This was the tiniest room. There was maybe a foot to get past the end of the bed, which was hard as a rock. Nowhere to put luggage, so it went on the floor. The AC barely worked. I woke up every night, overheating. I had to crack the window to get fresh air, but then ran the risk of hearing random people’s conversations at 2:30am on the patio below. The bathroom is right next to the bed, so you’re partner will hear everything you do in there due to the sliding glass door that separates it. It is painfully small and the shower and tile grout seemed to be unclean-maybe mildew. They charge 1600 euro for 4 nights for this nonsense because it’s Oktoberfest time and then charge extra for breakfast. The location is sketchy, but across the street from the HBF and 15 minutes from the Oktoberfest grounds, the Wiesen. You can opt to “help save water” by not getting your room cleaned for 3 days as the only option, not 2 which would have been better. I had to go ask for more toilet paper and towels. The guys at the front desk: not the friendliest. The tiny elevator (barely room for 2 people and luggage) was broken at least one day. The whole experience put me off to Munich. It’s sad because I used to absolutely love Germany and wanted my boyfriend to love it, too. This hotel ruined the evening portion of our trip. Also, don’t buy the optional hotel insurance on Orbitz. Get separate ins. The insurance company is non responsive & once you’ve paid, that money is gone.

Ich hab innerhalb einer Woche in zwei Zimmern gewohnt. Gleiche Kategorie. Das erste (302) hat die Größe einer Abstellkammer mit einem Bad in der Größe Wohnmobil. Wer so ein Zimmer als Komfort Kategorie verkauft, hat den Knall echt nicht gehört. Das zweite Zimmer war ok… In beiden Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nur mäßig. Ein Aufzug für das ganze Haus ist zu wenig, wenn auch noch das Housekeeping ihn nutzt. Positiv bleibt das Personal und das Frühstück zu erwähnen. @hotels.com @expedia bitte nehmt den Laden aus der 4 Sterne Kategorie!

Hôtel parfaitement situé à Munich. Très bonne prise en charge à l'accueil. Petit déjeuner très bien. Le seul problème est le seul ascenseur de l'hôtel pour 6 étages qui est très lent et qui nécessite parfois jusqu'à 5 à 7 minutes d'attente aux "heures de pointe". Lorsque vous n'avez pas le choix pour des raisons de santé cela peut être un peu agaçants, pour les autres, prenez l'ascenseur ;)

The location was excellent! Really easy to get to and from Oktoberfest. For the price we paid I wish it would’ve been nicer. The hallway smelled like B.O. and the room smelled like wet dog. The staff was friendly. Parking was 25 euros.

This place was really not clean. The courtesy body wash was empty from day one and never replaced. We mentioned this but it was ignored. The entire hotel was very small. No space for parking or very narrow. Our room was tiny and the toilet bowl was directly next to the bed. There was a glass door but it did not help to manage the smell and the noise when somebody was using. It was not a pleasant stay. I can not recommend.

Wir hatten Zimmer im ersten Stock mit Fenster zur Senefelder Straße. Dort ist es nachts sehr laut (zumindest am Wochenende). Das Hotel hat als betthupferl Ohropax hingelegt... Ausstattung und Sauberkeit bestens. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr dicht am Hauptbahnhof.

I stay at this hotel every time I visit Munich. I have never had a bad experience. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the staff is always great, and the breakfast is outstanding. I will continue to stay at this hotel on any future trips.

Well, between the room that was 35 C and stank to high heaven, the pubic hairs on the floor (which weren't our colors), the leftover 'suspicious substances' in our safe and the front door staff who dismissed your questions & concerns... yeah, never going back. Not to mention, it's NOT in that great of an area. You would be better off staying closer to old town or up by the Olympic stadium.

Enjoyed a four night stay here. Check in was quick and easy. My room was very clean and beyond sufficient. Size was a bit on the small side but was spacious enough for one. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, plenty of outlets both at the desk and by the bed. The breakfast was good with a variety of options every morning. The staff was incredible and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. All and all, a great hotel with an excellent staff. I will definitely stay here again.

All staff were fruendly and very helpful. We arrived late and room was quite stuffy. Air-conditioning struggled to cool the room. Opposite a hostel so quite noisy with open windows. Room clean, comfortable and bathroom spotless. Very close to main rail station.

Not enough light provided inside the room, especially at the desk area. AC only blowing fan, no cool or heat. The glass shower door cannot open wide and very hard to enter the shower stall.

The air condition is not working in whole hotel and there is no any plans to fix it in the near future. Very hot and stuffed air does not allow to get good sleep at night. Very bad so called pillows would add to this discomfort. Could not complain about mattress. Could not complain about breakfast either. Walking distance to old city center. Central station and transportation are close by.

Very bad so called pillows would add to this discomfort. Could not complain about mattress. Could not complain about breakfast either. Walking distance to old city center. Central station and transportation are close by.

The property was clean and convenient. The hotel did not have air conditioning during our stay. It was warm in the room and we had to leave windows open. The location was vibrant, with much activity on the streets and nearby making it loud to leave windows open. The hotel provided fans to help with the room temperature comfort, but they were old an noisy. It would have been nice to have known the property wouldn’t have the A/C working, but it didn’t seem to be mechanical malfunction, just that the hotel wasn’t providing A/C. We would have likely picked a different hotel if we knew this.

Enjoyed a four night stay here. Check in was quick and easy. My room was very clean and beyond sufficient. Size was a bit on the small side but was spacious enough for one. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, plenty of outlets both at the desk and by the bed. The breakfast was good with a variety of options every morning. The staff was incredible and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. All and all, a great hotel with an excellent staff. I will definitely stay here again.

All staff were fruendly and very helpful. We arrived late and room was quite stuffy. Air-conditioning struggled to cool the room. Opposite a hostel so quite noisy with open windows. Room clean, comfortable and bathroom spotless. Very close to main rail station.

This hotel is unsuitable for families seeking a safe and secure environment. Although the hotel itself is clean and the rooms are adequate, the surrounding area significantly detracts from the overall experience. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by individuals sitting on the stairs begging. Additionally, two nearby hostels, one of which appears to house asylum seekers, contribute to the discomfort. Groups of males, often with hoods covering their faces, can be seen walking around and looking at females and children, which can be particularly intimidating, especially at night. The front of the hotel is extremely noisy, with groups of young males drinking and shouting late into the night. Furthermore, the front desk staff were not particularly helpful. As a family, I would not choose to stay at this location again.

Very close to the main train and bus stations. Also a short walk to the historic city centre. The hotel was warm and the area is noisy with the windows open, but the front desk gave us a fan to cool off the room. Rooms are small but had everything we needed.

Hotel was clean and quiet. We stayed for Oktoberfest and the location was perfect. Very close to train station and easy walk to Therenweise, Marienplatz and Hofbrauhaus (all the crucial spots!)

Well, between the room that was 35 C and stank to high heaven, the pubic hairs on the floor (which weren't our colors), the leftover 'suspicious substances' in our safe and the front door staff who dismissed your questions & concerns... yeah, never going back. Not to mention, it's NOT in that great of an area. You would be better off staying closer to old town or up by the Olympic stadium.

I stay at this hotel every time I visit Munich. I have never had a bad experience. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the staff is always great, and the breakfast is outstanding. I will continue to stay at this hotel on any future trips.

Hotel was good. Checked all the boxes. I do wish the rooms had been a little cooler. They had AC, but it did not work very well and it was an unusually hot September. I also wish the staff had been a little friendlier. Some were great! Others seemed like when you asked them things it was a bother. Also wish breakfast had been better. For 19 euro I would skip it. Not worth the cost. But all in all a good experience. Just minor complaints!

Il Personale e' ststo molto gentile, in particolare la Signora Italiana impiegata nel servire le colazioni, la camera era ben arredata magari un po piu' di attenzione nel fare le pulizie cercando di curare il minimo dettaglio specie nel bagno. Sulla colazione sicuramente ben presentata ma anche qui aumenterei la qualita' specie sugli insaccati. Posizione strategica e cortesia del personale OTTIMO.

Hotel overbooked - staff blamed 3rd party website (this one) for overbooking, but this was likely a rouse to do what they did - ship me to a sister hotel outside of the city center (30 Euro taxi ride) that was $100 cheaper but defeating the purpose of the extra paid to stay in the city center, which was convenient access on a weekend night no less. Staff at the sister hotel were very rude and acted like they were 1) doing me a favor - to pay for taxi rides and dinner at the sister hotel, 2) demanded I leave the room at noon and wait in the lobby of the sister hotel despite my original hotel room not being available till 4PM. This was Oktoberfest; so added cost to stay in the city center was expected, but the room was the size a shoebox - you literally had to squeeze between the edges of the bed and other furniture in the room. Also, the room was warm, despite claims of A/C (which seemed to be little more than a built in fan), and it required the window to be constantly left open to make it sleepable. In short, I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone if the cost was over $250-300…even during Oktoberfest. A rip off.
