. You can hear every car with a loud exhaust, the gas station in front of the hotel ensures you hear those loud exhausts all night long. There is no carpet in the rooms so you can hear the stomping from the floor above and rooms next door. In the hallway you can hear clearly others conversations in thier own rooms. Super nice, new hotel but if you like it somewhat quiet this is not it. Good location for food, shops, and State Farm Stadium.

The hotel itself was super clean and had great customer service. However, the location is terrible for noise. There’s a gas station in the same area and the freeway is so close, you can hear all the traffic and chaos all throughout the night. We had a room facing the gas station. If you stay, request the top floor and to be in the back of the hotel. Not great insulation between the floors. It sounded like we had elephants above us that would walk around all night long. For the price, it’s pretty much what I expected, but we didn’t sleep very well each night from so much noise. I don’t think we’d stay here again.

It was a good place to stay for a couple nights. It’s more of a long-term stay facilities so no daily cleaning of the room or anything like that. But the staff were nice about replacing towels and coffee and such. I like that it was close to a gas station, as well as as many dining options. We will be staying there again this summer…

We planned a last minute trip for a football game. We wanted to stay close to the stadium and with this gem we were close to the casino as well! The room gives you exactly what you need.. a place to stay. Now, they don’t offer breakfast but have a mini grocery store if you want to cook or eat at the hotel. Beyond that, there are so many food options in walking distance. It’s affordable, nice, the staff was amazing, and the scent when you walk in the front doors is completely inviting. We will definitely rebook for our next family trip.

The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The kitchen was convenient so I didn’t have to find a restaurant for meals. Safeway was just a couple miles away so I could get some simple groceries for breakfast and dinner. I was at Pickleball Camp, so the convenient location near the camp was really nice.

really enjoyed my stay! The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, bars, and other attractions. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. It was easy to find my room, which was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The beds were incredibly cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. I’d definitely stay here again!

I had put this stay at the hotel coming in from California to have a surgery. We arrived at midnight and when we got off the freeway and came around to the hotel area, there was road construction that had been going on cones everywhere and there was an awful, awful smell when we entered the hotel after midnight. The smell was also in the hotel. I was exhausted I needed to get to bed. I had a pre-op appointment in the morning. I got up the smell was still there. I went to my appointment. I came back and spoke to the woman at the counter and asked her why the roadwork and an unfortunate smell was not posted on the website? People should be made aware of what was going on so maybe they can look elsewhere arrangements it had caused me a migraine. I suffer from them and that smell caused me to have a Migraine the whole time I was in Arizona. There was no other availability at any other hotel. It was completely inconvenient. There was nothing that could be done for me and it was awful. Suffering from a painful migraine having surgery on top of that made everything much more painful for me. The inconvenience of having nobody to bring towels or bedsheets and blankets up to your room is really unfortunate.
