We booked this hotel as we were going to a concert at the bullring. The on site parking, pool and bar area made this so much more than a stopover hotel.

Il faut prendre en Compte que l'hôtel est un peu excentré de la ville, mais à un très joli charmes, belle piscines, petit déjeuner au buffet incroyable. Nous y étions en transit entre 2 villes nous sommes rester qu'une nuit. Nous avions une salle de bain , avec douche à jets multifonctions & un bain , tellement agréable pour nous qui avons fait beaucoup de marche, mini bar dans la chambre. Et il y a même un coin avec des fauteuil dans la chambre. Bel hôtel , mais juste la localisation pas forcément top quoi . Et la semaine , le bar de la piscine est fermé , le restaurant & le bar ferme à 23h. Donc nous qui avions mangé en ville & qui penser boire un verre sur la terrasse de l'hôtel, nous nous sommes fait avoir

Very nice staff, modern hotel. Not far from the historic centre so a taxi can of 7€ is required. It is a safe location and quiet. Pool and breakfast were A1. Gym was acceptable but needing some upgrades to meet the needs of Pilates/weights and yoga aficionados.

Booked for 7 nights during a visit to Murcia, hotel main areas are quite nice, however rooms are a bit tired and in need of an update. It’s about 20 minutes walk to old town and main shopping district. It’s a bit difficult to access car parking when you first arrive as it’s on a roundabout and not clear where you enter. Overall not a bad choice and good value for money.

Pleasant hotel on the edge of town which feels like a business rather than a tourist hotel. We used the gym which was a bit tired and the rowing machine was not working properly. Great parking underneath the hotel if not a bit pricey (15€ per night). Not sure it warrants its 4 star rating though

El hotel en si no está mal pero deja que desear, no entiendo como con 35 grados que hacen en pleno octubre no abren la piscina por ahorrarse el socorrista con lo que cuestan las habitaciones. Además cuando pagas la habitación te pone que la piscina está operativa.

Hotel Nelva is een mooi en luxueus hotel op wandelafstand van het stadscentrum. Het ligt mooi centraal aan een grote baan, maar dat stoort niet echt. Wij hadden een kamer met zicht op het zwembad. Kamer was net en proper, zeker voldoende groot omdat we hier ook maar twee nachten verbleven. Ontbijt is mooi en ruimschoots voldoende. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk zowel aan receptie als aan het zwembad. De eerste dag was er behoorlijk veel volk in het hotel en waren er veel te weinig ligstoelen aan het zwembad wat voor dergelijk hotel toch niet zou mogen. Betalend parkeren onder het hotel wat in een stadscentrum zeker ok is!

Nice Hotel , Comfortable , Rooms are a great size and are very clean. Faint aroma of drains in the bathroom . The amenities in the hotel were good with underground parking being a bonus. What was disappointing was the food served in the main restaurant - I did not have a great food experience on the one night I dined in - however, the breakfast was perfectly acceptable. Would stay again - but would probably dine out.

Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas la habitación que nos dieron era mediocre , pedimos una cama de matrimonio y nos pusieron dos camas juntas , en el baño no había ni desatascador ni escobilla para el váter la ducha todo el rato se inundaba por qué ni tapón tenía la mitad de los chorros no funcionaban que decir de la limpieza del suelo y muebles el suelo todo grasiento y lleno de migajas y las mesas con polvo los cristales sucios y una olor horrible a sumidero , totalmente mediocre otras veces hemos ido y no nos han dado una habitación tan en mal estado , por qué pata 84 euros que vale una noche no merece la pena gastarlo en ese tipo de cosas .

The property is large & some areas have been upgraded but others look a bit old & tired. If the description of the bathroom is stating a “ jacuzzi “ shower as an attractive reason to book. There should NOT be “pink mold” in the shower jets & mold around the shower base. Needless to say, we did not turn the shower jets on. The full bath tub was nice to have & did not look as old & worn.

This is a hotel we have used many times but our loyalty does not appear to have been rewarded. Although the hotel was nearly empty we were given a modest room. Reception was low key yet efficient. Bar service was just short of surly although more like the Nelva we know at breakfast time with an excellent member of staff attending to us The room was devoid of effective air con and was stifling on arrival. We were forced to open our front facing window in order to get any cool air. The bed was two pushed together and very tightly packed. A thoroughly uncomfortable night. A very disappointing start to our Xmas.

La habitación muy cómoda, limpia y cuidada, pero se nota ya un poco antigua y gastada. Por el precio que tiene y de cuatro estrellas pienso que deberían reformar el mobiliario de las habitaciones y cuartos de baño. El termo de la ducha no funcionaba bien, salía agua caliente dos según y agua fría después y así continuamente, además los pitorros de salida de agua con mucha cal con lo que no salía bien. La bañera muy pequeña y sin mampara o cortina por lo que la ducha ahí imposible si lo quieres llenarlo todo de agua. Por otra parte el tamaño de la cama fenomenal. El checkin demasiado lento pese a que habíamos pagado por anticipado. Estuvimos 10 minutos esperando durante el checkin, no por la cola. Teniendo los datos ya y habiendo pagado con antelación lo normal es que sea muy ágil, sobre todo en un hotel de estas características. Por todo lo demás muy bien.

The exterior and common areas of the property have the look and feel of a higher end hotel. However, once we opened the door to our tiny, out-of-date room, we couldn’t help but feel a little disappointed. Higher notes: you are walking distance to a small shopping mall with a massive Carrefour store (think Walmart in size and scope) and the onsite restaurant and breakfast buffet are very good. If you can get a deal, then this property is worthwhile, but be aware that the pictures of the rooms online may not be what you get.

Me ascendieron sin pedirlo a una suite y la habitación estaba muy bien, grande, limpia y cómoda. El personal amable. El gimnasio me esperaba más, 5 máquinas, 4 pares de pesas y poco espacioso. Las maquinas eso sí, eran buenas.

Always an excellent stay. As said on previous reviews when checking in it is to slow since the new system was installed. If customers have stayed before surely passport numbers etc are held which would save time putting details in each time.

Main issue was check in. The person that was working with us had 3 way conversations with other staff members. Since we don’t understand Spanish she didn’t bother to explain what was happening. We stood there for a long time before we checked in.

We got almost zero sleep due to the room next door parting until about 4am. Smoking weed and loud music on the balcony was a disgrace and disrespectful Why did the hotel security not sort this out ? This should not be allowed to happen and I expect a reply from the hotel. I spoke to the receptionist this morning about it but she wasn’t interested and offered free parking as a gesture of goodwill??!! Shame on you Nelva for allowing this type of behaviour to happen

This hotel is really good for the price. This is a city centre hotel so don’t be expecting touristy areas close by. The staff here were fantastic. Room cleaned everyday. Couldn’t fault the staff at all. My only negative points were that there was no hot drink facilities in the room. This May be an English thing, I don’t know but a kettle and some tea and coffee would have bumped it up a notch. Also, Expedia mentions that the hotel can organise a transfer from the airport. I attempted to contact the hotel on 2 occasions prior to our visit (at least 5 days in advance) and did t get any reply. It doesn’t appear that anyone from the hotel monitors these messages. Luckily we managed to grab a cab when we landed. Will stay here again if we are visiting the festival again in future years.

Prima hotel, wel prijzig voor de dagen rond de jaarwisseling (prijs is maal 2,5 tov andere dagen). Ontbijt prima maar beetje saai als ik het vergelijk met de ambiance. Hotel ligt op de rand van de randweg waardoor het centrum lopend prima te doen is.

Servicen är jättebra men det var en stor fest på hotellets innergård som gjorde det svårt för mig att sova på kvällen. Hotellet är även lyhört mellan rum och korridor. Frukosten har ett bra utbud och lokalerna är fina.
