Falta de mantenimiento y limpieza general en las habitaciones. Tapicerías muy sucias y ropa de cama con manchas. Instalaciones sin funcionar como ascensor directo de las plantas de las habitaciones al parking, piscina... Y personalmente me ha decepcionado haber tenido que esperar casi 5 horas para poder disponer de una habitación suite junior por problemas técnicos y siendo alojada temporalmente en una habitación doble.

Experiencia buena en general. Bien ubicado para ir en coche ya que tiene aparcamiento por 12€ la noche. La habitación nos gustó mucho, buena limpieza, con mucha luz y cama muy cómoda, habitación amplía. El gimnasio está bien con lo básico. Lo único que me decepciono un poco fue la piscina ya que me iba a bañar por la tarde pero estaban todas las hamacas ocupadas y la piscina llena asi que no me pude bañar...el desayuno no lo probamos ya que soy celiaca y no pregunté si tenian opciones para mi. Buena ubicación ya que tiene efrente una Repsol, andando a 5 minutos el centro comercial Atalayas y a unos 20 minutos andando del centro de Murcia asi que si lo recomiendo y volvería :)

We only stayed for one night but it was great! Bed is comfortable and room is a decent size. We had a room with the terrace which is great for relaxing our doors with privacy. Room had a kettle and fridge. Breakfast had the usual eggs, meat, fruit, bread/pastries. There is a grocery store attached but it is Not open on Sundays. Parking garage is nice and there is an elevator to get up to the hotel. Overall recommend.

Hay un mercadona en la esquina que atrae a gente pidiendo y la zona tiene muchas oficinas y se mueve por la noche gente un tanto peculiar. Hay un carrefour y un mac donalds. La limpieza brilla por su ausencia debajo de la nevera y las tazas de te que proporciona en la habitación nos las dieron sucias dos de los tres días que nos hospedamos.

First, I must point out the hotel is well located around a few restaurants and shopping centres, and is only a 25-minutes’ walk into the main town square. The front desk staff were good and helped where they could. But unfortunately, I have to give an overall 2 Star Rating for this hotel as I made a rookie mistake, and in my rush to get to a meeting I accidently left my watch in my work bag. When I returned it appeared that a member of the cleaning staff searched my bag and stole my watch. I reported this to the front desk and was told that they are very sorry this happened and that was it. No follow up, no incident report. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels and I have to say this is the first time this has happened. It a shame as I did like this hotel for the location but as a result of this incident, I will not be staying in this hotel again on any future trips to Murcia.

Nice hotel it's located outside of the city center. Taxis and Uber to and from the city center had wait time's of 15 minutes. 35 to 40 minutes walk to the city center. Breakfast had a variety of options and was good especially for the price.

The hotel was excellent in general but the breakfast was not upto standard. The waiters were excellent but the cooked 'hot' breakfast was cold on both mornings. The city was lovely, well worth a visit, especially the old town, which was about a 15 minute stroll away from the hotel

We are travelling around from Valencia, Albacete, Murcia, Cartenga, Alicante. This was a lovely relaxed hotel. Breakfast the best so far. Excellent tortilla patata and fresh pastries. Had pleasant swim in pool and 20 minutes into historic center of Murcia. Staff nice.

Reservé una habitación doble con un sofá cama para tres personas y cuando llegamos no había sofá. Nos dijeron que lo iban a gestionar y al final tuvimos que dormir 3 en una cama de dos porque nunca lo solucionaron. El bufet libre era pésimo, no tenía nada de variedad y para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, deja muchísimo que desear. En mitad de la noche empezó a caer agua de la ducha sin saber por qué. Pésimo de verdad. Le sobran dos estrellas.

I have to say, that what really impressed me was the staff, everyone was unbelievable, nice, always with a smile, nothing was a problem. Many, many, thanks to the girls in reception, the lady in the in snack bar/ in the backyard, the ladies who did my room, the staff in the snack bar near reception. Everyone was fantastic, even the cleaning lady, was always helpful and with a smile. A minus, the food in the snack bar near the reception, wasn't that good, or shall i say not bad, but it could be better.
